I gave this location a 2nd chance after another groomer needed a time change of which was inconvenient for me. Alex and Cynthias team did such a good job on the bath and brush despite low staffing and delivered such good service including comp toys and coupons which came in handy. All knots and tangles were removed and he smelled amazing -

From the pet hospital to the grooming department (I yet to try the pet hotel), I always have a great experience. The staff members throughout the facility are friendly and professional and always eager to help. I know my pup is in great hands every he has an appointment. Iβve recommended this PetSmart to my friends, families and neighbors and they also have great experiences. -

Paige is a soon to be 2 years old Shih Tzu and has been vista this groomer located since she was only few months old. Today my Pup was seen by Nicole. She had excellent customer service and handled my baby with such care. I truly enjoy bringing her to this location and look forward to continuing to book with Nicole. Thank you -

I highly recommend the Petshotel in Pelham. The staff is so wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. My 9 year old puppy had a great time. She was very well taken care of and had a great time at day camp! I live about 30 minutes away in Astoria and it is absolutely worth the drive. -
