    Big thanks to Pedro for making our rescue pup Skunk’s big city debut a safe and fun experience! We were in town to visit family for the holidays and he was definitely struggling to navigate the stimulation of being a young pup in NYC. Backstory: He lives with us in VT after being rescued from a shelter down south and the near absence of grass / dirt in SoHo was a real trip for him (my last few dogs were dyed-in-the-wool NYers so it was interesting to see him figuring things out for the first time)! But Pedro and the crew saw that and were patient and kind with him. So much appreciation for pupculture- we’ll definitely be back!

    Had my Puppy groomed here. It was highly recommended by folks in the dog park. Her second time at a groomers. Front desk staff was lovely. Cut came out according to our specifications she looked good. My one issue is that twice it was communicated to me that our puppy (5 months old) squirmed a lot and made it hard on the groomer. This made me feel like 1) they were judging my pup. And 2) that the groomer wasn’t skilled enough or dog friendly enough to handle a puppy who BTW was all of 6 lbs. Not sure I will be going back.

    I’ve been coming to Pupculture in SoHo since my dog was 4 months old (she is a mini Poodle and is almost 8 years old). They’re always kind, attentive, and great listeners. The groomers always leave my baby gorgeous. The pricing is fair. This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I am so glad she did. Love them

    Pup culture is the best thing that ever happened to me and my Stella! The friendly staff is always amazing and they have saved me many times when I have an emergency come up at work or in life and need a last minute drop off or walk.     I genuinely do not know what I would do without Pupculture SoHo! We LOVE the staff and it puts my mind at ease whenever I drop off my dog Lucy.     I go to Pupculture at least twice a week. I use them for day care and grooming services, and everyone is so nice! They all know my dog’s name, and she comes home happy and exhausted. The baths are gentle and, as you can see, the haircuts are superb. Can’t recommend them highly enough!Update - it’s a year later and she still looks cute.

    I brought my puppy to this place for a full groom for the first time and I was so impressed with his new look. He looks absolutely adorable afterwards!! I was able to show the stylist the idea look I was looking for and she delivered it. I would definitely go back.

    My dog Winston had to move from his suburban home to NYC unexpectedly last year, under difficult circumstances. Pupculture Soho played an instrumental role in his acclimation to city life. The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive. Winston loves going to daycare when I’m at work, and literally charges down the street to Pupculture Soho from the Spring Street subway stop!I can’t recommend Pupculture Soho more highly.

    There is no other place we trust for our dog, Marcel! Pupculture is the absolute best! We’ve been taking him there for daycare for almost 4 years now. Before discovering pupculture, we tried out 2 other other daycare places around the city — but we never felt comfortable with the staff, the facilities looked dingy, and our dog was always hesitant to go to those places. The entire family at pupculture is so friendly — they truly love dogs and it shows. They are so caring and engaging with all of the dogs. Pupculture has a great mix of doggie clients — our dog has a bunch of “friends” there. Our dog has separation anxiety, but every single time we go to pupculture he gets so excited and runs inside without looking back! Even though they aren’t located in our neighborhood, there is no other place we would take him. We know that he is in excellent hands and he loves it there so much. They also have very convenient hours, and their facilities are clean and bright.

    My puppy is regular at pup culture soho at daycare, baths and grooming. She loves her friends she can’t wait to get in the door each time, and the amazing staff who make sure each dog gets personal attention. The play areas are kept perfectly clean and everyone keeps a careful eye on each pup. It gives me peace of mind that she is in good hands. Thank you, you guys are terrific!

    I switched to Pup Culture when my other Grooming salon was closed during quarantine. I found them to be very concerned about my dogs cut, asked exactly what I wanted, brushed her teeth (i bought her a toothbrush which my other groomer didnt offer) and the end result was a better quality cut and better results. She looks great, smells wonderful (even her breath) and we especially love her going away bandana each visit!

    PupCulture is the very best. I don’t know what I would do without them. They are trulylike an extension of family - always taking excellent care of my two dogs who have gone there for daycare, walks from home and grooming for years now. PupCulture loves my dogs like I do. They are super responsive and always take my last minute walk or pick up/drop off requests, so they definitely understand the hectic New York lifestyle and do everything possible to support my having two very happy and healthy pups. They are super responsible, calling me any time they notice even the smallest thing. I am pretty sure my dogs miss PupCulture when they aren’t there, as the staff treat them so well and shower them with love. Thank you PupCulture for being so awesome and we love you!!!!

    The only place I trust with my baby! My dog, Nash, loves going to Pupculture Soho; it’s basically his second home. The entire team goes the extra mile to ensure the health, safety, and happiness of your pup - and it definitely doesn’t unnoticed! Nash will literally drag me to daycare some days because he loves it that much. Also, they do a fantastic job at grooming & offer walks (pick ups & drop offs from daycare).     Weve been bringing our poodle to Pupculture for grooming and daycare for several years, and everything about their service has been excellent - from the groomer, Mary, who always makes him look like a million bucks, to the very sweet front desk staff, whose love for the dogs is obvious. We get stopped in the street by people who want to know where our dog got his haircut. Great for doodles or any other dog!

    Cannot recommend this place enough — my dog has intense separation anxiety & she’s in training to be desensitized but it means she can’t be left home alone yet, and PupCulture has been a saving grace. I bring my dog multiple times a week and she always pulls and pulls to get there, she loves it soooo much. All the staff are so sweet & thoughtful, and are super watchful and responsive if I ever call for updates while my dog is in their care. I have two friends who bring their dogs there too and they love it as well. One of them has been bringing their 3 family pugs for the last 15 years and would give a rave review. It’s such a relief to know my dog is having fun and being so well taken care of by Pupculture. And the groomers are incredible too!!!

    I cant say enough good things about PupCulture and their team at the SoHo location. I have a little 10-pound rescue and needed a daycare when I returned to the office after the pandemic. I found PupCulture and couldnt be happier. The whole team clearly all love dogs and take the time to get to know each pup. Everyday my little guy is excited to see the team and then when I go to pick him up one of the girls at the front desk gives a little update. Highly recommend for both daycare and grooming services.

    Pupculture takes great care of our girl Sprout. She’s always excited to visit Pupculture, as if it’s her second family - the staff is great and loving with her! She also gets groomed at Pupculture. We hear she does well, unlike at home - another testament to how well the staff handles her. Lastly, we board Sprout at Pupculture without any second thoughts (the staff sends pictures to assure us she’s well). Pupculture really makes it easy for us to take care of sprout without compromising our lives otherwise. We greatly appreciate the piece of mind!

    The staff is so nice and kind!!! The facilities are clean and smell great (they burn some morning incense which is really nice) and my senior Maltese pup just LOVES going -- he is extra happy when I pick him up at the EOD. Yesterday, we tried the grooming services - hands down one of the best haircuts he has ever gotten! He knows it too - he has an extra pep in his step and has been striking poses on the street to admirers. Thanks Pup Culture!!!

    My first time bringing my baby Konnie to this facility and it was great! I read reviews and was sold here! My total was 87 dollars with teeth brushing so very affordable! He had not been groomed in a while so it did take long but they listened to my concerns for his cut and he was a brand new baby once he came out of Pup Culture. The customer service and the service itself was amazing I wish I could leave 100 stars on here. Not even exaggerating and not to mention by dog is hard to handle so im surprised they were able to do everything with him.

    Our dog Tucker has been going to pupculture soho for 4 years for daycare, boarding, walking and grooming since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves everyone who works there. Any time our dog recognizes one of the pupculture employees walking on the street he gets very excited and runs up to them. The employees take such great care of Tucker and we always rest easy when he is boarded there. I cant recommend this place enough for all of your dog care needs.

    I’ve been to three other groomers in Manhattan and Pup Culture Soho is definitely the best. I highly recommend Daisy, who gave my poodle a fantastic haircut. I could tell the Pup Culture team took great care of my elderly poodle because he seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up.

    PupCulture is my go to resource for grooming and boarding my Shih-tzu, Chip. Weve been dedicated clients for 8 years. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and my dog runs up the steps to get inside at both locations. The staff loves my dog as much as I do and they even tell me the quirky things he does when he visits. Ive left my dog there for as long as nearly two weeks. I trust them completely. I would never board my dog anywhere else. The grooming is so good that dog owners and others stop me on the street and ask where we get Chip groomed. They are very careful and my dog comes back clean and perfectly groomed. You should try PupCulture. You will love it! We do!

    We used Pupculture for doggy daycare, boarding, walks and grooming for over two years. They offer the BEST care for your furry friend. We trusted them implicitly and know the staff cared for our dog, Camper, as if she were their own. Not only were we happy with Pupculture, Camper clearly was too - she’d run up to their staff members when we’d run into them on the street for hugs and pets :)We’ve moved away from NYC so don’t use their services anymore but still get their emails and follow them on social media because they still feel like family! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet services.

    We have been sending our high-maintenance dog to PupCulture for nearly 13 years, and we are obsessed with them. Our dog has been to countless daycare sessions, been walked by Pupculture staff when we lived in the neighborhood, boarded for up to 3 weeks, and been groomed by their lovely staff. I cannot say enough good things about every singer person who works there. They truly love animals and treat our pup like a member of their family. On top of all of this, their pricing is fair, their facilities are clean, and they dont upcharge for every little service.

    We have been bringing our yorkie, Samantha, here to get groomed since 2014. For the most part, most of her grooms have been consistently good, with a few slip-ups here and there. Well last year we had two consecutive bad grooms as the groomer at the time did not listen to our requests. So, we decided we had enough and went elsewhere for our grooms. A few months ago we decided to go back and give Pup Culture a second chance. I spoke with management about my frustrations and they were very understanding and wanted to make sure they got it right. They wrote down detailed directions and made sure the groomer was aware. They also documented it in the system for future reference which we appreciated. Well, we have had two successful grooms since. I just appreciate a business that will listen to customers concerns and try to be better. I appreciate their customer service and will continue to give them our business.

    Great daycare, a little pricey but worth it. The staff is constantly interacting with the dogs and making sure theyre all getting along. Really glad they dont take un-neutered dogs here, because they do make my dog aggressive. They also put compatible dogs in groups. Every time I come to pick my dog up I can see him through one of the big windows having a great time.

    PupCulture is the ONLY doggy daycare and doggy groomer that I trust with my mini schnauzer- in all of NYC. Ernest, the mini schnauzer has been going to PupCulture since he was a baby! He is now 10.5 years old and still goes for daycare and grooming. No matter where we live in the city- Manhattan or Brooklyn throughout the years we have made the trek to pupculture.     Pupculture is the best puppy groomer in NYC. I tried a bunch. My Havanese is incredibly sensitive and difficult to groom, and pupculture does an AMAZING job every time. Puppy never comes home with any problems and the staff never complains about his high maintenance attitude hahaha.

    10 out of 10 would go again. You can tell the staff really cares for animals. I had my dog washed and de-shedded. They did a wonderful job. He came out looking and smelling fresh! They also paid close attention to his but and tail regions which is very time consuming and most places dont work out all of the matts. I couldnt find a single mat or tangle on him afterwards! Highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.

    I all about Pupculture. Ive been taking my schanuzer, Littlefoot to camp before I moved full-time to NYC. Littlefoot can basically walk himself to Pupculture by himself. I tell him were going to camp and he gets so hyped up. When we step inside he greets everyone at the front with his fast wagging tail, doesnt even say bye to me when he goes back. Prior I have never boarded Littles anywhere. I was in a bind across the country. Pupculture picked littles from my apt, packed up his favorite baby (lamb chop) and his food. I was so worried and felt guilty for having him stay over for 2 nights. The crew at Pupculture really eased my stress with emailing me pictures of Littlefoot enjoying himself. Littlefoot also gets groomed there by Erica. And all over the neighborhood hes getting compliments for how sharp he looks. I always refer my clients, friends and people on the street to go to Pupculture. Check them out, your fur baby will be extremely happy!

    Normans favorite thing to do is go to PupCulture Soho and play all day with his friends. As soon as he realizes thats where we are going, he pulls all the way there and wont go any other direction. When he arrives his tail is in full helicopter mode. All the people who work there are so nice and kind to me and Norman. Its very clean and I feel safe taking him there even during the dog virus scare. He goes about twice a week and when he comes home hes exhausted, like hes been at the club all day and night.

    I cannot express how grateful I am for Pupculture Soho!! Stella has been going since she was 6 months old (she’s 2 now) and their staff truly loves her as their own. They are a kind, attentive, and hardworking group of people who really love what they do and the pups they care for. Their grooming department is excellent and gentle with Stella, who is afraid of everything but not them! I really couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for her when I’m at work.     Really happy with the overall experience! Came here for my 5 mo. old yorkiepoo puppys first haircut. Even though his hair was super matted in some spots and he was awfully shaggy, his groomer, Rosie, managed just fine, and, 3 hrs later, he came out looking so happy and handsome in a cute little bandana that they gave him! The staff is certainly friendly, talented & passionate about animals! Plus, the price for a grooming package is super reasonable, esp. considering the amount of time & attention!
