I have not been this excited about my dog getting groomed in a long time. It isnt easy finding someone that not only understands what you want, but wants to give it to you. Thats what I found with Bonny. What a joy to work with her. Yesterday was our first session. First of many, I hope. Im in love with his face. Finally got it how I like it. He also got his nails done, which is a miracle (he doesnt like having his nails done). He did so well and that happy smile. I cant stop smiling at how happy he is. Thats a testament to Bonny and how well she worked with my dog. 10/10. 100% recommend!!

Bonnie and her husband Rob have been grooming my three French Bulldogs for a couple years now and I would never go anywhere else. Giving your animals a bath is such a struggle especially when you have three so the convenience of having someone that’s as amazing as Bonnie pull right in your driveway and service your pets is incredible. You know Bonnie loves animals so much and it shows in her work! She takes her time and does an amazing thorough job! My dogs always look amazing and SMELL EVEN BETTER! Added bonus she always seems to get great pictures of my babies! I mean come on! Look at how cute! I highly recommend! Thanks Bonnie!!

Bonny and Rob are really fantastic with our baby Walter. I can always rely on them to provide consistent results. They took the time to get to know Walter and play with him, making him and myself feel at ease prior to grooming. He always comes out looking stunning and smelling divine. Bonny was so responsive to my phone calls and replied to text messages about scheduling right away. Even though she was booking out for months, she communicated with me closely to inform me of openings in her schedule that became available and she was able to fit us in quickly! She quoted us a price for mobile grooming for our chihuahua and on grooming day she adhered to that price we were expecting to pay. She made sure to ask our preferences before starting and did a thorough history. Our fur baby has a heart condition requiring medications and we wanted to avoid the stress of taking her to a commercial dog groomer as we have done in the past. Bonny made sure she was calm and safe, and Lily did great. We love her adorable makeover! Thank you Paw Printz!

My puppies and I are so happy we found Paw Printz over 6 years ago. They have never disappointed us. My dogs do not like being in the car so finding a mobile groomer made my life a lot easier. Bonnie and Rob are very friendly and reliable. They go above and beyond with their services. I have a busy schedule and trusting them allowed me to feel comfortable not needing to be home while my dogs were being groomed.

For more than 40 years we have taken our pets to a variety of groomers. Bonnie and Rob of Paw Printz are the best groomers who have ever taken care of our girls. They’re also the only groomers that our dogs have actually liked. Having a groomer come to our home has spared our girls from having to spend their day shaking in a crate in a strange place — hard to put a price on that! Both Bonnie and Rob have groomed our Havapoos. They both take their time giving the girls the spa experience. They never rush through. When the girls come into the house, they’re happy, smell amazing, feel soft, and look great. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Not only do they do a super job, they’re also genuinely nice people.

I have waited sometime to do a review however that isnt due to lack of great service. I can not say enough wonderful things about Miss Bonnie, She is kind, patient, informative, and fun. Miss B is awesome with the correspondence as well as availability. My mini Schnauzer Jack whom is very shy always gets the best of care. Today alone he was treated to a complimentary tea tree oil treatment for his flaking. His awesome bandanas are all the rave at my house after his session. My kids have become accustomed to the grooming van and know when its spa day. All these things are true and have stayed consistent through out this pandemic. When Miss Bonnie was able to provide service she picked right back up full force. Seriously the best service by the best groomer! I know this because I went through three before finding Miss Bonnie. Its so worth your pets comfort and your ease of mind.

Rocky before & after - Rocky (11 yrs old) has always had issues with grooming (he hates driving & water LOL) It killed Mom to drop him off & wait hours to be able to pick him up - He was always so sad and stressed - he wouldnt eat and the whites of his eyes were always very red when Id pick him up - Well then I found Bonnie & her husband - I thank her profusely every time she comes out to the house for Rocky - He is not stressed at all after his grooming appts. He eats and does not have any red in his eyes - major, major plus for this Rocky obsessed mom - Oh and he smells fabulous - He is my special little man & Im so happy we found Paw Pritz - I LOVE you guys!!!!!

It is near impossible to get my two 13-year-old dogs in the car. I called Paw Printz and they were wonderful!! I felt confident in how experienced they were. Im very protective of my Senior dogs, Pepper & Taxi. Bonnie & Rob were so gentle, loving and sensitive with them! Its clear they are true dog lovers. Reasonable prices. Both my dogs HATE having their claws trimmed. Bonnie & Rob let me accompany each dog into their van. They let me stand with my pets, pet them, talk to them, comfort them while they got what is, for them, and scary nail trimming done. I will call no one else for our future grooming needs!! I would give 10 stars if I could! Bonnie and her husband are wonderful and kind. I have no hesitation at all leaving my dogs with them. My dogs are always calm after a grooming and they look fabulous. It is wonderful that they come to my house- they have been here in the evenings and on weekends. One of my rescue dogs was abused before he came to us. I waited a year to have him groomed because he was terrified whenever anyone came near his face. Bonnie was able to get right to him and she had no problems. Absolutely the best grooming business in Rochester!!

Bonnie and Rob are simply the best! My dog, Layla, had not been groomed in a while as she was diagnosed with cushions disease. She had benign tumors all over her body. I called Bonny and she went above & beyond expectations to fit us in for an appt. I have no idea how she and Rob understood how I wanted Layla groomed but they did and groomed her exactly how I wanted. She and Rob are so sweet, caring, kind, and professional. Bonny and Rob did an outstanding job on our 2 miniature schnauzers. I wish I could give them 10 stars because we love love love love how they cared for our dogs. There coats are beautiful, they smell great and we booked out next appointment for 5 weeks. If you need your pet groomed they will do a superb job and you will not be disappointed. The added bonus is that they come to you, it’s a one stop shop. Kudos to Bonny and Rob …our dogs have never looked and smelled so good.

Bonny and her husband are awesome! They show up on time, are so kind to our bath-hating dogs (2 Cairn terriers), and do an excellent job with grooming them. They always look great after their blueberry facials and they smell great too! Plus, they never have to sit in a crate at a strange place; they just walk up the driveway back to their house when its done. Bonny is nothing but safe, considerate, and kind to our furballs.

Bonnie and Rob are the most amazing pet groomers and people. Since I adopted my baby girl, a bichon fries mix, Paw Printz Mobile has groomed her. Not only do I trust Bonnie and Rob with my precious dog, I trust them with the key to my home. They work around my schedule and will come and groom her during the day for my convenience. They are two of the most loving caring people I know. The love they have for animals is unsurpassed. My baby girl, Sounder, looks beautiful after every grooming. They are meticulous, yet so caring and kind to my dog. She is not scared of the grooming process or baths, and actually runs to them when they arrive. I highly recommend Paw Printz Mobile. We have been using Bonny for our rescue Herbie for over 4yrs now. Hes a Yorkie/cairn terrier. Shes absolutely amazing and Herbie loves her. After his appointments he looks awesome and smells great. Everyone loves the way she cuts his hair too. Its so convenient to have her come to us since Herbie gets car sick. Hes done and looking fabulous in half the time than if I were to drop him off somewhere. She also does other dogs in our neighborhood. I always recommend her to everyone.

Bonnie and her husband have been so accommodating and helpful from day 1. I was referred to them by another client of hers. I am very protective of my two babies and she understood right away my concerns and feelings about how I wanted them groomed, and not mistreated in anyway, since I had an experience with another groomer that was quite unpleasant. It is nice to know people really do exist that take pride in their work and treat my dogs if they were her own.

Paw Printz has been grooming our dogs for about 3 years. We have a white Havanese and a Japanese Chin/ Pomeranian, so they have “spa days” with Bonny & Rob regularly. Which they absolutely love! Frankie & Sadie always return looking and smelling fabulous! They’re haircuts are perfectly on point. Never choppy or uneven. Nails are short, ears and teeth clean. Frankie is usually wearing a very handsome necktie or bandana, and Sadie either has cute bows on her ears or sometimes a little bling necklace. Not only are Bonny & Rob skilled in grooming, but they truly love their fur clients. They treat my dogs as though they were their own. Which as a “dog mom”, just warms my heart. Between the convenience of my dogs being groomed literally in my driveway, and the price so affordable...Paw Printz is every dog/ cat parent’s dream!

We have a very high strung poodle that didnt do well at pet store groomer. Bonnie did an amazing job with Kodi. He had not had a cut in a while. In addition she is always on time when she says 2:30pm she is there ringing our door bell. Bonny and Rob will forever be my dog groomers! My Sadie Baby is an Australian Shepard, Collie mix, so shes got a lot of hair. When she comes out of the van, her fur couldnt be any whiter, and after she runs up to me to show off her soft fur, she typically runs right back to the van wanting some more pampering, Sadie cant get enough. Bonny and Rob are so caring and loving when it comes to animals, Sadie loves whenever they come over, and Im always happy knowing that my dog is in good hands. The convenience of them coming to your house and taking the mess with them is great as well. This truly is a spa like atmosphere for your dog, so you wont be able to go up to the van and check in because it will distract your dog, so just believe me when I say, your baby is in good hands, and will love every minute of it. Bonnie and Rob from Paw Printz Mobile are AMAZING!! I used to work with them both years ago; and was ecstatic to hear Bonnie would be running her own mobile grooming service because I knew her true love and compassion for animals. When I made my first official call to Bonnie to schedule some TLC for my chocolate lab Bailey I was skeptical. Bailey didnt want to leave mom and get in this weird van with someone she didnt know. Of course I was also the worried mother. I know Bonnie and Rob well, but it worried me to see my four legged furry child as she was frightened. Once inside the house, I ran to the window to look out... and I will never forget seeing Bonnie in the van as she was talking to, petting and cuddling my precious girl; and Bailey had the look of life is great as she wagged her tail giving Bonnie kisses. After the bath/grooming... Bailey came in so happy (not to mention smelling and looking much better!). Bonnie and Rob really know how to make not only my animals, but me as well, happy and comfortable. Now we own two dogs, and when Paw Printz arrive.. the girls confidently go trotting off for their afternoon of pampering.Also I appreciate that Bonnie and Rob take the time to listen to my wants and concerns. I always feel so assured that my kids are getting the best treatment and types of services that are needed. Whether my girls are extra dandruffy, smellier than normal or I want a specific type of cut... Bonnie knows what to do to get them looking and smelling good. If anything makes my kids uncomfortable (i.e. cutting nails, getting in the van, etc.), she is sooo experienced with animals and able to work with them to make them comfortable.Paw Prints price is right too! Bonnies prices are reasonable and fair. And after seeing the love, care and attention that my dogs get, the money is well worth it. She and Rob truly care about my dogs, their care and my wishes/requests. The service I get is worth every penny spent. And if my dogs could type... they would say the same thing. :) I also appreciate the scheduling and punctuality of Paw Printz. Using a mobile grooming is mostly because of my tight schedule. With Paw Printz I am worry free that she will be on time which allows me to stay at home to take care of my own itinerary, and I dont even have to leave the house!Thank you Bonnie and Rob, and anyone out there that hasnt used Paw Printz in Rochester... Nyla is like my child; and like your children you want to send them to someone you trust. They have been amazing with my baby girl. Shes very shy and doesnt like new people. They treat her so kind and with such patience. They always always do such an amazing job on her grooming and the fact that it couldnt be more convenient them coming to your house. Its a win win. I highly recommend them to people I know, especially the elderly who may have trouble getting there pet in and out of the car to an actual shop. They are so caring and loving. I have taken Snuggles to 1 other groomer and Snuggles was traumatized!! Snuggs whole demeanor changed, it was really sad because when I picked Snuggs up she was kinda mean.I found Paw Printz Mobile Pet Styling in the phonebook. When Bonnie and Rob got to our home, Bonnie was the answer Ive been praying for! Bonnie treated my Snuggles with pure kindness. After the grooming, Snuggs looked unbelievable! Absolutely perfect! Paw prints grooming has always been so proffesional kind and caring with me and my animals. She has been taking care of animals for so long i trust her not only with my life but my animals lives as well. She only does grooming but also gives great advice on how to properly care for animals she always suggests going to a vet which i really appreciate because in her words you never really know whats wrong. Shes always on time and polite when shes here and more importantly my animals love and trust her just like i do. My whole family goes to her and we all love her. She always puts little bows or necklaces on our girls and little ties or hankerchiefs on our boys i wish i knew how to upload a picture. My dog has been through a tuff life so he doesnt take to people well and he loves bonny and rob. Bonny is the type of person that she always puts other people ahead of herself and i know some ppl think its just dog grooming but to her its more she loves animals and its her passion and goal to make sure any animal she comes in contact with is properly taken care of both by her and the owner. She has over 20 dogs in her home that are just hers and that doesnt count for the horses and other barn animals she takes care of. Shes a loving person and i highly reccomend her services.

Bonny & Rob have been our Groomer since 2011. I have been a big lover of the Akita breed . I have had 3 altogether Bear ,Mollys Kana Rose & Marshall . My first 2 Akitas have past on across Rainbow Bridge to meet my DAD in beautiful green pastures . Big Marshall is my 3rd Akita , he adores Bonny & Rob , they are very hard working & professional . My dog is a bit tentative, shy…some would call him moody! He feels very comfortable with the groomers(the business owners). So comfortable, he allowed them to find a soft tissue mass on his cheek, almost adjacent to his lip line. . It went unnoticed somehow by us, as his hair covered it well. It was a soft tissue tumor of the hair follicle. It was removed the following week and the vet said he was 100% back to normal and that there would be no further complications. They caught it early enough so that he wouldn’t need extensive surgery to repair the defect that removal of the mass created.Paw Printz is always on schedule, use the best-smelling grooming products and they give him an adorable tie, scarf each visit! I recommend this company to anyone who really cares about their pet, like it was their own child. Lastly, I really like the owners. They are kind and friendly. No wonder Oliver allows them to have their way with him!
