    The entire staff are warm and friendly. Treated my sassy spicy cat with respect. Very kind to me. They explained everything thing to me. Clean will lit waiting area. The exam room is bright and cheerful with enough space not to feel cramped.

    Front end staff very effective. Vet techs and Vets knowledgeable. I miss the warmth of the smaller office. The prices are high now however they try for lower med costs and thats thoughtful. Impeccably clean and rest rooms customers may use.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars as I can’t recommend Aqueduct enough! They love my dog and I know he is in good hands whenever we have to go in, whether it is for a regular check up or a sick visit.

    We’ve had a fantastic experience at Aqueduct Animal Hospital! We moved to Schenectady from Central NY a year ago and have brought our cat in 3 times now, most recently for a dental cleaning. We were under the impression he would need teeth removed but he thankfully did not! We had an incredible experience with Paul and the other staff who worked on him yesterday, who all raved about Hercules and his demeanor. The prices are super fair, knowing the times we live in. I love the discount that was just put in place for dental treatments, it truly helped us out! We expected to pay almost $1500 yesterday, if teeth had to be removed, and our bill ended up being less than half of that! I’ve seen Dr. Pike and Dr. Blanchette now and had positive experiences with them both and with all of the reception staff, as well. I loved that a staff member followed up with me today about Hercules recovery from his dental as well, it was so kind! I truly can’t say enough good things about Aqueduct, I am so happy I chose them when researching vets during our move last winter. I am thankful to have a great practice to rely on for our very special fur son!

    I absolutely love the entire staff! As does my dogs and they are very comfortable they have so much compassion for my babies. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I have a question they are right on it and care so much for my babies they even call and check up on them! I truly couldnt ask for a better vet! Their prices are great too! They dont sales talk you like other places.

    First time here with my new pup and Ive been to a couple vets, this place is posh, clean, spacious,super friendly, knowledgeable and not mention they are affordable and personable!!!!!..I had no clue they were located right around the corner from me. There are vets actually closer but on first meeting Dr Nikki,...I actually am going to move my other babies over here to her, shes so attentive and full of information for the human. My baby almost jumped off the table just to give her hugs and kisses!!! Her prices, her attitude, her demeanor, the way she speaks to you and the way each baby and person is individual makes the difference for me, I hope she stays this because Im gambling by moving all my babies over here to Aqueduct!!! 10 out of 10 a definite recommend...

    Ive had nothing but positive experiences here! I tend to ask lots of questions during appointments and have always been met with patience and thoroughness. Ive only lived in the area for about a year and a half and am thankful to have found a vet that cares for my babies just as much as I care for them. Thank you for being awesome Dr. Pike!

    Ive been going here for 19yrs, way before it found its new home. Ever since Dr. Pike joined, i stuck with him for all my pets. I took both my labs here from pups to their 16yr and almost 17yrs of life. From minor issues and pain management as they became elderly. I am currently taking the new dogs here as well. Friendly staff, amazing service, and great care with all my dogs. Highly recommend.

    Vets are very caring. While we were there a couple came in to put their dog down. The girls put out candles and a sign to explain someone was saying goodbye. Very respectful

    Doctors and staff are kind, patient and always helpful and responsive. They genuinely want to help, accommodate reasonable asks and take time to discuss issues with your pets. I regularly board here when on long vacations and they are top notch.

    We have been going to Aqueduct Animal Hospital for over 30 years with our numerous dogs past and present. We love the new facility. Great knowledgeable, friendly professional, vets and staff. Appointments for unforeseen health issues have been scheduled the same day. Facility is great and offers grooming, daycare and boarding. All we could ask for.

    We have been bringing our cats here for 6 years since we got them as kittens. We were able to see them in an urgent situation before we even established them as our vet. Their new facility is much bigger and has separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Front desk staff are friendly, vet techs are knowledgeable, and weve had good experiences with all 3 DVMs. One of our cats also gets groomed there 3-4x/year. I like that they know her history and have a comparable price (or cheaper) than local pet stores for grooming.

    Dr. Pike and his staff are the absolute best. The receptionists are kind and compassionate. The techs are concerned with Bella’s well being. Dr Pike and Dr. Caravate are wonderful vets who listen to my concerns and treat Bella as if she was their dogs. Bella has had multiple health issues and they have been right by my side.

    I love Aqueduct, I’ve been going here for a few years and wish I knew about them sooner. I see Dr Blanchette, she and the rest of the staff always make sure my kitties are well taken care of. I recommend her to all of my friends, she really listens to every question and concern you have. I am so grateful for her patients and knowledge.     Aqueduct is wonderful! All the staff are pleasant and compassionate. Special shout-out to Dr. Blanchette who is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and experienced! My cat recently had some health issues and Dr. Blanchette was so helpful. Dr. Blanchette always led with care and empathy, and was also thorough in providing information and choices. Its always difficult when your pet is not feeling well, but it was a relief to have a caring place to turn to. Thank you, Aqueduct!

    Wonderful veterinary clinic, all the staff members are so pleasant and nice. Our vet, Dr. Pike was so good with my son, so gentle and loving. You can tell he truly loves what he does and loves his patients. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

    Aquaduct Animal Hospital is the very best of the best. As a dog owner for 58 years, I have never been more pleased with the quality of care provided by Dr Pike and his exceptional staff, or the fantastic (state of the art) facility in which services are provided. The daycare facility and adoring staff are second to none. My dog gets so happy and excited to go there, that his whole body is wagging when we get to the door. I highly recommend Aquaduct Animal Hospital!

    Scheduled appointment for our cat today, called back literally 45 minutes later because the appointment is no longer needed. I was told I had to pay $25.00 cancellation fee over the phone. I am sorry but I literally just called, technically it is fair, but not very pleasant.

    Home away from home for my fur babies. Cant say enough good things, but ...Ive been bringing my dog to daycare for two years. To say he loves it is an understatement. All the staff know us by name and make it a friendly environment. I also board here when I travel. Bringing my dog here has given me real piece of mind.The vet care is great. Dr. Pike goes out of his way to offer advice on diet, behaviors, etc. for my dog. Dr. Caravati is so nice and caring. He had my normally shy cat purring and completely relaxed on his last visit.

    We have been bringing our Malchi Princess to Aqueduct since she was a puppy, so about 7 years now. The Doctors and staff are great. They are always courteous and attentive to our needs and questions. They dont have outrageous prices when it comes to their services and medications. They have ways that they can help their clientele, if theyre having issues with a bill due to an expensive surgery. I always recommend them when someone is looking for a veterinary hospital that cares for their clientele and their pets.

    I can not thank the staff at Aqueduct enough, theyve treated us like family. I have 3 dogs of varying sizes from small to large. They performed a spay for me and just the other day extracted 9 teeth from another dog. Not only do they call you with updates through out the day while your pet is there, they also call the next day to check up on them. The Vets do not try to sell you unnecessary services or visits unlike the other 2 vets weve had over the past 7 years have. Ive been going here for 2 1/2 years. I will never use another practice. Follow-up visits post procedure are complimentary and they offer a military discount! The vet techs are awesome, the front desk staff are awesome, I see Dr. Pike who is outstanding! All answer all of my worrisome necrotic questions about my pets lol.

    Queduct for almost 40 years even with a hiatus during the Dr. Rapp years....We came back because we found Dr. Pike to be an excellent vet to our 1 dog and 3 cats. The staff know my dog by name and treat her very well. She loves to go there and loves doggy day care. The techs and desk staff are WONDERFUL,kind and compassionate. The negative reviews are pretty unwarranted.

    We had an emergency situation as our vet was out ot town. Aqueduct scheduled us into a cancelled appointment. We were treated like old friends; caring, thoughtful doctor, vet tech, and administration staff. Beautiful facilities.

    This vet has been with me since I adopted a dog in 2016. We used their daycare until the fall of 2017 when we moved. I registered and started a baseline with my dog at a new closer vet (at the urging of the Aqueduct staff) but have only ever used the new vet as back up or in an emergency. The daycare is not only one of the best staffed around but also one of the most cost effective. We have done boarding many times while I was overseas or at a work conference (situations I wasnt able to check in with them for a few days in a row). Last summer my dog was at his new daycare and started vomiting blood. My secretary called the vet to let them know we were coming in and when I arrived they met me in the parking lot to carry him in. While I waited both the office staff and daycare staff came out and sat with me to keep me calm. We recently had surgery and not only did the vet explain the procedure well but also gave me a wonderful estimated price breakdown. I dont think I can explain in a Google review how much like family this place makes me feel.

    The staff is wonderful and so are the veterinarians. Anytime I have had a problem with my dog they have always been able to accommodate him. He loves all the love and attention he gets there as well as the great care.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a hard time walking and my dogs tend to pull me. Some one always comes to my truck to bring them in to the building and back to my truck. I definitely recommend this animal facility.

    I have had nothing but great experiences with taking my babies here. I have a chihuahua that had to have most of her teeth removed and the anesthesiologist pretty much held her until I came to pick her up that night. I also recently had to have one of my dogs put to sleep after he was found to have cancer and was in so much pain. They exhausted every effort to first rule out cancer and keep him comfortable but in the end no matter what it was his time. They were so caring through the entire ordeal and even afterwards. I highly recommend this place. From beginning to end the entire staff are amazing.

    Just want to comment on what a WONDERFUL PLACE AQUEDUCT IS !!! My year old puppy was stung this week and has had some complications which the staff and Vets are working diligently to fix!!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care that my Fur Babies ( I have 4 !! 3 dogs and a cat ) have consistently received from these wonderful people !!!     When my 17 year old cat became sick, Dr C was determined to get him better. I informed him that my cat did not take water well from a medicine syringe. Dr C set my cat up for appts for a week straight to have a vet tech administer his meds. Hes doing a lot better and Im so appreciative to Dr C, the front desk staff and the vet techs!

    We have utilized the services of Dr. Pike and his staff since we bought a house in old Niskayuna 26 years ago. Several years ago we adopted 2 older cats (19 and 21) and luckily had them with us for almost 6 years. We have always been animal lovers but this was our first experience with cats and we would have been lost without the advice and support of Dr. Pike and his staff. Unfortunately we lost them to feline diseases about 2 years ago and they helped us get through the whole process and we would have been lost without them! Soon after we adopted 2 nine year old cats who had lived in the shelter their whole life so to say they are skittish is an understatement! For all of the pet lovers in the community, especially in our neighborhood I cant even imagine these amazing neighbors not being here with us. They have earned the right to stay here after taking care of hundreds of our beloved pets over the years!

    Aqueduct Animal Hospital has four Veterinarians so theres always someone on duty in the event you need to make an emergency or illness appointment. Reasonable fees make the visits more affordable, and staff is always available to answer questions. Facilities are always clean and staff is very friendly too.

    Not sure what all of the fuss about the waiting room is... definitely felt great about our visit! Everyone was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable; everything appeared clean and orderly. Juniper saw Dr. Pike and I felt very comfortable with him; knowledge, rapport, gentle yet firm demeanor with my saucy, 4.1 lb diva!
