    Remus got his puppy cut here, and it came out amazing. The owners were wonderful to work with and took their time and care with my little guy. I would highly recommend them and look forward to having him groomed by them again!

    It was my first time coming here as it was recommended by a neighbor. They were really good at communicating in advance of the reservation and suggested I bring a photo if there’s a particular cut I wanted. We like getting the puppy cut for our Yorkie and they did not fail. They were really good! He was happy there and they took their time to make sure he was properly groomed. They take cash for grooming and their price for a toy Yorkie was $65 and I gave a generous tip since they did such a great job. The staff was very friendly too.

    This grooming spot was a very good find. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. My pet was done with her appointment in 2 hours just like they said it would. The cut for my Bernedoodle came out very nice. I would come again for all my pets grooming appointments.

    We had a wonderful experience at Skillman Pets! My pup, that’s very fluffy unfortunately isn’t a big fan of grooming. While she was hesitant going in, she had a great experience and looked very happy and polished after her spa day! The staff were very courteous and friendly! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!The bribery at the end of the grooming definitely helped in making this a very fun experience for her! Although it looks like my pup turned into a piranha after seeing treat🤣, she is the friendliest and fluffiest piranha in Sunnyside!

    They’re amazing and this is the only place I take my baby . I’ve been taking Nino here for over 10 years and they have always taken great care of him. He always comes home smelling super good and with a beautiful cut. The staff is friendly, gentle and caring .

    Got my dog groomed here for the first time about a week ago and I will definitely be coming back! They were so kind to me and my dog! They worked pretty quick and he came out perfect!

    One of the best grooming place I’ve taken my pups! My pup always comes out with a great cut, never disappointed. They’re service is great and everyone is kind and delightful. They also a offer a variety of good quality pet food and pet products.

    A good place for grooming.Minus 1 ⭐️ for charging extra when you pay by credit card, they accept cash only, even though they have visa/master card signs.

    What attention to detail!! I took my Pomeranian and Shih tzu to get groomed here and I have to say that they came out looking like two very expensive dogs!! For fear of the reviews that I will get, I won’t say what I brought them there looking like, but just know that the results were night and day!!!! The groomers also made my dogs look exactly like the pictures that I showed them online and their breath and nails were even taken care of. I have to say that it felt great to see that my dogs were treated with love and great care. I’d also like to mention that it only took 2 hours to make two challenging dogs look show ready! I thank you again Skillman Pets!! You have a customer for as long as our little ones are here!!!

    My Golden Doodle runs into this shop goes straight to the back to the groomer and never looks back. They have a amazing place and I very happy to have found them! We drive 30 min to skillman pets for grooming. They do amazing job showering and grooming my dog. I was looking for a place this good for a long time. Thank you!

    Weve taken our dog several times & were always 100% satisfied with the care that they give each and every time. Andre is amazingly gentle & kind to our baby girl Potemi and shes usually such anxious and nervous creature but he somehow makes her grooming experience comfortable each and every time. I wholeheartedly highly recommend this place for excellent grooming for your beloved pet.

    These people are incredible!! By far and away the most thorough/best groomers I have been to anywhere in NYC and they are so good to/with the animals! My pups teeth havent been that clean since shortly after a professional cleaning at the vet. And she came out looking so damn cute! Im beyond happy and I wont be going anywhere else from now on!

    Love this place a real treasure for our furry Angels they carry a great selection of high grade foods and if they dont have something will go out of their way to order it. Grooming is also an excellent feature of skillman pets they are very caring and compassionate of their furry clients.It has been awhile so wanted to say after 3 years the professionalism. compassion and quality of service continues at a 5 plus star level. I am so impressed with the consistency of exceptional service at Skillman Pets and their going above and beyond in every way.

    Awesome grooming for my dog! Her hair grows long and matts easily. Staff is tricky and rude with pick up and calling ahead of time. Make sure to empty your calendar to not get scolded for picking up your dog 5 mins late.

    My little one has been going to the same groomer in FL for almost her whole life, (shes 7) so I am always a little nervous. Took her to Skillman Pets this morning and all the the staff were amazing, nice and very attentive on how I wanted her cut! She was done faster than her old groomer and looks great!     We get our pups nails clipped here and they do a great job. They are quick, affordable and super friendly. They even get the 5th claws that often get missed.

    I like them! My dog doesnt like to go there, but thats ok. he simply dislikes any grooming related place 🤣 The staff listens patiently your concerns and takes note of your requests. My shih-tzu is already a good-looking dog but after getting groomed there hes even cuter.

    Very pleased with this place !!! I usually get the first appointment of the day and I can stay and watch while they wash and cut my puppies hair ! Theyre so nice and friendly and super good with the dogs ! I wouldnt take my puppy elsewhere.

    I bring my long-haired cat here every few months for a lion cut. She always comes home well-tended and only mildly traumatized (for a cat that hides under the couch every time something changes, this is a miracle!)
