Our experience with Dogs Cats NYC has exceeded our expectations. Our puppy, a Mini Dachshund, named Roo, is thriving there. Ariel, Bruno, Carlos and everyone at Dogs Cats NYC truly looks after Roo as if he is their own dog, which we really appreciate. We look forward to seeing them every day. They greet us with smiles and at pick up, they provide positive reports about what Roo got up to in daycare and who he played with the most that day. :) Dogs Cats NYC has become our friends. The team even gave us a holiday ornament with Roos name on it, which was so nice! They attend very closely to all of the dogs and put so much love and thought into how they operate and take care of things. Its a fun, clean, safe environment for the dogs, and its evident in the way the dogs behave when theyre dropped off and picked up. Roo will pull us into daycare, showing how excited he is to play with his friends. Weve used Dogs Cats NYC for both daycare a couple days per week and we also recently got married in March, so we boarded Roo there for a full week. :) We will board Roo again in the future, knowing were in good hands!!!Look no further - Dogs Cats NYC is the best, and were so pleased we found this place for Roo to enjoy each week. He is a happy and healthy dog having Dogs Cats NYC in his life! :)

Our experience with DogsCatsNYC has been nothing short of exceptional! The moment we walk in, Ariel, Carlos and the entire staffs warmth and enthusiasm are infectious. They treat our dog like one of their own, and its evident they genuinely love what they do. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious play areas and meticulous cleanliness.Our 75lb Labrador retriever, Hudson, is a frequent visitor to their day care, and each time, he comes home happy and exhausted. The team ensures plenty of exercise, socialization, and fun activities, which our dog absolutely loves.Communication with Ariel, Carlos and the DogsCatsNYC team has always been flawless. Theyre accommodating, professional, trustworthy and always available for questions.Hudsons eagerness to return each time is the best endorsement.If youre seeking a dog day care (& overnight boarding when needed) where your pet will be treated like family, given ample playtime and love, and youll have peace of mind, DogsCatsNYC is the place. I would give 10000 stars if I could! My dog is my baby and he goes to this daycare every weekday - he LOVES it! My chihuahua is *very* fussy and Ariel has literally become his second mom - he ADORES her.We live nearby and when we walk past on a weekend he runs to the door as he wants to go inside and when I say the word daycare! he gets so excited and runs around, tail wagging ready to get going!Every morning hes so excited to just get in and play (usually hes very clingy and wont leave me - but not here!) he literally runs in, and when I pick him up he goes between being excited to see me and running back to Ariel for cuddles and kisses at daycare.I love seeing the updates on Instagram of how happy Frankie is and the team even gave every pet a little Valentines treat which was SO thoughtful!! Ive been running late from work a few times and they are always happy to accommodate me - which I really appreciate.Frankie spends his days playing and being well looked after which makes me feel so happy that he is so happy! The team always give me updates and tips and feedback too so its a really lovely atmosphere.Cannot say enough good things! 5 stars. 10/10. 100% !

My little Boston terrier Zellie and I are lucky enough to live right across the street from Dogs Cats NYC. Zellie always pulls me to go inside when we pass by--even if she doesnt love getting her nails trimmed (which she does there)! Ariel the owner is wonderful, and caring. The store has a fantastic selection of Bocce Bakery treats and other pet necessities. I bought my pup the cutest raincoat there. Check it out if youre in the neighborhood.

Ariel is so caring and takes great care of my Buddy ( a Pomeranian mix with severe separation anxiety). Buddy has been with Dogs, Cats and Company , For almost 4 years , everyday! I highly recommend this facility it is clean and friendly and safe and like a family. Carlos is an amazing and knowledgeable trainer and gives me great tips for handling Buddy. Their grooming services are top notch, for any kind of cut and any season. Dogs and Cats stocks the best nutritional foods and treats as well.It’s a one stop shop. I love this place and don’t know what I would do without them!!!!

Carlos and Ariel have known our golden doodle Chance since he was 10 weeks old and have taken the best care of him for over 4 years now on the UES. They are the only place we go for haircuts and grooming as well as for day care or overnight stays (have done long trips too). Prices are great, service is amazing with pickup and drop off when needed and Chance is always excited to go in there. Have recommended to all pet owners we know in the area and always hear of similar great experiences. Very glad to have them in the area in their new beautiful location!

Hans absolutely loves going to Dogs Cats NYC! He is always excited to be greeted by Ariel and Carlos. They take the best care of our dog and we always know he is in good hands when he is there. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Dogs Cats NYC for my rescue pup, Daisy! From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with such kindness and respect. It was very clear that this was going to be the perfect daycare for Daisy, and I was certainly right!Daisy absolutely LOVES Dogs Cats NYC, and I often joke if she could pick between living with me or living at daycare, she would pick daycare! We can’t walk by without her trying to break down the door to go and visit her friends (both human and dog friends!).I know when Daisy is at Dogs Cats NYC that she’s in the best of hands. Ariel and the team have welcomed her as part of the family and are so understanding of some of Daisy’s special medical needs. I feel so grateful to be able to leave Daisy in the most trustworthy hands!

I adopted my Havapoo, Teddy, a year ago, and he was having a difficult time acclimating into his new environment. I started taking Teddy to Dogs and Cats. Carlos, the owner, said that Teddys behavior will go away with the group dog walks. Sure enough, Teddy began to relax and become less territorial. He was also easier to walk. I am so grateful for this!Also, recently, Teddy broke out in a severe rash and Carlos knew immediately that the rash was from a chicken allergy. Carlos told me what to buy. Dogs Cats is truly the best! We have been taking our dog to them for years for grooming, daycare, and boarding and have had nothing but great experiences. Our dog, Mika, is now 14 years old and has some health issues and not having to worry about her well being when we leave her there means the world to us. Carlos, Ariel, and their entire team truly care about all the dogs that go there and always go above and beyond. Cannot recommend them enough! :)

My dog Rufus loves Dogs Cats NYC! Ariel and the team take such good care of him and I know I can put my trust in them when hes there. I was so happy when they opened in the area. Rufus wags his tail going in and I always know hes in good hands when he visits for doggy daycare and boarding. Hes a large dog and theyre easily able to manage him on walks and make sure hes receiving the highest level of care. I highly recommend Dogs Cats NYCs services for your pet!

When she goes for grooming she always comes back smelling so good and with a cute bow. At day care she cuddles with the other small dogs. We love Dogs Cats NYC! Ariel and Carlos take excellent care of our dog, Rocky, a Yorkie mix. We first brought our dog for daycare in January 2022. Since then, he has been going 2-3 times a week and loves it. He is excited each time we arrive, wagging his tail and eager to see Ariel and Carlos, who are both warm and loving. I love the quality of care and the flexibility and ease. I know the environment is safe, clean and comfortable for the dogs. Besides daycare, weve also had our dog groomed here twice so far and have found the grooming to be excellent. Thanks for taking such good care of Rocky!

Carlos and Ariel have taken wonderful care of my dog Lulu since 2017. They have separate spaces for the small and large dogs and provide beds for them to sleep on. The shop and space for the dogs is always bright and clean. It is super convenient to be able to leave my dog for the day and have her groomed such as her nails trimmed. My dog always looks forward to going to daycare. Carlos and Ariel are really great!

Weve been bringing our dog Lincoln here for months now, and Ariel and Carlos are the best people to trust your animal with! Their daycare is incredibly clean and they have a great relationship with every pet and owner. It feels like were part of their family and Lincoln is always so excited to go there! They also do pickup for nearby pets which has been very useful if one of us cant drop Lincoln off!

Any time we walk past, she pulls to go in and gets so excited.They also do a great job finding your dog for a jacket. Between many day care stays and even a full week boarding stay, Dogs Cats NYC has become Mika’s 2nd home. Ariel and Carlos are so great with all the pets there! Mika always get super pumped when we’re walking towards Dogs Cats NYC or when she sees Carlos on the street haha. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and safe place for your pet to stay!

Ariel and the staff here are amazing!! Ive been bringing my dog Winnie for day care since the first week they opened and am so happy I did. Winnie is a COVID puppy with anxiety and each time I bring her in, she walks right in and never looks back - something Ive only seen her do here. When I pick her up at the end of the day, shes happy clean and exhausted... which makes me a happy owner.Ive also boarded Winnie multiple times as well as had her groomed and these have been equally satisfying. Dogs Cats NYC is such a caring place. I have been using them for a few months for my 2yr old frenchie and he loves it there. I had to change daycares when he needed more special attention/care. They are super kind and have accommodated my changing work schedule. They have also paid attention to his needs by offering feedback and advice. For example, the type of collar to use that has promoted a better way to control my dog on walks without hurting him.

We were so lucky when we found Dogs Cats NYC last year! Weve tried other daycares in the area but this is a step above the rest. Ariel and Carlos are so thoughtful and welcoming to our dog. Theyve been extremely flexible and responsive for my fiancé and me, helping with last-minute pickup when needed. A few months after starting, our dog required a change in diet due to allergies. This meant he needed special food and treats, specific timing for food, etc. It was a lot and Ariel and Carlos were more than accommodating during this process. And their care for our dog shows when our dog basically pulls us to go to daycare!

I have been using Carlos for years as well as Dogs, Cats NYC for boarding. Carlos took care of and trained my 1st dog (Chow chow) 20 years ago and then my 2nd dog (golden retriever), he is now caring for and training my 3rd dog who is a Great Dane.Carlos and his team are smart, caring and in touch with my dogs emotions. He has trained my Great Dane puppy so that I can walk her around my neighborhood without being afraid she is going to be a threat to other people and dogs (because of her size). She is gentle, sweet and caring to other people and dogs and I attribute a lot of her interactions to Carlos and his team. Her walking and disposition has matured and changed for the better since he has been walking her daily. It has made our walks together so much more enjoyable and safer for both of us as well as the rest of the neighborhood.I can not thank Carlos and his team enough, they are kind, gentle and smart caretakers and I trust them with my gentle giant whole heartedly.The team at their store is also always very welcoming and warm, they answer all of my questions and concerns and again, I trust Trixie Rose will always be taken care with love and common sense there. They actually teach me a lot about my dog, Carlos is very informative and well versed on all breeds. He is a professional and truly a dog whisperer. He speaks to the dogs. They treat her like shes their own, drying her when she comes in from the rain, making sure shes comfortable during the day, and sometimes giving her little surprises. Dogs Cats is absolutely amazing, I have tried several dog daycare places on the UES and finally found the best one! Ariel and the staff are always so welcoming and truly enjoy the dogs. The location is very clean, they have separate rooms for big and little dogs. Mahi comes 1-2x a week for daycare, and is always so tired when he leaves. They also take the dogs for a walk during the day which is such a nice bonus

I could not recommend this place enough!! We send our French bulldog Jack, weekly for daycare. Whenever we are walking towards this shop, he pulls me the rest of the way there- he loves it! Everyone who works here is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure Jack is well taken care of. The place is extremely clean and the dogs have a great space to run around all day in. They also take care of cutting his nails while he is there for daycare. You will not regret giving this place a chance.

We searched around for a dog walker in the neighborhood to take our dog, Harley, out during the day while we were working and could not be happier or luckier to have found Dogs Cats NYC. We’ve been using their dog walking services for several months now. Harley always returns feeling tired and we know she is in very good hands when she is out in the neighborhood. We’re convinced the employees we’ve met at Dogs Cats NYC are dog whisperers because they’re able to handle our crazy stubborn rescue pup! Best dog care place in UES! Friendly, clean and have wonderful areas for the dogs to socialize. Plus good security to keep the pets safe. Ariel & Carlos have a natural rapport with all their animal clients in their care. My dog thinks Ariel is his special girlfriend and Carlos his best buddy! My dog is always excited to go Dogs Cats NYC . Dogs Cats NYC also has a good shop with quality foods for both Dogs and Cats and fun accessories too. Highly recommend!

Amazing service at an affordable price! We have been boarding our dog Capri for years at their other location Dog Cats & Co on E 82nd St between 2nd & 3rd. We recently brought her to this location because its closer to our apartment. Once again they didnt disappoint. Staff is very friendly and Capri is always excited to return. Highly recommend them!!

My dog Bodie loves coming here!! He is always so happy to be greeted by Ariel and Carlos! He comes to daycare about 2x a week, and is treated with a level of personal care that cant be beat. He plays in the private backyard with all of his dog friends, and is relaxed enough to take a nap on the dog beds provided inside. For the holidays Ariel gifted Bodie with an ornament and a neck tie! It was so kind and thoughtful. We know Bodie is in good hands when he stays at Dogs Cats NYC!!! Highly recommend!!
