Easy Wag is my pup’s favorite place! It’s also her *trigger word*: If I say “Easy Wag,” she goes crazy with excitement, waits at the front door and tugs me towards the daycare on every walk we take. Her reaction alone speaks volumes about how much she genuinely loves it there.I’ve looked into other dog daycares in the area and nowhere else compared. Many of them had a couple dogs just laying in the corner and an employee in the room sitting there petting one of them. Easy Wag was completely different: multiple dogs playing with each other, multiple staff members in the room actively engaging with the dogs, the dogs never look sad or bored like I noticed at the other daycares. I had also heard great things about Easy Wag from others in the area who bring their pups there, so it was an easy choice.The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always reachable. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate my erratic ER schedule. Whether it’s a last-minute booking or a sudden change, they’re just a quick text away and always so understanding. They’re also great at providing me updates and cute pictures of my pup having a blast! (Attached)Their pick-up and drop-off service is also a game-changer for me—it’s very affordable and has been an absolute lifesaver on days when I can’t make it home to bring her in or pick her up.Easy Wag provides my high-energy pup with the socialization, stimulation, and love she needs while I’m away, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I love this place and so does my dog !! Richie and his team are amazing. Our 5 month old puppy was struggling to adjust to the sights, sounds and weirdness of New York so we brought her in. Richie gave us excellent advice and coaching, he even came to our apartment to check out our routine when we hit a snag and went walking with us. Our pooch is more confident and better socialised after spending time in day care too. Coming to Easy Wag is easily the best investment we’ve made in terms of training and care for our girl. Highly recommended.

Hand down, 5 stars for Easy Wag! Richie and his team go above and beyond for the dogs and their parents. They truly care about all the pups and take extreme care in making sure they have fun in a clean and friendly play area. Their grooming service is also fantastic and they made it a positive experience for him. We’re new dog owners and both have full time jobs, so we were lucky to find a daycare that our little guy loves. He’s always so excited to leave the house when he knows he’s going to Easy Wag. As a parent I am also thankful for the updates and pictures they send me throughout the week. When I’m traveling I love seeing pictures of him having a great time with his friends, it brings my heart joy! Thank you Easy Wag for all you do and great job!!

Easy wag is my dog second home!!! This place is amazing my dog loves to come here. Every time he gets excited started announcing his entry he just get sooo happy to see the staff and his friends, the place is nice, clean and well organized. All staff and the owner are amazing they’re always on top of all details to keep all dogs in a safe environment. They send me pictures about what he’s doing during day and I can see my big baby Teddy smiling all the time. Thank you sooo much for being an awesome people!!!

Easy Wag is the best!!!! We take our pup to Easy Wag several times a week for the past few months, and he absolutely loves it! He cannot wait to go run inside and play with his buddies. They even have a playhouse for the dogs in their playroom. All of the staff there are fabulous, and they care so much about every dog, and know each and every dog and their little quirks. You will also receive updates and photos throughout the day. You know your fur babies are in the best hands when they are at Easy Wag!

Easy Wag is amazing! I take my dog here when I go to work, and she can’t contain her excitement to see the daycare workers and all her dog friends. The workers are all extremely attentive and friendly; you can tell they all genuinely love dogs and excel at their jobs. It’s also super convenient to schedule grooming appointments alongside the daycare. They listen to any specific requests I may have and do an excellent job both with cleaning and trimming her fur/nails.

I have been meaning to get around to writing this review because I genuinely have never seen dogs so happy to enter a groomer, or a doggy daycare. Im a Pace University student, and I walk past Easy Wag on my walk to class all the time and it always makes my day. The dogs are practically throwing themself at the door, they dont just wag their tails, they shake butts and do full body wiggles out of their sheer excitement. Part of my favorite things when Im walking by is watching a dog walk in for the day and wagging and looking around, so excited, because they feel like a celebrity. I love peaking in and seeing the dogs through the window, playing on the doggy playground, and just having a blast. Sometimes when the spot you, some of them will all stop what they are doing and start cultivating at the gate, wagging their tails, and barking hello. Richie, the owner, as well as all of the other employees are genuinely some of the kindest, most down to earth, and dedicated people I have ever met. They love and care for these animals like their own, and they are so passionate about what they do. When I graduate, and I finally get the dog I have always dreamed of, there is no doubt in my mind I will send my puppy to Easy Wag.

What an amazing place. My six-year-old and I were walking by and she was fascinated by all the dogs in the window. The owner was so sweet and invited us to came inside and offered and look at the dogs and even play with his own dog. He even allowed her to pet and feed treats to his dog The staff was friendly and made us feel so welcomed. It was a beautiful experience and a gorgeous facility. I recommend anybody leaving their pets for a stay or a day to check it out.

UPDATED - We have been using Easy Wag as our primary day care for 3 months now and each day keeps getting better and better. Our rescue pup, Phoenix, is one of the sweetest and most social dogs on the planet and she gets all of her needs met at Easy Wag. When we say daycare, she literally zooms out of our home and straight to Easy Wag knowing that she is going to her favorite place on earth. When I pick her up, she is happy and excited and then becomes the most easygoing dog at home. Its like a dream come true. Thank you to all the amazing staff who takes care of our baby. I just cant say enough about this place!**********The staff at Easy Wag is so great. I desperately needed a grooming for my rescue and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Not only were they able to fix her botched shave but they got rid of her stinky smell. Thanks guys!!

I cant stop raving about Easy Wag! My dog is absolutely thrilled every time we walk by—he literally sprints to daycare, eager to play with the other pups and spend time with the amazing handlers. The team is simply wonderful, always keeping a close eye on my little guy when Im away. I love getting pictures and updates throughout the day; it truly puts my mind at ease. Out of the three daycares my Frenchie has been to, Easy Wag is hands down the best!

I do not know what wed do without Richie and the team at EasyWag. We have a 5 month old puppy who just relocated from Virginia to NYC, and is super scared of all the action and noise. In less than a week, the team at EasyWag built such a strong bond with her that she now pulls us around the block just to get there. The supervision during day care is fantastic, and everyone on the team shows genuine interest and care for each animal they look after. Richie has also met us personally for walks at 6.30am (if thats not above and beyond then I dont know what is!). His coaching to us is making a huge difference, and his sense of humor helps reduce the stress of training a young pup. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you Easy Wag!

Our 11-month-old mini Aussie LOVES daycare at Easy Wag so much that if were walking in that neighborhood, she immediately tries to drag us over. Shes always overjoyed to go, and happily exhausted when we pick her up. Its a bright, cheery space, with staffers who, you can tell, genuinely love the animals and care for them like family. They also offer a variety of other services, like a weekly 6 mile hike, and obedience classes, and the ability to purchase treats and toys (and costume hats during Halloween!) that means we can get everything we need right in our neighborhood. It definitely takes a village to raise our little maniac, and Easy Wag IS our village! (These photos arent even from the same day! This is just how much our puppy loves Easy Wag!)

Reggie and entire Easy Wag team is so amazing with my dog Hades. They treat him like their own, always updating me with pictures during his stay. I always trust he is in safe hands with the team here. He’s a bigger dog breed and it’s great they can handle him and don’t discriminate against his breed. Sign up process was easy, and I can drop him whenever! Very convenient.

This is such a bright, loving, caring, happy place (for dogs and humans alike)! You can feel it the second you step into Easy Wag: Richie and his team love dogs, there’s so much positive energy there, every little detail is so thoughtful. It’s the opposite of those soulless dog day care places where dogs basically just sit in a plain room all day long: here you have an energetic and caring team, vibrant colors, a cute doggy wallpaper on one side of the room, a beautiful wall mural on the other side, organic homemade treats, they have their own organic shampoo/ conditioner line (jasmine & rose, hello!), a clean and chic grooming station in the back and a beautiful studio apartment downstairs for overnight stays. I’m insanely overprotective when it comes to trusting someone else with my dogs - but I do trust Richie and his team 110%, they’re simply the best and I’ve put my dogs in their hands for over eight years: best feeling in the world knowing you don’t have to worry for one second. Just go and see for yourself: look through the windows of Easy Wag - tails don’t lie :)

Alfonso was the best at caring for my Layla for her first groom. Layla was excited and happy afterwards. Alfonso also was patient with her and got her to get comfortable before starting the grooming. This review is looong overdue, words simply cannot begin to explain how much we love our neighborhood doggy daycare!!I’ve been bringing my active 1.5 year old husky, Danger, to Easy Wag for the better part of a year now, and you know she can’t wait to go in when she starts pulling from 2 blocks away. I work long hours a couple days a week and realized that Danger was not getting the exercise and attention she needed. Coming home to my apartment in disarray, with her toys unstuffed and my plants unpotted, was the wake-up call I needed.Enter Easy Wag! They’re conveniently located in FiDi right off Fulton St and multiple subway lines, with hours from 7a-8p M-F and 9a-5p Sa-S, that work perfectly for us. We’ll go early in the morning, and she’ll go flying through the doors, running laps around everyone and everything. By the time I pick Danger up, she’ll come jumping at me, smile on her face and tail wagging. She’ll sleep through the night, and it’s the best feeling knowing that Danger had a fun day, socializing with other dogs and emptying her crackhead energy reserves by zooming about and leaping onto the dog houses.Oh, and the staff!! I cannot rave about them enough! The staff are absolute rockstars (shoutout to the man in charge, Richie!) from their attentiveness to their love of all the furry 4-legged friends that come through their doors. They know every dog by name, including all the little details, and will keep everyone updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (see attached). When you take your dog to Easy Wag, you become part of a family. Bringing Danger here feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder and has been the best decision I’ve made all year.I’m sooo grateful for the services they offer at Easy Wag as well as the people that make it such a welcoming experience. Much love and thanks to the team for making 2023 a great year, we can’t wait to see what they have in store for 2024!!

Easy Wag is no doubt the best doggy daycare I have ever been to. The staff is so sweet and they will often text you pictures of your fur baby throughout the day. They also have groomed my dog the best out of any groomer Ive been to. Richie, the owner, has done an amazing job making sure that all the dogs are properly looked after and that they are all shown love and affection as soon as they walk in. Alfonso always does a great job with my dog’s groom! I took her to two other places prior to coming to easy wag and have stuck with Alfonso because my dog comes out looking great and also loves him! She’s a poodle mix and oftentimes other groomers become impatient with her hair type. He usually takes one dog at a time which makes the process very efficient and everyone who works there is super friendly!

The gut feeling I had from day 1 has not let me down. They are all awesome! Every few weeks (yesterday) he gets a professional grooming by Emily and he comes home smelling amazing. I recently purchased a home on Long Island and live alone. Ollie passed his temperament test and immediately started traveling into the city with me for daycare. They open early enough for me to drop him off and they are open late enough for me to work overtime.The staff! OMG the staff is amazing! The owner Richie, Kiana, J, Gabriel, Emily (who has been helping Ollie to eat his dinner regularly), Phil, and everyone else there treat Ollie as one of their own family. I hear it in their voices, I see it in how they interact with him, and most importantly I see it in my boy when hes interacting with them. He returns their love right back.Knowing Ollie is being taken care of by nice, caring, good humans in a clean safe environment while i go earn a living puts my mind at ease. Easy Wag is the happiest place on earth, as we like to say in our family. We live in Greenwich Village and work in Midtown but that doesnt stop us from taking our puppy downtown to Easy Wag five days a week. Easy Wag is not just any doggy daycare. The owner and staff are like family. They are real dog people and care for our baby like hes one of their own (so much so, he often doesnt want to leave!!) Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful find! We are staying in NYC for three weeks for work and brought our Cavalier with us. After a few days he was lonely and missing his friends from the dog park. I saw happy dogs coming and going from Easy Wag every day and decided to give it a try. I know the name refers to the happy dogs but, honestly, they make it super easy for the humans (just a few clicks and vaccination upload) and Easy Wag has lowered my stress by being so flexible and wonderful. I just drop Oliver off, run my errands, and pick him up happy and tired. Completely clean space. Dogs are all sweet and nice. And staff spoil the dogs with very personal attention. Easy online scheduling and payment. Wish they had a location in DC!

Mashi is a 3yo mini aussie with tons of anxiety, but he absolutely LOVES it here. Dropping him off with Emily each morning is such a great start to our day :). She is super welcoming and fun and ready to adapt to each dogs needs. Mashi bonded with her very quickly along with the rest of the crew. Really really recommend bringing your pup here, theyll feel right at home! Additionally, my wallet and I love that they have a complimentary day that you can use now or later for daycare after passing the temperment test!

We recently left NYC but Easy Wag was so good to us. They were our first boarding experience with a newish pup and we did 7 months of periodic daycare before moving away. They have amazing handlers who really care for the pups and encourage interaction/exercise throughout the day. They are very communicative…texting updates and cute pics of the dogs socializing. The booking system is super easy to use. On our last visit before the move, the handlers gave our pup a cute yellow cab toy and some treats. I think they are very special and cannot recommend them highly enough! They really treated our pup like his own pawrents do!

This doggy daycare is truly amazing! Both my babies love love love Easy Wag. This is only the second daycare theyve gone to but my boyfriend and I both noticed a huge difference in them after their first few visits. The moment I step out of my apartment, theyll both pull me towards the route that goes to Easy Wag. The owner, manager, and employees all have been great. My boyfriend and I really appreciate how caring they are of my babies. My GSD can be highly scared/anxious around some people. I had decided to pull him from daycare temporarily. I was very surprised when the owner and employees offered me different options and solutions. My fur baby went back to daycare with his sister and is enjoying his days even more. There was also a day where my girl was sick and threw up multiple times. The employee called to notify me of what was happening and I was able to pick up my baby asap and get her to a vet. Were very thankful for everyone here and it makes us sad to think of the day we move out of the neighborhood. If youre thinking of a doggy daycare, this is the perfect one. I work in the area and was having a bad day when I walked past and saw all the dogs inside. I was curious because Id always though I was allergic to dog saliva. I spoke to the owner and he let me test the theory with his dog that he brings with him to work (his dog is like a manager too lol) and not only did I find out that Im not allergic to all dog saliva, I found a new place to go watch dogs play which is great for my mental health. The staff are really knowledgeable and the dogs seem to all get along with each other as well. I cant wait to get a pup of my own to bring here while I work. I have been taking my puppy to Easy Wag for the past 6 months, and its one of the best places for anything doggy care. The place is very well maintained and you can tell that the entire team is friendly, experienced and they definitely care for your pet. They kept me well informed with regular updates and pictures throughout the day; they even informed me promptly when the puppy was little sick and made sure I was able to attend to it in a timely manner. My puppy loves Easy Wag and drags me there every time we go for a walk (I had to change our walking routes). Not to be dramatic, but my husband and I are convinced that Easy Wag is the best thing that has ever happened to us. Our 2 year old Aussie Charlie is incredibly loving and sweet, but also very anxious/sensitive, and rightfully so, doesnt like being cooped up in the apartment all day. We have really never had success with daycare because it has always been either too overwhelming for him or not stimulating enough, and if he doesnt want to go somewhere he very much makes in known. After one day at Easy Wag, he started pulling us there every time we took him out. Every time he enters the building, he is wiggling his butt so excited to greet all of his friends (both human and dog). He absolutely loves being there, and its because the staff is so incredible. Richie, the owner, has helped us so much with advice/training, we finally took him up on some private training sessions and he has been so beyond helpful. Emily, Jay, Kiana, and the rest of the amazing staff truly go above and beyond and I could not pick better people to leave Charlie with almost every day. They are super communicative, sending updates and photos throughout the day, and once when Charlie was sick and had an accident (which is very unlike him), they called and let us know right away. We love picking/dropping Charlie off because not only is it fun to see all the pups loving it, the employees are also having a blast. You can totally tell that they love working there and have special relationships with all of the Easy Wag pups, it truly feels like a family. Sorry for the novel/alarming number of run-on sentences, I just really cant say enough positive things about this amazing place. We feel so lucky to have them down the street :).

The space is beautiful: the bright upstairs playroom is spacious, the downstairs boarding room is cozy and den-like. We cant wait for the back yard to be functional. I really cant sing Easy Wags praises enough. I highly recommend them, and really wouldnt consider going anywhere else.My mastiff-mix Burt has been a regular there for the last 3 months. When I was looking for a doggy daycare, Easy Wag was one of very few daycares that allowed me to tour the facilities. They did Burts temperament trial free of charge, and even offered to have him stay the full day when he passed with flying colors. When he wasnt feeling all that great a few weeks ago, Kiana immediately reached out to let me know—it reassured me that he was getting staff attention and they really cared.And this morning, when I was chatting with Richie about how Burt can get distracted on the leash when other dogs are around (he is very social), he took me out with Burt to give me some tips and show me some techniques.They are truly a one-of-a-kind daycare that cares about the dogs they watch. 10/10!

My Frenchie and I had a great experience with Richie in private training lessons. We had done other training programs, but they were heavily treat focused which did not work for us. My dog has issues trusting new people when I am not around. This has made getting him into a daycare very difficult. Easy Wag has been beyond patient with him and worked for a couple months earning his trust by incrementally introducing him to new situations (without someone from his inner circle around). What started as 15/30/45 minute walks has turned into full days at daycare. It has given me a lot of freedom to go about my day without worrying if he is okay at home by himslef or if hes going to make it through daycare without having an incident.

This is a really special place. I’ve known them for several years because my grand-dog goes there. It’s the best in Manhattan for safe, responsible, dog-centric daycare, grooming and boarding.
