My husband and I could not recommend Dog City enough. Our Golden Doodle, Carlos, began going to “school” at Dog City starting at 6 months old during the week and sometimes stay at “The Inn” for boarding. Carlos was so happy and excited to go every day and loved his Dog City family. Even better, we were residents at The Tate in Chelsea and benefited from Carlos being picked up and dropped off each day. We felt so happy and calm to be able to have Carlos there while we were at work or traveling. Dog City gave us daily report cards with pictures and updates that we always looked forward to! Carlos made many friends, both dog and human, and Carlos is a better socialized dog because of his time spent at Dog City.Our experience with Dog City was truly great and we would recommend it to anyone looking for day care or boarding for their dog in NYC.

If youre looking for a place that has it all then Dog City is it. Leya has been an integral part of every important decision we have made for our dog; her experience and insight are truly invaluable. This place has been nothing short of indispensable to our dog’s overall development. Leya and her team of handlers know how to tackle just about any issue, behavioral or otherwise, and they do it with calm, ease, and a sense of humor.

We are very happy with all services at Dog City! They do their best to take care of our puppy Zaha! I can’t say enough how we appreciate all love shared with her!Zaha always arrives very happy from her daily playgroup and walking with Omar.

Remy, our 4 year old Boston Terrier, loves spending time with her friends, both furry and human at Dog City! She cant wait to get inside during the walk over, and then sleeps happily upon returning home after a great day of play.Thanks Ed and the whole team for caring for our baby!

We LOVE Dog City and cant recommend it enough! Our dog has been going to day care three times a week for several months now and we have also used their weekly dog walking services, as well as regular grooming service. Everyone is super professional and knowledgeable. We have interacted with number of staff and you can tell immediately how much everyone loves and understands dogs. They are always responsive and cordial and have accommodated our last minute changes and requests without any issues or delays. Our dog absolutely loves going to the day care and always comes home exhausted after a busy day of playing with other pups. It has helped his socialization tremendously - he used to be overwhelmed at a dog park, refusing to play with other dogs and that changed completely after only a few days at the Dog City. Round trip transportation to day care and daily report cards (super cute!) he brings home are just some of the other additional benefits. It is a true life saved for the city dogs! Our only hope is that they will start offering boarding services soon as well!

Dog City is amazing. Wilma, my black lab, has so much energy and is constantly demanding attention and stimulation. They take the absolute best care of her at Dog City and treat her like their own pup. She literally drags me down the street to get there every morning and the report card we get at the end of each day always make us smile! The grooming services are also awesome. I can’t speak highly enough about the people and the way in which Dog City is run- forever grateful to you guys!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Dog City. My pup has been in their daycare program for the past seven months and has loved every minute. When Dog City comes to pick him up in the morning, he runs to the door and immediately rolls over for belly rubs. The people running the show at Dog City could not be nicer. They are very accommodating of their clients’ schedules and needs - both the canine clients and the human clients - and their services are top-notch. That includes daycare, grooming, and boarding. My pup comes home each day with a report card, and it warms my heart to hear all about the dogs and people he played with at daycare. Dog City is family!

I absolutely love the entire Team at Dog City!This is a well run operation! Ed the manager is Very responsive and on top of everything! They really take time to learn your dogs behavior, habits and keep you updated when necessary.Iris and Peter are Ahhhhmazing! They are very careful while walking your pet. I love that they take extra precaution clipping the leash to their belts! My fur baby literally gets so excited when they come to get him for daycare! They even go the extra step with a detailed report card of your pups playtime. Thank you to all @Dog city!

Both my chihuahuas go to Dog City, and they love it! Charcoal is 12 years old and Ashes is 6 years old. During covid they became a lot more sheltered, they would bark at other dogs. After going to Dog City for a month, they became more outgoing and sweet with other dogs.I love that Dog City is so detailed and sends me a report card of their behaviors and who they played with during day care. They also call their handlers, Aunties and Uncles. It’s so cute and always makes my day knowing that my pups were playing so much in day care.Dog City is very very careful with your babies. My neighbor’s dog had ticks and dog city was able to spot that before sending the dog to day care. They are extremely friendly and the way they describe your dogs it’s as if they are humans. Everyone has so much love!Also I love that Dog City picks up my dogs and drop them off. They always follow the drop off instructions and they are very respectful with my house ( always takes off their shoes).I love Dog City because they treat my doggies so well. You can tell because my dogs love to go to school (I call day care school since it treats them to socialize).The support teams Ed, Manny, Iris, Amber and Peter are amazing people. They are so helpful with last minute changes. Overall, I would high recommend sending your dog to dog city, but they are pretty pricey, but the service is amazing so it’s definitely what you paid for

I really could not recommend Dog City more highly. I have two high strung hyperactive puppies, and this place is saving me!! I am thoroughly confused about why there are any bad reviews about Dog City. It is an INCREDIBLE deal. Manny and his team are super professional, kind and generous - they gave us discounts, free baths, and are always reliable. In addition to a full week-long trial for each of my puppies, the team sent along a detailed report of their behavior accompanied with adorable photos taken throughout the day. The staff clearly cares about the dogs SO much, which makes me feel very safe with them. I lead a busy life in NYC, and have limited time - at Dog City, my puppies exercise all morning / afternoon and come home exhausted and sleep the rest of the day. I dont understand how anybody has anything bad to say about Dog City!! It is an excellent price for the service, and I really dont know what I would do without this place!!

This place was amazing. Like many, we bought a puppy for our 3 boys during covid . When my wife suggested Dog City daycare to help socialize our Boston Terrier I scoffed. I had not had good experiences with dog-walkers, trainers or kennels in the past. It turned out to be fantastic! Our Boston Terrier is has the best temperament thanks to Dog City and the treatment she received. They screen the dogs carefully (are older less social dog didnt;t make the cut sadly) so there is no issue with behavior. They pick up and drop off based on our schedule and are flexible for any last minute changes. Anyone with a dog in the city should give them a try.

BEST doggie daycare experience! Roscoe (13 month old Cavapoo) has been going to Dog City in Hudson Yards 3-5 days/week since the day he was old enough to attend! Every morning he waits for the doorbell to ring for his Dog City Aunts and Uncles to pick him up for four hours of blissful fun!I cannot say better things about Ed, Iris and the entire Dog City family. They were truly an enormous and influential part of forming Roscoes demeanor, gentleness and incredibly social personality.We moved from NYC to Chicago last weekend and Dog City will be one of the very top things that we will miss about NYC.THANK YOU for being such an important part of our lives.

My girlfriend and I recently rescued a lovable but highly excitable and mischievous mixed puppy. In the course of his upbringing, weve utilized numerous socialization classes, private trainers, and books/guides to aid his training. All of those combined have not made as much of a difference in making him the amazing dog hes on his way to becoming as bringing him to Dog City. Since starting to go to DC, hes become noticeably more comfortable around other dogs, more attentive to us in exciting situations, and generally more obedient and mellow. Leya and her staff really take the time to get to know every dog that comes through the door and create a personalized approach to their care and development. Each day hes been there, the staff has let us know how he did, who he played with, and the behavior they observed so that youre always in the loop. Your dog really could not be in better hands, and I could not recommend this place more highly!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Dog City. My Dog had been attacked as a puppy in the city and was struggling with severe anxiety. Prior to the attack He was the most popular, social and friendly pup in the city. Leya and the Team at DC helped him get over his fears and bring back our playful pooch. He now runs down the street awaiting to see his friends at Dog City and loves a romp at the local park. They brought our baby back to life after 8 months of him living with anxiety! I cannot say enough about the love I feel from the team for our boy. The program is above and beyond anything I have encountered in the city.

Couldn’t be happier with the staff and services of Dog City! My puppy adores going to playgroup and excitedly leaves every day to play with her friends. I have been recruiting people in my building who now send their dogs to the playgroup and they love it as well! So wonderful for her to socialize. She comes home tired and ready for cuddles!

I currently live in Manhattan View where there is a dog city downstairs in the building and I could not be more satisfied with this establishment. The staff at Dog City have been nothing but accommodating to all or any of my needs with my two dogs.When I have any questions or concerns they respond so quick and address any issues I may have.In addition the staff that take care of the pups are so friendly and clearly take good care of my dogs while they are their because they both get very excited every day to go to day care and they never get excited to leave my side.Highly recommend if you are debating using their facilities!! A+++

I can’t offer high enough praise for Dog City. They are kind, knowledgeable, flexible, patient (!) and their love of dogs knows no bounds. Henry, my Cavapoo, literally flies off the couch in the morning when Vincent picks him up and Henry doesn’t look back! He can’t wait to play with all his pals. Dog City picks up, drops off and are beyond accommodating. Iris who bathes and cuts Henry’s hair is amazing. He literally gets stopped on the street to ask where his hair was cut! Vincent, Ed and Manny have welcomed Henry and myself into the Dog City family and we are thrilled. I cannot recommend them enough. They care about the pets and the owners. We’ve been using Dog City’s services for almost a year now for our dog Finley and love it. They’re very responsive to all of our requests and any special needs that have come up and it’s so fun to see how happy Finn is! Most importantly, they make us feel safe while handling our pup.

This place is the bees knees of doggy daycare! My dog absolutely loves it here, and is treated like family. I recommend this place to everyone i know that has a dog; especially for the grooming services. Groomers are definitely on another level, and if i could rate this place more then 5 stars I would.

My dog loves his walks! He gets so excited every time Wayne arrives, and the smile on his face in the photos from his walks each day confirms it. My favorite part of the day is getting an email knowing that my pup had a fun walk and is happy. Everyone at Dog City has been fantastic, and Manny makes sure that everything is good to go for my puppy. I definitely recommend!!
