Amazing! Genuinely cares about helping you and your dog and not just about getting paid! I looked around at a few trainers that told me I’d need a ton of sessions and time to fix my slightly reactive dog and he gave me tips to help me figure it out and practice with her myself in just one session!

Brought my dog here to be trained by Peter and now she actually listens and is way more calm than before. He was super kind and friendly throughout the entire process which is why I would recommend bringing your dog here. The area is super peaceful so you and your fur baby will leave happy.

I was recommended by a friend to contact Peter as I was looking for help with my older German Shepherd. Initially I was having issues with her pulling on walks and getting nervous outside of the house. Peter taught me how to walk her without any pulling and helped me introduce her to more public spaces so she would be less fearful when we go out. If I ever had questions between training sessions he was very responsive and truly cares about the animals he is working with. I would highly recommend him if youre looking for help with training.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful we are to have found Peter and K9 Family Dog Training, from the beginning of meeting him and introducing him to our newest rescue, he had all the right questions off the bat for us! I mean he had to have hit every nail on the head within 15 minutes, we walked away super impressed and excited to start this journey with Peter and our new dog. We were kept up to date daily on her progress, with written word, pictures, and videos. I honestly thought he would have his hands full with our hyper 1.5 year old Pomeranian husky, but he immediately formed a bond with her, she trusted him, it was clearly evident. Within 4 days we saw a dog we had never gotten to experience ourselves, we are awestruck still at how amazing he was at training her in such a short period! And on top of that she came back looking better than when we dropped her off! Her coat was shiny, and clean, and he trimmed her nails for her, it was well beyond our expectations. Any training is meant for follow up, and we were given not only an in person walk through on the things he started training her on but also written instructions and videos if needed. I cannot wait to follow up with Peter in the future for more training !

After finally getting a puppy, I realized there was a lot more to it than I had thought. Pete did and has been doing a great job getting my new founded puppy the skills and mannerisms needed to build and grow into a great dog! He comes prepared he’s one on one with you and your dog, and comes right to your home or place of choice. I will continue working with Pete at k9 family training!

Peter helped me work with my fear aggressive cane corso. We were at our wits end with our dog and we were looking at our options with him. Peter helped us work with our dog and helped give him confidence. For the first time in a long time our family can feel comfortable knowing we have the tools to work with our dog thanks to Peter.
