    From the moment we first walked into Shampooch, Susie treated my pups with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She took the time to sit with them and get to know them before their grooming session. She was especially attentive to my senior dog, Mia. Susie took the time to understand my dogsā€™ specific needs and preferences, and worked tirelessly to ensure they looked and felt their absolute best.What really sets Susie apart from other groomers is her genuine love and passion for animals. You can tell that she truly cares about the dogs in her care, and that sheā€™s dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and stress-free experience for all her furry clients. She proved this by the way she handles my senior dog who is NOT easy to groom. The fact that Susie has been able to groom my old pup speaks volumes.     Susan is the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to. This is more than just a job for her, this is a passion and she treated my dog like he was her own. He was very matted but now has an extremely clean and even cut and he smells so pretty. I wouldnā€™t trust anyone else with my dog!

    My 2 Shibas, Bryce and Lily have been going to Sue for years. She always does the best job getting their undercoat out during their shed season. She spends her precious time making them feel loved during their long sessions. They come home smelling great and so soft! Anyone with a double coated dog should RUN to Sue for their dogs grooming!! The Shibas love you Sue!

    I love the Shampooch Pawlor! Susie grooms one dog at a time and the care and love that she puts into the grooming sessions is top tier. You can tell she knows what sheā€™s doing!     We found the BEST groomer out there!! From start to finish, Susie was amazing and so caring towards our puppy. She eased both mine and my dogā€™s nerves and made sure Molly was comfortable throughout the whole process. She communicated with me during Mollyā€™s groom and even sent pictures. Would recommend Shampooch Pawlor to anyone who wants their dog groomed by someone who will love your pup as if they were her own.

    Shampooch Pawlor is more than just a place for your dogs to get groomed. Itā€™s a second home for your fur babies. The dogs are not crated and they truly feel safe. Sue is a one of kind groomer and person! Please stop by her shop, you wonā€™t be disappointed!

    HIGHLY recommend! 10/10. I brought in my pupper who was so matted, and Sue was extremely patient to prevent the shave she should have received! Weā€™re booked 8 weeks out to try and prevent said scenario again!

    Susieā€™s care for Geisha went above and beyond what most would expect, and itā€™s heartening to know that her efforts made such a positive impact. When it comes to senior pets or those with special needs, finding someone who truly understands their needs is invaluable. I am so happy to recommend Susieā€™s shop because Iā€™ve seen firsthand the level of care and attention she gives to each animal. Geisha is a 15 yr old senior toy silk terrier who has trouble with her legs. She is also very shy and is afraid of her own shadow. Susie said to me Mama bring her to me I got you I blocked out the afternoon for this little girl to take the time and pamper her for your Dad. After we lost my Mom back in 2017 this little girl is my Dads who world. Susie was amazing with Geisha. We could not thank her enough!

    Our first visit and couldnā€™t be happierā€¦Sue was great! Very attentive to Sophie and her needs. Made us both feel very relaxed. Loved that it was just her and no other dogs. Shop is set up so cute and clean. Canā€™t wait for our next visit!

    My last groomer stressed my lab and I would hear her barking nonstop from outside. Not any more... Shampooch Pawlor does a great cage-free job. My lab is usually walking around with a toy in her mouth when I pick her up with tail waging. Her fur is still soft after 4 weeks. I would recommend Shampooch Pawlor to any dog owner.

    Susie was great for my older dog who is normally so anxious and upset when grooming. Itā€™s been so hard to find someone who will work patiently and gently with him, and he came out looking so cute! I love that she only does one dog at a time, and would definitely recommend!

    I love the Shampooch Pawlor! My baby boy hated getting his nails cut. He would try to escape and always came home with his nails bleeding, but not with Susie. Susie puts him at ease, spending time with him and all pets she grooms. He never tries to to escape from having his nails cut and enjoyed every moment of his grooming. Susie takes her time and the care and love that she puts into the grooming sessions is definitely the best. My pup comes home strutting after his grooming. He is happy, looks great, feels baby soft and smells AMAZING. She treats our furry baby as if he is one of her own and thatā€™s more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Susie!!

    Sue, the owner & groomer of he Shampooch Pawlor in Seaford is a godsend! I honestly cannot say enough great things about her! She offers dog grooming by appointment only, one dog at a time which allows her to give your dog 100% full attention. I used to take my dog to the local pet store for grooming and he hated it it almost came to a point where he didnā€™t even want go for a car rides anymore because he was afraid thatā€™s where he was going, but itā€™s a completely different experience with Sue. She loves and cares for your dog as if itā€™s her own. She goes above and beyond!!!!! If you are looking for a groomer, look no further. I would recommend Sue to anybody & everybody!!!     I cant say enough good things about the shop. I brought my puppy to Susie for her first cleanup and bath to get her used to the groomer; she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to call me and go over what she would do with the puppy to get her comfortable. She took her time to let Honey get used to the shop and gave her lots of love. And she looked adorable when I picked her up. Im so glad I found her shop!

    Susie is absolutely amazing at what she does! I have a Wheaten Terrier and she is extremely hyper and hates getting groomed. Susie takes her time with my pup. She is patient and kind. I know my dog is tough getting groomed and she always goes out of her way to ensure my dog is always comfortable. You will not regret using Susie!! We will be furever clients!!!     There is no better groomer than Susie at Shampooch Pawlor! Her amazing skills are topped off with her amazing personality! She is clearly in the profession she is meant to be in - she loves and cares for our Lakeland Terrier, Logan as her own!     Sue & her Shampooch Pawlor have been grooming my pup Lucy for many years. Sue is the most loving groomer Lucyā€™s ever had. Sueā€™s kind & gentle treatment of Lucy makes for a positive experience for Lucy who is now 14 1/2 years old. Lucy comes home sparkling & smelling fresh.
