For instance, I was charged 2 nights for a 24 hour stay (Saturday until Sunday). The interaction with the out of state owner was not in keeping with the warmth of the local staff. I give the policy a highly dissatisfied rating of 2/5.

Thank you so much for the amazing care you provide for Bentley. I can tell how happy and well-cared-for he-is every time we pick him up. It gives me great peace of mind knowing Bentley is in such a loving, professional, and fun environment. Your attention to detail, warm staff, and dedication to the dogs really stand out. I’m so grateful to have found a daycare that treats Bentley like family!

My dog has been coming here daily for two years. I couldnt be happier with the care and love shown to him by the staff! They understand the needs and quirks of his breed. I am confident each day I drop him off he is in good hands. (If he werent, he would absolutely refuse to get out of the car). Please know my review is from first hand, daily experience. I am thankful for the staffs dedication and hard work, it is appreciated!

My dog LOVES going to daycare here. My favorite part is how happy she is when I drop her off to the point that I’m chopped liver. My second favorite part is the customer service we (my dog and I) receive. My dog is treated like a family pet and when they talk to me they go out of their way to ensure I’m taken care of as well.

So I have been touring pet facilities because I plan on opening one in South florida and I can honestly say that Saratoga pet resort was the best that I have toured not only was the only one that didn’t smell but the staff was warm welcoming and amazing!! Thank you Saratoga appt resort for an amazing tour!!!

Our two dogs just love their stays at Saratoga Pet Resort! They are very well taken care of by wonderful, caring staff and always wag their tails as soon as we drive up to the door. My dog Pierce absolutely loves going to camp! He comes home happy and tired. The staff is amazing, greeting us when we walk in, telling me about his day, and always available in a last minute situation. Pierce has been going here for about 7 months now. I always feel confident that he will be well taken care of, be it for the day, or an extended stay!

Our dog had a wonderful time boarding here! We met 3 staff members and they were all very professional and nice. The facility was super clean and well organized. They made our dog (and us!) feel comfortable right away. Everything as exactly as they promised. Our dog got a bath before we picked him up and came home smelling sweet and clean. Thank you Saratoga Pet Resort! We will definitely board our buy with you again. 🙏🏼😃
