Came here bc of the amazing reviews and they had previously groomed an Aussie. Wanda and Francis were so nice to our little fur baby 💜 he came out looking great and with a bow tie. Would 100% recommend.

Wanda and her staff do a wonderful grooming job on our Shih-tzu Milo. Milo can be snippy at times especially around his face and when it comes to nail clipping. Wanda gets the job done! He smelled heavenly and left adorned in the cutest, adorable pom pom choker. Wanda and her staff are very professional and they pay close attention to detail. Reasonable prices. In by 10:30am and received a call he was done at 12:30pm. Highly recommended neighborhood groomer and a very happy doggie!

I took my dog for the first time to get full service from Wanda. What an amazing experience. She and her staff took their time and made my r look great. Wanda is a very friendly, and a great groomer.. She is great with communicating with you & your fur baby making them feel comfortable .. she is known for giving you exactly what you request for your pet. I love that she offers tips on grooming and care for your pet. She specializes in poodle cuts.. tell her exactly what you want and she keeps in the pets record the next time she will give same cut if requested. Two hours later he is always ready.

I’ve taken my mini Aussie here for about two years. He comes in every couple of months for deshedding and a “corgi butt” cut on his backside as his vet encouraged a short cut for his health. They remember him and his special cut every time we go in. It’s so sweet! These people really love animals and it shows. I’ve taken my 12 year old aussie to countless groomers in his day, and their results are 100% the best. Brandon is amazing! Every single bit of undercoat and fur that needs to be removed is gone. Not one fur ball left behind! I highly recommend this local, woman owned shop!

1st time visit was awesome...for us all!2 dogs, 3 hrs total groom time. Wanda and Amanda are friendly and the vibe was good. I didn’t feel “nervous” leaving my boys. They looked amazing upon my return and weren’t skittish back home because they were not there all day. As you can see,they are relaxed🙏🏾

Everyone working at Wanda’s is an absolute delight. They take incredible care of my shy pup, who always gets nervous before a groom but emerges happy and with a great cut!

Never thought I would come across a groomer so in love with her job and shows it by being tentative and catering to my cats personality but also with the products she stands behind.My first visit to Lisas cute, dainty little salon was during the weekend. She welcomed us warmly and was very attentive to WHAT I WANTED keeping my cats fur looking beautiful and not being chopped away. I left my cat with Lisa and was shortly contacted 1-2 hr. wait time to come pick up my cat. When my cat was returned I feel in love with his cut, Lisa did an amazing job at keeping his natural look but somehow my cat was no longer a shedding hair ball machine.Pricing: I believe to be fair.I even had ordered the shedding product that she recommended but was not available at the time of service. But when it arrived, Lisa was so kind to hand deliver to my front door!Thanks for the awesome job Lisa!

Never!She is the most professional Groomer I have ever encountered with as I am an Owner of A dog walking and pet sitting company! Nice small grooming shop in Harlem. Love taking my boy to Wanda for his cuts. She does a great job and is really responsible and honest...I have no qualms about leaving my boy with her and when I come back hes always just as happy but much more fresh and clean....totally worth paying her a visit for a spectacular grooming experience for your dog...Thanks Wanda 🗣️

Ive been going here since 2016, When it was Lisas Pet Grooming. Wanda is awesome. She is great at what she does and shes very attentive to instructions we give to her (Length of cut, Style of cut, etc). I highly recommend her. My wife and I have been taking our Yorkshire Terrier (Simba the Great), for years. We dont take him anywhere else.

Lisa clearly cares about the animals she is working with and is always friendly. Yes, she doesnt always answer the phone but she always calls back (honestly, it comforts me to know that she puts the dog who she is working on at the time ahead of taking a call, which would just lead to a more stressful experience for the pup). Our rescue has a weird little patch on his nose that doesnt grow as much hair and the way she trims it is clearly done in consideration of this, and what would look best on him. I recommend her.

Lisa is the best groomer Ive ever met. Unlike most groomers in New York, Lisa cares about he product, and by that I mean not just the welfare of the dog, but aesthetics. This is not a bargain groom (although it may be priced as such) or some Pet-Co spectacular, Lisa has an exceptional ability to see the animal as a canvas. Like a good hair stylist, she looks at the dog and understands the cut and styling details that can enhance the animals inherent beauty - how to taper the eyebrows just so, or where to angle the scissors just so when trimming the tail for that added flair. etc... Most groomers just cut a dogs hair to some approximation of a standard model, but Lisa understands the extra details that can make a dog beautiful.She is located in Harlem on Bradhurst Avenue. I drive more than one hour (and wait for 2 -3 hours) from my home in Brooklyn to have Lisa groom my miniature schnauzer. Once Lisa grooms your dog, and if you care about aesthetics, no other groomer will suffice.Personally I believe that Lisa should be working the show circuit as her skill and technical expertise are way beyond any comparable groom at a any comparable price.Although Lisa is located in Harlem, I have been told that she will soon be offering a pick up and delivery service in the Upper East and Upper West Sides.

Wanda listened attentively and had a beautiful sense of what is possible with this type of doggie (Havanese). We were nervous because our previous groomer who we liked a lot had suddenly retired. We had nothing to worry about -- she is splendid and EVERYONE has been complimenting Roxies look! We will definitely be back!

Lisa is amazing. She is like the puppy whisper of doggie hair cuts. She took our matted mangy looking shitzu and turned him into a gentleman!She is always responsive and accommodating! She takes the time to teach you about your dog and how to groom them based on their needs and your schedule.I cant ask for more!

It was our first time taking our shitzu chyna to the groomers, so we was both nervous and scared. We didnt want to leave her there, but we had to. When we came back to pick her up she was so excited to see us. She didnt look like my same chynabear. We didnt even recognize her. Wanda did a awesome job! She even gave chyna a lil bow☺ we will definately be coming here from now on, highly recommend.

Wanda and her team were accommodating enough to make an appointment before normal hours to treat my flea-ridden cat. Despite 3 treatments she was still suffering but after 2 hours with Wanda she came back fluffy and clean. We found a few fleas on her face some days after but havent seen any since 4 days now after her bath. While my cat loudly protested during the bath and grooming she didnt commit the usual revenge acts in our home like she often does when she feels angry after a vet visit. That goes a long way to show how well Wanda treated Kimora my japanese bobtail. I highly recommend her services, its worth the cost.
