Thank you so much to rainey today at petco henrietta, i took my dads senior dog Snoopy in for long overdue nail trim , ear cleaning and teeth cleaning, my dads health issues have made snoopys needs long overdue, rainey was patient, kind , creative and caring . Snoopy was not easy, but she was a rockstar.. ask for her if you want amazing, she is an asset to petco.... love linda and snoopy -

Nick did great! We’ve been here a few times and this is the first time my dogs nails were cut and buffed right. Usually they are jagged and I have to try to file them myself. -

Dominique is a wonderful groomer and I felt really bad for her being alone to groom, answer the phone and check in and check out clients. She was so efficient and friendly under such pressure. I hope you reward her for outstanding performance and value her as a leader in your company. -

We found Petco to be very friendly and kind to our little dog. We use to go to another big chain store and they were always to busy and it was total chaos. We felt sorry for the other dogs at that store. Now we feel like we have found a nice quite home to have our dog taken care of. Thank you so much for your service. -

Dominique was awesome! dropped off Cleo at 805 and I was picking her back up 30 min later, all clean smelling like a blueberry, nails but and buffed and teeth shiny. Every time I have been before the wait was always over an hour. I will request Dominique all the time -

The groomer was very knowledgeable, talked through everything very clearly (and went above and beyond to share knowledge from when she was a vet tech). She was very efficient with my girl who HATES nail trims! After struggling to find places in Rochester to bring my girl, this is our new spot! -

I’ve always had good grooming with my dogs at Petco. The only thing I would recommend is that when they clip the nails that they also use a quick file on them. But his nails were clipped but still very sharp and scratched easily. -
