We had an amazing first experience with Woo Woo Dog & Cat Grooming! My 11 month old mini goldendoodle looked beautiful after her grooming appointment and the staff was very friendly. Looking forward to taking her back for future appointments.

So thrilled to have WooWoo newly in the neighborhood! Usually wash and shave my dog myself but do such a poor job, so felt pretty embarrassed bringing my dog to the groomers all matted and in need of a shave.WooWoo took him day of and gave him the best grooming I’ve ever seen. They are so welcoming, patient and non-judge mental and the wash, groom and nail trimming was super affordable. See the before and after photos - he looks like a proper gentleman!🥰 Will definitely be coming back!

The before pic is her sitting on the floor. My dog was legit black listed from petsmart due to her high anxiety and needing 2 groomers to groom her there.... I was literally told they cant book appointments for her after going to them for 2 years.Needless to say I was so nervous embaressed and hesitant looking for a new groomer. WooWoo was highly recommended to me by a neighbor as I was explaining to her about my dogs anxiety and need for a haircut. I was excited as they are just 2 blocks away and made an appointment right away. They space is so cute and they are so warm and welcoming. I stressed to them that shes super anxious with her muzzle and paws, was black listed due to her high anxiety etc etc and they assured me they will work with her. I also explained what kind of cut I wanted , specific tail trimming etc. I was surprised how quickly they completed her groom AND they were able to check off all my requests. They saw she grew anxious when they used the electric clippers near her head so they switched to scissors and she was fine. They were even able to trim her paws AND nail grind!! I was so happy how understanding, calm and accommodating they were to our baby. You can see how good they are with dogs as they were smoothing and caressing her muzzle showing how they worked with her and she didnt even snarl. I will definitely continue going to them and highly recommend them. Thank you for the wonderful service you showed my little girl.

The 1st visit with our kitty Charlie at WooWoo was a great experience! I was well informed of the details of the services both online and once again right before he was taken to the back. He had a bath, haircut, nails trimmed, and came back calm and in a great mood. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Thank you WooWoo and glad to have you in Kips Bay!

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review before except now. This dog groomer seems relatively new, but is very good!! I’ve had some of my best dogs haircut here (1.4y/o cavapoo) and it’s fairly priced which is super uncharacteristic of Manhattan groomers. In addition, perhaps the best part is that there are no waitlists or long reservation times. I’ve gone twice and both times I was able to go within the hour I called.

We were on the hunt for a top-notch groomer for our Moyen Poodle puppy. It wasnt easy finding someone who truly understood the poodle breed and could deliver exactly what we wanted, even when we showed them pictures. Leo from WooWoo Dog and Cat Grooming was a game-changer! He went above and beyond to give our puppy a flawless grooming experience. No cuts, no nicks, and no bald spots. Our pup looked like a million bucks when we picked her up! Leo is professional, efficient, and friendly. We highly recommend WooWoo for all your grooming needs.

So excited to have WooWoo in the neighborhood! Our labradoodle came home looking wonderful after her grooming appointment this afternoon. We normally have to travel for grooming appointments, since Keira can be very anxious about haircuts. She was very at-ease and came home in a great mood. Normally, she is exhausted and not herself after grooming appointments. They even gave her cute little hair bows and bandanas, which we loved. :) We will definitely be back soon! Thanks again.

I’m very impressed with the groomers’ professionalism and patience! They were flexible enough to accommodate my cat for a last-minute walk-in after a small incident, and still delivered excellent results. Also reasonably priced by Manhattan standards.(Edit to add that this is the best trim my cat’s ever got - very clean and precise. Thank you!)

Woo Woo transformed our little Edie who we inherited before Christmas .She was incredibly matted and very skittish but they were so sweet and gentle with her when we came to pick her up she was a new girl.She is the before and after blond Brussels Griffin on their thread.I would trust woo Woo to take on any challenging case. Edie has a had a tough go of it and we were concerned taking her to a groomer but it was a wonderful experience. She is so much more comfortable now and will wear this cute sweater until her hair grows in a bit

Did a solid job on my toy poodle - who is not the easiest to style. Very quick. Took about an hour. My dog is about 8lbs > 90$ haircut / 20$ anal gland cleaning / ~9$ tax and then ~24$ tip

I could not have been more pleased with how beautiful my little girls cut turned out! They did an amazing job and the staff were so kind. I added the nail filing and teeth cleaning services and of course they did a great job with that as well. 10/10 recommend, best grooming experience and a great price point. I unfortunately do not permanently live in the city, I come stay here a couple months out of the year but am looking to come back but I know no matter what when I am in NYC I will always come here for my dogs grooming needs. Book your appointment! You will not regret it.

I was very pleased with how they pampered my boy! He looked great and smelled great!! My dog is usually very anxious about going to the groomers but when I picked him up he was calm and at ease with the staff. We live in the neighborhood and whenever we’ve walked by since his grooming he taps on the door as if he wants to go back in and say hello. Definitely plan to bring him back!

Decent price. Around $90ish for medium dog grooming without addons before tip. Took 90 mins. Dog looked good. Person was nice. Compare that to petco which charged 120 before tip and took 3 hours. So this is the better option, your pet gets more attention. Neighborhood small groomers like lucky paws charged me 150 for my dog who is small end of medium sized. So this is best option I found thus far and will continue to go with as long as prices remain the same.
