I have been taking my pup to Lucky since he was a puppy 2 years ago and now that I have a second dog I am taking her also. I love how quick you can get an appointment at this place, Lucky is very flexible and makes sure to meet your needs. I really appreciate the constant communication, as a pet parent it is reassuring to know your fur babies are doing alright and that the haircut is coming out as requested. 10/10 recommend!

I only trust Meldrid with my beloved pup’s! This place is a hidden gem in Washington Heights. I have been a loyal customer here for over 4 years. Ask about pick up and drop off service, as they provide that on the weekends. I feel like my dogs are safe and cared for. Thank you so much to the team for always giving us fantastic service. Also I love the mini photo shoot at the end of every service!!! 10/10

I’ve taking my dog here a few times to get groomed and honestly 100/10! They send you picture updates from start to finish, will let you know if they have to do something extra like de matting before actually doing it and how much it will be. Even with a full house, their service is fast, detailed and most importantly they’re very animal friendly! The before and after pics of my fur baby speak for themselves! Oh, and they’ll always put a cute bow tie on them and take a finishing picture to send to you once they’re done which I think is so cute!

Its our first time grooming at WandererHub! They are really good at communicating with setting up an appointment. They texted me pictures of my dog throughout the grooming process. My Miniature Schnauzer came back smelling amazing and looking adorable. Merry Christmas 🎅

Maxwell loves coming here not only to see his friends but to be groomed as well. He is always greeted when he comes in and everyone is so nice and friendly. I have also let him stay here for boarding when I go away and I always feel comfortable and never worry. Through grooming and boarding they always keep you updated and send pics as well. Sometime I wonder if Maxwell will want to come back home lol. Overall love the service and Thank everyone for their amazing work and care for Maxwell!

I’ve been going to Wanderer Hub for years and I can say without a doubt they’re the most genuine people I’ve ever had. I ALWAYS tell people about this place because services are within reasonable pricing and they’ve treated my dogs with the upmost care. Lucky, is amazing with my baby girl!! Always sends me updated photos throughout the appt, to ease my mind, since Taylor is super anxious around people she doesn’t know.She smells amazing! Absolutely amazing! I have three dogs and they all love coming here. Every time they either get picked up (by them. They offer pickup and drop off on Sunday) or I drop them off they’re happy to go inside. I love that they keep you updated throughout the process. I had my Saint Bernard trimmed for the first time and they listened to what I wanted and sent me pictures for me to see and confirm if I liked how it was going. The pups smell like a million bucks when they leave this salon. We moved further away and I rather take the drive to them then go anywhere else. No one does it like them!! Love and recommend!!! WandererHub Pet Salon is a lifesaver! They catered to my Kylo in short-notice and did a splendid job! the wife and I are only available mostly on weekends and unable to have Kylo groomed regularly. Loved how quickly they respond and how organized they are with the timing. I took my cat Stormie and she looked like a wild lion (she’s Long haired) and she came out very clean and they very nicely groomed. They also text when they start the process and take pictures during and after the grooming process. Took Stormie at 1:00 pm and by 3:00 pm she was back home with us. The team at Wanderer Hub always does a great job grooming Perki(even though I know he can be VERY loud and yappy) we have been coming here for the past 4 years and Perki is always safe, healthy, happy, and smelling good when he comes home. Wandererhub is the best groomer in NY! My dog Tilly has been going to Melvin since he was 16 weeks old and we get stopped by people on the street every time asking us where we get our dog groomed! Love it! They take care of my bubba and they remember his/my name!” Which takes skills” they always hook my dog up with a nice hair cut and teeth wash despise my dogs horrible skin condition. I leave happy knowing my dog was taken care of and not locked in a cage like they do in other places. They also ask what you want to do with ur bubba. I usually ask for a short hair cut and leave his ears with a little trim. Overall this is a nice spot to get ur doggo groom and not regret. %110 recommended- On the fun side of things, when you walk in you are usually greeted by tons of other happy dogs 😄

They are the best to my fur baby. She is a spoiled brat and only allows them at Wanderhub to groom her. They treat us like family. I will not change ever. The best of the best in NYC. I had to come on here and give them their well deserved flowers. I have to get them all a special gift of thanksgiving because I am so grateful for them. The entire staff is extremely professional and you can tell they genuinely love animals. If you know it is very difficult to trust just anyone with your fur baby. I use the pickup and drop off service as well. They are extremely affordable for the luxury service they offer. It was my dog’s first time here and they did such a great job! Picked up and dropped off my pup within 2 hours and the grooming was exactly how I wanted it. He smells clean, his coat is so soft and he looks so cute! I loved that they kept me updated throughout the process and asked questions to make sure his hair was cut the way I asked. I think I found my new grooming place. Definitely will be taking my dog back.

Finally I found a pet salon that really cares and with their amazing work you can tell they love taking care of our pets. Milano is a difficult and aggressive dog when dealing with strangers but in this Amazing Pet Salon they know how to handle the dog. From the beginning I was extremely impressed to learn there will be a group chat with the care team which I think I never experienced that level of service before. I was given updates and information of anything that required special attention. I know that I do not need to look further and I am a customer for life.

Very easy to schedule the appointment before the holidays, he also gives me some recommendations for the wellbeing of my pup.I love received all the updates and pictures on my phone, as well as questions about how I would like Pixel haircut.Very impressed knowing Pixel feels safe and that he is behaving very well with Lucky, (Pixel is very nervous dog), talks a lot about the passion for his job, and patience.Time, less than two hours, he asks if I would like any adjustments, Lucky adjust Pixel without any problem and also Pixel received a nice black bow to wear.Of course we will comeback soon, and recommend with our friends and family.Thank you for all.

We took our dog, Leo here today and I dont think he has ever been so clean in his life! He hates having his nails done and many have tried and failed. The groomer really knew how to make our dog feel safe while she did an excellent job. She did a sweet little photo shoot to text us when he was ready to pick up. He left with a tie which cracked us up. Prices are agood value for the excellent and thorough care received. We will definitely be back

We took our dog for a full service grooming on Sunday and they did a great job, even cut and they took good care of her. Friendly service as well. Recommend.

Really great service we received for our dog Benji! I will highly recommend this grooming place because you feel comfortable your dog is in good hands. They did a wonderful job with updating us step by step with photos on what they were doing with our dog! Often that was our biggest concern finding a place where we can leave him in good hands and dont have to worry. We will def be back here to get benji a haircut in the future. Even benji looks happy when he left! Great job look forward to seeing you in the near future!

Meldrin and his team at WanderHub Pet Salon are amazing. Our dog Digby is 14. They have been grooming him since he was a puppy. They treat him as if he’s one of their own. I would shout out everyone if his team members. His nieces and nephews are amazing as well as the other workers. Tonight they were open late so I could bring Digby from Hudson Yards all the way up to 175th St. Worth the trip! Dash was at the front tonight. Excellent service skills. Meldrin gave Digby 1/1 time tonight. They send you pics when ready for pick up. He’s always ready for his shoot with a tie on. Thank you Meldrin and team! We appreciate all you do.

Although I was concerned at first due to the small space in the front shop. I was reassure there is a long soecae behind the front settings. In here, cats, run freely and dogs. They are very loving and knowledgeable of pets behavior. Thet text photos once the service is completed. It was the first time my kitten was getting a nail, teeth and bath treatment. It is important to start the cleaning in early stages, this way, tge cats get accustomed. I will definitely recommend this place and return for further services to my baby.
