    BB&B is by far and hands down THE BEST groomers, staff and service that I have ever experienced for my pup. The entire staff is so kind and friendly and Angie gives the best cuts and adores my Lola. She is caring, professional, so sweet and actually listens to your requests and does her very best to make it happen. My Lola loves Angie and never, ever leaves stressed, only looking and smelling fabulous. I promise you will be nothing short of thrilled and your fur baby will thank you!! ❤️ Adding my current day review as well 3/15/24… Lola once again and as always, was treated like a princess with care and love and the result is another fabulous experience at BB&B in the hands of wonderful Angelina and the entire staff.     Angelina is the best! After our previous groomer left the location, we checked out the reviews to find someone else. Angelina gets so many great reviews for a reason. So be sure to book her far in advance. She always leaves our miniature goldendoodle looking and smelling beautiful. It can be very stressful leaving your pet in someone elses hands but we have always had a great experience at this location. We drive almost a half an hour to come here and I am sure we pass many other groomers on the way. It is well worth the trip. Highly recommended.

    Everyone here is kind, loving and very accommodating. Angie is the BEST groomer ever. She always makes my dogs look beautiful and truly cares about them. I’d never go anywhere else.

    My dog has always hated going to the groomers, but I’ve been coming here for over a year and Angelina is great with her. She always leaves her looking really cute. This is the only place I feel comfortable in bringing her, they do a great job.

    I cannot say enough good things about Angie and this location for grooming! I will never go anywhere else! My Pippin always comes home looking fabulous, and Angie is so good with him, he actually falls asleep on the table while she is grooming him. It doesn’t get any better than that! ❤️

    Angie is one of the best groomers I have gone to for my 17 yr old pup. She makes sure he is comfortable when his mommy isn’t around. He always looks handsome after every haircut. Thank you so much Angie.I just had to write another review because I can’t stop smelling my pup an looking at how wonderful his haircut came out! His groomer (Angie) does such a great job an she always goes above and beyond when it comes to my handsome boy Chewy. I can be a slight pain in the booty when it comes to his haircuts but Angie respects my wishes an always accommodates all my needs. She goes over every detail with me before his haircut and explains to me everything she did on him. Thank you once again for everything you do for Chewy

    This place is the best. Each groomer is wonderful, we like to use Julian for our dog- 70 lb goldendoodle. Always comes out perfect and he’s not scared to be there so they must be doing something right! Always friendly staff and accommodating for appts. We drive from Wantagh just to go to the Woodbury location and will continue to do so! Highly recommend.

    I was blown away not only by the great customer service but also their detailed work. My dog can be sensitive at times and previous groomers would look annoyed when I explained this and were pretty costly also and I would have to make an appointment with a months notice. I called bones bath and beyond and spoke with the most sweetest receptionist, was so understanding and was able to accommodate us the next day. Then the whole staff was sooo loving towards my dog and the groomer Julian was so pleasant and so patient. He actually ended up staying later because my dog was sensitive and he wanted to make sure he was ok. Honestly hands down the best service I’ve received in years. HIGHLY recommend. We used Bones bath and beyond in Woodbury location. Also pricing was great!!! Thank you Bones Bath and Beyond!!

    This was the first time my dog has had a bath at a groomer. Liz made him feel very comfortable from the moment he got there. He is a giant 130lb Great Dane puppy and they did a great job washing him and trimming his nails (which he doesn’t like). He came out looking and smelling great. I’d definitely go back!

    Love this grooming salon! They’ll call if your dog is matted to confirm any additional fees for extra brushing, and they are great with following instructions. Julian has done a wonderful job with our Havanese, and it’s a joy to see him handle our old boy with such care. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly, highly professional and affectionate. I’ve never seen my dog so comfortable with a groomer. It smells great when you walk in, it’s very clean and the best part, is that they don’t keep your fur babies in small cages! They have floor level, spacious pens. Angelina and Gus took great care of my dog and were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend!

    We brought my dog here a few times while visiting my mom who lives nearby, and we are honestly struggling to find a place we like as much where we live in Brooklyn. Everyone is SO nice and does an excellent job. They are so great with my dog who has separation anxiety and he always gets the best grooming! His best haircuts are from BB&B. Its also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

    My experience today was the best. They gave my baby (puppy) ♥️the best cut ever since his only 4months. Mind you it was his first time getting groomed ever. 😌 & they did such an amazing job 😍 you can see they really care & are passionate about what they do.     Today was the first time bringing my almost 4 year old, highly anxious, Irishdoodle. From the second I walked in I felt very comfortable leaving him there to be groomed. There are 3 levels of security to make sure no dog can get out of the store and that right there was a huge plus. Liz at the front desk was delightful. The premises are clean and all the dogs seemed happy to be there. My guy looks and smells great and they said he was very good considering it was his first time there. We will definitely be back!!

    Friendly staff & a wonderful groomer! My dog was calm & happy when I got her back. The groomer did a great job and you could tell she listened to my grooming requests to do a puppy cut.     What a wonderful shop! Our goldendoodle looks beautiful and came home so happy. The shop is so clean. The employees are beyond kind, caring, professional and thorough. My favorite part of the shop is that when your dog is finished they get to hang out in their own private and spacious playpen so you don’t feel bad if you’re running a little late. They really took their time and gave our dog a beautiful cut and truly cared about her experience which was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

    This place is hands down the greatest! Front desk is always so pleasant, sweet and accommodating. The place is clean and holds to its high standards. The groomer Julien is amazing, by far the best haircut my dog ever received and he is not very easy and manageable as he has serious anxiety and fear. I would recommend them to everyone!

    My girls Zara & Zoey have been seeing Angelina for a while & they love her . She does an outstanding job & trust me I know the difference. My dogs are not aggressive when I try combing or blow drying them myself compared to previous dog groomers I use to take them too. They are responsive and listen to what you want to do with the dogs. I highly recommend them .

    The service was amazing. Angelina took special care of my 5 month old labradoodle. This was my puppies first time being groomed and left with someone besides family. They did an amazing job and called me for an update plus a estimated time to pick up my pup. When I picked up my puppy she was obviously happy and stress free. I would def recommend and go back.

    I’ve been looking for a groomer for a few months now. One groomer ended up cutting my dog on two separate occasions and caused an infection. The other groomer cut his hair uneven. I’m so happy with the results from Bones Bath and Beyond. Very friendly staff, clean environment and they did an excellent job cutting my dog’s hair. Will definitely go back!

    I brought in my toy poodle for a full grooming. Upon arrival, they were very thorough in asking what style I wanted and even asked about small details that other groomers typically overlook. My puppy came out looking absolutely adorable and more importantly, he seemed very happy after his grooming! Absolutely would recommend this place, especially if you are particular about your puppy’s cut.

    First timer here but let me tell you... I had been searching for the perfect place for my sensitive, fluffy boy; I think I found it! After many failed places. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in. Expect a quick consult before they take the fur baby in to address the needs and expectations. My boy was pretty overdue for a wash and cut and I wasnt expecting much because of that, but they got it right!!! (Especially for a triple coat fluff) They really work with you. Even when I arrived to pick him up, they asked about the tail due to some super fluff tail issues wed been having, but they did not hesitate to address my concerns and quickly take him back in to trim the tail a bit lower. I really like how they have the divided spaces for each fluff while they wait. Very safe space for big fluffs and small fluffs alike. 10/10 recommend 👌🏼 👏🏼 👍🏻 🙌🏼Thank you for the lovely care and treatment... and not to mention really decent price for amazing service to your fluffs!

    Bones, Bath and Beyond takes a unique approach to bringing high end service to an absolutely beautiful and boutique doggie salon! The business is family-owned and the care they provided to our beloved doggie is stellar. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and I could tell the owners are true dog lovers.Overall, the entire staff is so warm, caring and patient. It was clear their goal was to ensure that my baby felt comfortable and well taken care of, giving me peace of mind to leave her.That personal touch is what made the difference for me. They took their time consulting with me and provided great advice for my pup’s coat - topped off with beautiful “furcut!! I am a new customer, but I will definitely be taking my doggie back for another “Spaw” day!     Since my groomer decided to limit his clientele and dump me, I’ve been on a desperate search for a new one. I was so disappointed and frustrated with my failed attempts at finding a replacement that I considered going to a self wash facility. That’s how I found Bones Bath and Beyond. I’m glad I did. They were helpful, responsive to texts, friendly and professional. They patiently listened to my concerns. My search is over. They will be my new go-to groomer.

    I’m very particular about my dog. This place did such a great job at providing attentive care and great customer service. My dog has some health problems with his joints, he’s a senior and needs tenderness and sensitivity. I am so elated that I found this place. They very carefully handle my pet and take their time with him to make sure he’s not uncomfortable. I especially like the little doggy suites that they put them in that he doesn’t feel like he is confined While he waits for me to pick him up after grooming.. I used them once for doggie Day care and boarding in Merrick when I had an overnight business trip. They kept me informed, sent me pictures, and were in contact with me so I could have my mind at ease while they took care of him. It’s very hard to find a place that you really trust will take that type of loving care. Looking forward to going back soon. Lastly they are so clean and it is a beautiful space! Bottom line is my dog likes going there and that says it all.

    We took our dog to the new Bones, Bath and Beyond in Woodbury. The owner, Mari, was so sweet and kind and made our dog feel safe and secure. They really care about the welfare of your pet. The salon is immaculate and beautiful! We are so happy with their service and highly recommend them.

    Overall fantastic experience! We were running late to our morning appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance with our child and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They conferenced with me via telephone when my husband brought our pup in for her grooming. We reviewed what I wanted and they called midway through to let us know how our little love was doing and to ask a few more styling questions. We picked her up and were totally WOWed by her beautiful cut. They definitely know shih tzu hair! The facility was clean, they only take a few dogs at a time, and each pup has their own little play area to rest and relax in between finishing and pick-up. Added nice touch- our pups name was up on the big board as one of the special spa guests. So cute.
