The owner of Pet Expressions in Saint James is an extraordinary individual, truly a gem in the community. Her natural ability to connect with animals is remarkable; she has a special way of understanding their needs and behaviors. My corgi/Chihuahua absolutely adores her, and it’s evident that she treats each pet as if they were her own. Plus, her prices are exceptionally fair, making her services accessible to everyone. She’s always flexible with scheduling, accommodating last-minute requests without hesitation. And for those driving in, the ample parking available makes each visit convenient and stress-free.

We’ve been taking our yorkipoo to Susan for years now and she is truly the best In the area! What dog actually gets excited to go to the groomer?! Susan always does such a great job with his cut and is very accommodating with appointments. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a responsible, accommodating, and high quality groomer!

My dog Arthur always looks great after getting groomed at Pet Expressions. It costs me $98 before tip, which I think is very reasonable, especially considering how expensive the area is to own property. He always looks so good that we have people stop and ask us on walks where he gets groomed! It does take a while before you can pick up your dog, but that is no different than any other groomer I have been to.

What a terrific place to bring your dog, full of true love and concern for your animal. I went to pick up my brothers dog and was met by a young lady who was very welcoming. When you walk in there are bird cages filled with parakeets and parrots and I was admiring them. The young lady at the front desk asked if I would like to have one perch on my finger. She placed the bird on my finger and what a joy it began kissing my face and I fell in love with it. Sue the owner was grooming my brothers dog and you can see the love she has for the animals in her care and is also a terrific groomer, my brothers dog looked adorable. So if you live in St. James or the surrounding areas give Pet Expressions a try they are great and are warm and welcoming not only to you but your pets.

The service was great, very friendly and they took amazing care of my dog. This is the cleanest and happiest he has returned from a grooming visit! I was very impressed and would recommend their services.
