Only a groom customer, have not done daycare. I think they did a great groom, and obviously everyone here loves the pets that come in and treat them each exceptionally. They knew every dogs name coming through the door, and were especially sweet with any of the more anxious dogs. First groom with them. Took exactly 2 hours and she looks wonderful! Was exactly what I hoped for.Only originally 4 stars because a) the groomer Joe was 30 minutes late and while the front desk apologized several times, there wasnt any sort of complimentary service for the time lost, and b) with a $20 tip, total price was $155 which seems like a bit much for a 14 lb dog with no matting. I will update to 5 stars if on the next groom the groomer is on time/if the groomer is not on time, they offer a discount ect.But for the price, definitely worth the peace of mind. Joe was obviously a natural with my dog, and she came home without any anxiety or fear after the visit.Edit: 5 stars as Dog Spa just sent me an email with a discount for the next visit! Stuff happens, and Im glad they went that extra mile to make it up to a first time customer. :) Thanks dog spa!

Thank you Dog Spa 20th Street for always taking amazing care of my dog Elsa! She has had multiple knee surgeries, and they helped me care for her when I’ve had no other outside help. They give her medication, watch her every move and have given her an “apartment” with lots of blankets which she begs to go into. She has many dog friends who have become family, and she has never been as happy at any other daycare location than she is at this one. I trust Dog Spa 20th so very much with Elsa, and I’m so grateful that she has a home away from home.

This place is the best. I take my Morkie there all the time when I dont have time to take him to the dog park. He LOVES it. I trust all the people and the manager, Crystal, is amazing. I dont trust most dog boarding places but I trust this one. Excellent.

This place is truly amazing! My dog Maeve loves it here! She sees her friends, tries new snacks, and has a great day of play. The staff here is the friendliest and I always know Maeve is in the best hands at Dog Spa 20th street. Crystal and crew really know what they are doing!

I have entrusted Dog Spa on 20th Street with the care of my dog for the past 9 months, and have been impressed with the exceptional care they consistently provide. I always receive photos of my dog having the time of her life, and am warmly greeted by the staff at dropoff and pickup. Highly recommend!

Great grooming services she forgot to trim Bella’s tail down a little more this time but once I informed her she fixed it immediately, the staff here is warm and accommodating .. Bella will be staying there during my summer vacation, there’s no one I trust more with my baby bells 🔔❤️💕

My 6 month old puppy has just started going here for full-day daycare sessions a couple times a week and he absolutely LOVES it. He recognized the route after the 2nd day of daycare, and now as soon as we turn onto 20th street, he starts racing to the storefront and whines out of excitement. Staff are all friendly and they send update pictures throughout the day! When he gets home, he passes out right away. We love taking him here!

The best daycare! I wish they did overnights as well. Would recommend over other daycares in the area, including their 25th st location.
