The staff at Tuxedo Pet Lodge are fantastic. They take great care of our dog, and let us know if there is anything we should be aware of. Stella jumps out of the car for drop-off to daycare, so I know she loves it there. Everyone is happy to see her and she seems comfortable with everyone.They take the time to test each dog with other dogs one-on-one, instead of just leaving everyone together in a big room. Our dog gets overwhelmed, so that works out well for us. I see pictures on their Facebook page of happy groups of dogs in the yard, and the occasional picture of Stella with one or two other dogs. We have used them for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and were always happy.Staff are very responsive about booking dates for boarding, daycare, and grooming appointments.Their website is informative and helpful.

I recently boarded my Rottweiler at Tuxedo Pet Lodge for 9 nights and had an excellent experience. This was the longest boarding experience my dog has ever had and I am so glad to have found this pet lodge. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about pet care. The clean, well-maintained facility provided a safe and comfortable environment for my boy. Cathy shared several updates during his stay, which gave me peace of mind while overseas. Most importantly, my dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. I highly recommend Tuxedo Pet Lodge and will definitely be using them in the future!

Tuxedo Pet Lodge has been caring for my super anxious and highly active Labradoodle Arlo since he was a puppy. I wouldnt trust leaving him with any other place. The Tuxedo Pet Lodge facilities are wonderful and spotless. The people who care for the dogs are affectionate and they take the time to make sure that your dog is matched with other dogs who are similar in demeanor at play time. Words cant express how much I appreciate the fact that I can leave Arlo here without any concerns. ⭐️

During a last-minute trip to New York, we faced a predicament finding accommodations for our dog during Canadas spring break. Enter Tuxedo Pet Lodge. Despite initial concerns about leaving our dog, who had never been to a kennel or daycare and struggled with anxiety, Cathy and her team put our worries to rest. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, flexible and adaptable to our schedule, Tuxedo Pet Lodge became our go-to solution.From the moment we spoke with Cathy, her reassurances about our dogs comfort and safety were evident. And true to her word, our dog was not just comfortable but ecstatic to spend his days with Cathy and her staff. By the second day, he was practically pulling us through the door, eager for another day of fun.Cathys expertise with big dogs and anxious pets shines through, and her genuine love for animals is palpable. Thanks to Tuxedo Pet Lodge, we spent a great time in NYC and we now have peace of mind knowing that we can bring our dog along on future trips. I wouldnt hesitate to entrust my dog to Cathys care again. Highly recommended for pet owners seeking a safe, loving environment for their furry companions.

We’ve been boarding our dog here for several years and couldn’t be happier. Our dog is excited to go in and see her friends..the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Now retired, we do a lot of travel and we have peace of mind knowing our dog is in such good hands. HIGHLY recommend!!!
