Bone Jour is the BEST groomer on Long Island – I can’t recommend them enough! We’ve been coming here for several years, starting with their grooming truck during COVID. The owners, Tia and Vince, are phenomenal – attentive, talented, and truly caring. Tia treats every pup like her own! Our dog, Jetson, is usually nervous around new people, but Tia and her team are so patient and gentle that going to the groomer has become Jet’s favorite monthly activity. He always comes home looking fluffy and so handsome! A special shoutout to Robin at the front desk, who is just as loving and caring. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every dog owner should have a groomer who is honest, accommodating, knowledgeable, and talented like Tia at Bone Jour. Thank you for everything you do!

I am a client of 5 years, writing to brag about the amazing, above and beyond customer service that I received recently from Tia of Bone Jour.I noticed that one of my dogs was squinting once I got him home from being groomed. It went on long enough that I decided to call Tia. She said, Let me come to your house and rinse his eyes. He might have a hair in his eye. I wasnt expecting this sort of treatment, but gladly had her come over since I am insecure at rinsing my dogs eyes on my own. Her loving visit was so appreciated. She left saying, if he is still squinting in the morning, bring him to the vet and I will take care of the bill. Again, I was not expecting this sort of treatment. I ended up bringing him in. The vet said he must have scratched his eye, but made sure to tell me, not due to shampoo getting in there, but yes, perhaps a hair. He gave me some medicine for him. Tia did indeed pay for the vet visit and followed up with a phonecall the next week to get an update. Not only is my little guy totally fine now, but the experience allowed me to marvel at the caring human being who keeps him looking so handsome. Thankyou Tia!

Tee is fabulous with the dogs and is truly artistic in her work. She does an amazing job with the dogs and cares so much for the dogs like her own. Her entire staff is friendly and great with both the customers and dogs. You can see how the dogs get excited to walk in there. I highly recommend Bone Jour!

Vincent and Tia are fabulous!! They really care for your pups and the entire staff here are friendly excellent trimmers ! It’s very very clean and comfortable for your pups. Whether you use the truck for trimming or leave them in their cage free shop there is no worry. Your family pup will be treated with fabulous care. All three of my little pups go here. Prices are so reasonable too!!!!

Excellent groomers especially with my berneese mountain dog he can be a tough cookie but Tia really knows how to deal with that. Grat job

You really feel that they care about your pets. Tia always does an amazing job with my pooch, who can be difficult. Highly recommend when you can get there.
