I have been to other grooming places but I believe Pupstudio does such a great job after trying different places I decided to come back! Pupstudio is a bit pricey compared to other grooming places I went to but definitely it’s worth the money. My dog’s fur smells so good and silky smooth, it lasts 7-10days. Our groomer she listens to us and suggests options or ideas which will suit my dog’s look/breed the best. Overall, I am very satisfied but one thing I wish to improve is that whenever my dog is done grooming from here, she has such a dry paws. Other places always dehydrate my dog’s paws… other than that I would recommend this place!

I must admit that the last grooming appointment that we had a PUPSTUDIO NYC made me so very happy that I actually got emotional. Now, I am NOT someone that is easily impressed, and I very rarely write Google Reviews. However, I could not pass up the opportunity to tell the world how happy I am with the service here at this salon. My two girls come out looking and smelling great! I love that they do not use all that overdone perfume spray, etc. they are just simply clean. The space is very clean and well maintained (I hope it stays this way). The front desk/reception team is exceptional! The groomer, Gina is exquisitely skilled at her trade! In my opinion she is a Master Groomer. We will be coming back for many years to come! You will not regret giving this place a try, just make sure to communicate with the team on exactly what you are looking for and do not be afraid to be detailed. We’ve been bringing our mini poodle to Pupstudio every month since March, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. This is the only groomer I trust completely with our dog. Their professionalism shines through in everything they do—from their seamless scheduling to proactively letting us know if our preferred groomer isn’t available. What really sets them apart is the genuine care they put into their work. Every groom is consistently flawless, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Even though it’s quite a trek for us to get to the Upper East Side, we happily make the trip each month for their outstanding service and attention to detail.

The best of the best! I make the trip from Brooklyn to bring my dog here because they do an AMAZING job every time! I always ask for Sarah! My dog leaves feeling super fresh and soft, and smelling so freaking good! They are very gentle and patient with him since he’s a little scared of other people, which I appreciate very much! Also love how they give him a bandana/bow accessory after the grooming!

Excellent Grooming for My Pomeranian!I visited this grooming salon with my Pomeranian, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The groomer immediately found a gentle approach to my fluffy companion and was very attentive and careful.My dog’s coat became incredibly soft, fluffy, and perfectly trimmed — he looks like he’s straight out of a magazine! Special thanks for the attention to detail: nail trimming, ear cleaning — everything was done at the highest level.My little one felt comfortable and left the salon completely happy. We’ll definitely come back again!

Let me start by saying, this is the first review I have ever written, but it just had to be done.When I tell you it’s not worth bringing your dog anywhere else, I mean it, it truly isn’t.The location and decor is exquisite!The service is unmatched.They listened to my very particular instructions and nailed.At the end of the experience they gave me a leather bound book with a photo — of — my — DOG! Insane. I thought they were kidding.They also dressed him with Halloween worthy little tie and ruffling thing, nothing like the cheap little bandanas.And most importantly, our puppy was very happy and comfortable when he finally saw me.Would HIGHLY recommend.Booking my next appointment now.

I’ve been taking my Pomeranian, Yuki, to Pupstudio for quite some time, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been taking my dog, Finley, since he was a puppy and they have always taken such good care of him! Young is attentive to detail and always makes him look SO good. We always get compliments and questions about where he gets groomed. She styles him perfectly that he still looks cute when his fur is grown out. I always buy the snacks they have when he comes for his appointments. I also absolutely love the shampoo and conditioners they have here! Bought them to use at home too.

We brought our doggie in for a full grooming and he came out looking absolutely adorable! Highly recommended. He came out with a bandana and all 😮‍💨 the grooming took about 3 hours and they call you 15 min before pick up time to make sure you can come on time to pick up your doggie. We have been going to pupstudio for about a year now and we could not be happier! The studio is decorated to make you and your pup feel as if you’re in an outdoor park (so cute!) and it is very clean. The windows are all glass so you can also see how the groomers are handling the dogs. Our Ellie always comes home neatly groomed and with a new accessory! Everyone that works here is very professional and friendly and accommodating. The groomers are very meticulous, skilled and talented and I always feel comfortable with leaving Ellie in their hands. We are so happy we found Ellie’s forever groomer!

Were thrilled with the services at Pupstudio! Weve visited three times in the past two years when we are in NY, including a recent trip in late June 2024. Alyssa at the front desk is always busy, but she takes the time to listen attentively to each clients needs. Our 16-year-old dog, Roxy, is sweet but sensitive, and we requested a caring groomer - exactly what we received. My feeling there was that they are all trying their best.One of the standout features is the transparency; you can observe the grooming process through the window from outside and in my case I saw that they treated the dogs with care. Roxy always looks adorable after her haircut, but I recommend being specific with your preferences. On our first visit, I didnt mention not trimming her ear hair, and it was done as part of the standard grooming. However, on subsequent visits, I provided clear instructions, and they followed them perfectly.Regarding some reviews mentioning high prices, I understand that the rent and operational costs in the area are steep. To run a business, you need to cover expenses like employee salaries, insurance, and supplies. The 2.5-3 hour service, while not cheap, is reasonable considering the quality and care provided. They kindly ask if youd like to leave a tip when paying, and we always do - if the dog is happy, its worth it!

Amazing experience. I recently adopted a little Maltese and her hair was super matted. My previous dog was a short hair so I’ve had no experience with a groomer and was a little nervous about the whole thing.The team was super friendly and welcoming. Our groomer was Junsu and he was so gentle upon meeting Kiki. She had to have a very close shave because of her matted hair but she looks so soft and fresh afterwards. The team was just as friendly when we picked her up and they so kindly gifted us a little journal for her. I was blown away. It was such a kind gesture and made me feel really secure with leaving her in their care. The overall space is also very pretty and clean. I’m so happy with the experience and will definitely bring her back regularly.

My puppy was feeling sick and didnt eat for almost a day before our appointment. It was late, so I just decided to leave a message explaining what was going on. They got back to me right away and canceled the appointment for me without charging any penalty. They even checked my puppys profile and vaccine history to make sure he wasnt in danger. My puppy is a chihuahua, so he can get low blood sugar easily. PupStudio gave me some tips on what to watch out for. You can tell they really love dogs. Once my puppy was feeling better, I made another appointment. He really liked the spa and looked so happy after his bath. Ive been trying to find a good groomer in NYC for a long time and Im so glad my puppy can get the same care here that he got in Asia. We will come back soon for his next bath!

I’ve been taking my dog oko here since he was 4 months old. You know they take such good care of your pup when your dog drags you to the groomer everytime you pass by. My dog loves getting groomed here and i’ve been to a handful of groomers worldwide but I can confidently say nobody does it like Pupstudio. Oh my gosh, this place is incredible!! First of all, the retail part of PUPSTUDIO is so amazing. They have the cutest/coolest products for you pet…stuff I have never seen anywhere else before. Secondly, the grooming service is unreal! I took my 50 lb Bernedoodle, Charley, in for a “mini groom”. It was a 3 hour service and she came out looking & smelling fantastic! They seriously treat your pet like royalty. It’s too cute!! Also, you are given a small leather binder with “PUPSTUDIO” imprinted on it at your first visit. It has a photo of your dog & all his/her information, along with yours, on the first page. Next, there is a plastic envelope page for keeping your vaccination records. And then, there are “report pages” that fill the rest of your binder. Each time you bring your dog in for a service, bring your binder in as well, and they will fill it out and let you know what they did, and how it went. It’s dog grooming on whole new level! Oh also…. When your dog is finished being groomed, they bring him or her out into the retail store part and have them leashed in there. They get lots of love & pets from the staff (who btw are SO nice!!), and they wait for you to arrive without being caged, like many other grooming places.PUPSTUDIO will be the only place I take Charley from now on. Thanks for being so great to her! :)

We drove from NJ to take her here because of all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. When we arrived to pick her up she was in great spirits super happy and playful. You guys are wonderful. My pup Rocky isn’t well behaved when it comes to bath and grooming in general, but they did the most beautiful job. Great service and great workers. They really care for the dogs and pay special attention to your dog. They work with you to give the best grooming and spa service. They went above and beyond expectations! I love how they care about the dogs as if it’s their own pet. I would definitely recommend this place for all who are looking for a dog groom service in NYC.
