    I am so happy with these people. They are so nice and they make my dogs visit so smooth and she looks fabulous when they´re done with her. I couldn´t fathom taking her anywhere else!! Great job on all levels. Love them to pieces. When she comes home we call her fluffy!!

    The groomer was very accurate, he did an awesome job. But the grooming cost is way too high!! I will not be using Petco again, too expensive!!

    Kayla is such a wonderful groomer. She always makes sure my 2 poochies are scheduled together and takes great care and concern for them both. She makes them look good and smell terrific!

    Staff is always helpful and pleasant. My dog is always done fast so no waiting.

    Hides extra charges from customers. Has an extra material fee added at the end. Very small staff. Cancels grooming appointments with no notice. Too busy to answer their phone.

    I love that the Groomer put plenty of fragrance on my dog. There have been times Ive picked her up & she still smells gross. The Groomer today also did a great job on her nails & teeth. My dog seemed very comfortable with her. We have to travel a little further to get to the Irondequoit location, but my dog hates the location closer to home in Greece due to a terrible Groomer at that location. Well keep driving further to get to the Irondequoit location.

    Amy (the Groomer) is always helpful and happy every time we drop off and pick up our pup. She makes sure she get her nails done really well and I cant say how much I appreciate that! She is a great listener and always asks questions to make sure to give you exactly the cut you want. We really like her and will continue to go to here while she is here.

    The girl who trimmed our dogs nails (Roxy) on 12/19 was fantastic and was wonderful with her! Kudos to this employee!!!

    My golden retriever is a handful but Brittany does a great job all the time with overall grooming. I like how he looks well trimmed but still looks like a golden retriever. My dog loves and trust her so yes, I found my big dog groomer 😃👍

    This is Maya first time out and grooming as far as I know because she is a rescue. She is used to staying AT HOME and LOCKED UP not taken care of like she should be so I definitely would bring her back cause I see she enjoyed the attention and the staff loved her. We will definitely be back in a few more weeks.

    I specifically LOVE the irondequoit location, because the last 2 women who groomed my fur son actually CARE about him. Took their time with him, listened to me when I explained his behaviors, and his dos and donts. Brittany is amazing, and I apologize for not having the name of the other woman I am thinking of. But she is wonderful with my son too.

    What a great place the Irondequoit store is. I have a dog that likes nothing about grooming and Tamra is wonderful with her. She always makes sure to book her for herself since she knows how to comfort her thrrough . She calls me to check in if she thinks I may be worried about her. She has seizures now and Tamra even called to check on her. Great service every time. Thanks to Tamra from us and the staff at the store.

    Bella was done by Amy and before we brought Bella in on discussed with Amy how matted Bella was and how nervous I was about shaving all her hair off, well let me say Amy took all my fears away!!! Bella came out looking beautiful!!! Smelling wonderful!!! Amy took her time and made sure Bella came out perfect!! Thank you Amy you are the best

    The ladies there are very friendly and listen when you talk to them about your pet. Especially Tamrah. She knows our dogs now very well. We have always been happy with the service.

    I am always satisfied with Marshall looking so handsome when I pick him up. The groomers (the ones I have met) are always so nice, and are good with Marshall. Hoping to have a good relationship with Petco.

    I cant remember the groomers name, but she was so nice. She took care of my senior dog (15 years) very carefully and Nia (my dog) was very comfortable with her. The groomer seemed definitely dedicated to her job of helping animals and their owners.
