My dog was groomed beautifully. She was very soft & silky. I was very happy with how well her nails were trimmed as well. I was given an update as to how well she did and the products that were used on her. Her appointment did not take too long either. Ive taken previous dogs to other groomers who had them for several hours. This worked very conveniently into my schedule. I will definitely be using Petco again!

Our groomer was very friendly and went over everything she would be doing during our puppys appointment. She made sure she understood what we wanted as well as explaining to us what needed to be done. She was very gentle with our puppy and used a soothing voice when talking to him. He looked 100% better afterwards.

Kris is just awesome with Cricket and Austin. They have had nail trimming issues with other groomers in the past until we meet Kris. I love the way he treats both dogs along with the fact that I have NEVER NOT seen a smile on his face, I can always count on Kris to be polite and go the extra mile to ensure that my dogs have a wonderful experience. He is just simply a pleasure to do business with.

The groomer is so nice and easy to talk to. My puppy was very comfortable with her. She did a fantastic job. She trimmed Tippi exactly the way I asked her to do it too. I walready made another appt. For Tippi to get groomed again in about 7 wks.

I watched as my dog get his nails buffed. He is a doxie and i guess he was nipping at her so they had his neck in the loop. but i could tell she was getting frustrated with my dog. She tried to stretch his front paws but hey short legs. Thats all that bothered me she seemed she didnt have the patients that day .... getting aggravated. also my dog dont usually nip i think cause that was first time buffing. Over all i like going there and will continue to go...ty
