Took my dog in to see Jessica this morning, and he came back to me beautifully groomed. Jess is so loving and gentle with the animals and we will definitely take him back.Hes a Border Collie/Pom mix and has thick and long hair. I couldnt have been more pleased to see she got most of the undercoat out. Thank you Jess, and thank you PetSmart for hiring her. Shes so talented! -

The associates were very helpful when they did my dogs nails. They were patient, calm, while working with my Sammy who dislikes anyone handling her feet. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for that peace you gave Sammy and myself.
