Stop your search—Roxy’s House is hands down the best doggy daycare and boarding facility in NYC. I always joke that it’s the “Soho House” (or any members club) for dogs—between the incredible space, top-notch care, the amazing dogs, and the fantastic humans, it is truly unlike any other facility. My dog, Fez (a dachshund), has been with Roxy’s House since he was about 6 months old, and he is now 3 years old. At one point, we moved from the Upper West Side to Brooklyn. I had to leave 30 minutes earlier to drop Fez off in the morning, but changing his daycare was never an option - it will always be Roxy’s House. From day one, Karen and Sam have been nothing short of the best. They treat Fez like their own, providing him with endless love and attention. They are insanely accommodating, excellent communicators, and provide editorial level photos throughout the day. All of the dogs that attend are the sweetest. Fez has created such special bonds with many of his “classmates.” ( A special shoutout to Roxy, Fez’s soul dog, and Batman, Fez’s bff.) Fez goes to Roxy’s 4-5 times a week and every morning I tell him, “It’s time to go to Roxy’s!” To this day, he jumps out of bed and sprints into his bag, ready to go. He looks forward to it daily. The biggest thing for me is that Roxy’s House is a community. Fez is not just another dog among many—Roxy’s House is his home away from home, and it is truly a part of our family. I cannot thank Karen, Sam, Fernanda, and the rest of the team enough. It is truly a privilege to be a part of Roxy’s House.

My dog, Watson, has boarded at Roxy’s House every time I go out of town for almost two years now, and I cannot imagine sending him anywhere else. Karen and Sam treat him like their own, with tremendous love and care, and plenty of snuggles. Watson was so happy to see them every time I dropped him off, ever since his first stay at their home. They recently opened a beautiful new space in Hell’s Kitchen, and Watson enjoyed an even bigger play space with his friends, cozy beds to curl up and sleep on, and fun outdoor walks multiple times a day. They send me amazing photo updates 3-4 times every day during his stay, and as a dog mom, I really appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing my baby is safe and having a great time while I’m away. They also picked him up and dropped him off at home when I couldn’t get down there myself, which was incredibly convenient and helpful. I cannot recommend Roxy’s House enough for your pup. It’ll be their home away from home!

I cant recommend Roxys House enough! The care and attentiveness they provide for the dogs are truly exceptional. My dog has always been well-cared for, and I can see that they go above and beyond to ensure every pup feels loved and comfortable. The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, making it a place I feel completely at ease leaving my dog. They also take the most amazing photos, capturing the joy and playfulness of the dogs, which I love seeing! After trying several other daycares in the area, its clear that Roxys House stands out as the best. If youre looking for high-quality care, this is the place to go!

We have been sending our pup to Roxy’s House for boarding (basically a doggy vacation) every time we have traveled for the last ~2 years. They were recommended to us by three separate people - a very dear and trusted friend & two people I volunteer with at a dog rescue in the city. Sam, Karen and Roxy have exceeded our expectations with every stay. They send tons of incredible photos multiple times a day, so we can see how our girl is doing. She is always clearly enjoying herself whether she is just hanging out with the other dogs in a snuggle puddle, running around and playing, going on walks or getting human snuggles and scratches. There is truly nothing like the peace of mind knowing that your pet is being well-cared for and loved while you are gone. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch our dog and couldn’t possibly recommend Roxy’s House more highly! The BEST! A+++

Roxys House is absolutely amazing! Our pet care fell through last minute before a trip out of state, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us! Our puppy Charlotte is only 6 1/2 months old and we were so nervous to leave her, but the staff at Roxys House completely calmed our nerves and provided loving, safe and reliable pet care!! Every day, multiple times a day, we would receive pictures and video updates of our Charlotte. This doggie daycare/boarding is the most luxurious one weve ever seen! The pups all get to sleep on queen size beds, theres lots of room for them to play and run around, and everything is so clean! We highly recommend Roxys House to anyone looking for doggie day care or pet boarding AND they offer professional photography for your precious doggies!! We are so grateful to have found Roxys House and we will definitely be back! :) Thank you so much!!

Roxy’s House is the absolute best dog boarding around! Sam and Karen are extremely conscientious and responsive to both you and your dog’s every need. I never worry when my dog is in their care, and am constantly reassured with great messages and photos. 1000% recommend!

Sam and Karen have been dog sitting our pup for 4 years now. Theyve always been diligent, responsible, and reliable when it comes to the care of Ozzy. From the cute daily photos we receive, to the various professional certifications Sam and Karen hold, we always feel our pup is in a safe haven 😊Their new doggy hotel, Roxys House is STUNNING! Our dog trainer (Hannah at Andrea Arden - also highly recommend) suggested Roxy’s House when we were looking for a day care in Hell’s Kitchen. We’ve been bringing our new puppy here for the past couple months and feel so confident that he is in good hands every time we drop him off! All the staff immediately recognize him and he nearly pulls me up the stairs in excitement every time we arrive. I love getting the updates when we pick him up on how he did and who he made friends with. They really give each dog individual attention. Definitely the best in the neighborhood!

My Ari is a 1.5-year-old mini golden doodle.She has separation anxiety which makes me worried whenever I need to take her to a daycare.This is the only place she enjoys and feels safe and comfortable. People here welcome her every day and give her the affection that she needs

We were visiting NYC for the holidays and looking for a daycare spot for our dog while we saw shows & shopped. Roxy’s House was fantastic. The owners were super accessible, the place was incredibly clean and cute and most importantly, my dog loved it. He usually *hates* being boarded but on the second day when I brought him back he was actually pulling to go inside. This never happens. Thanks so much Roxy’s for being such amazing hosts and looking after our baby!

Sam, Karen and the entire team did an amazing job taking care of our puppy, who is going to day care almost every day. Our dog literally leads us to Roxy’s on walks and is so excited to go there. Highly recommended, great team who understands dogs and just does things the right way to make you and your pup feel the most comfortable and confident that you can be.

I can’t recommend a better place for dog socialization and care than Roxy’s House. I’ve been bringing my rescue dog, Apollo, here regularly for the last few months and he’s been absolutely loving every moment. He was just a puppy when he started and he’s learned how to play, interact and find confidence and I owe it to Roxy’s House. Sam and Karen provide so much attention, love and genuine care for each dog and it truly shows at the end of the day when Apollo comes home and passes out with smile. Their new location is spacious and it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into designing for both daycare/boarding and for dog parents . There’s really no other place that can even compare and no one else I’d trust with my dog.

We love Roxy’s house!! Poppy has been going to Sam and Karen’s for almost 3 and a half years now, and she always comes back happy, tired, and well-taken care of. Their new space is beautifully designed, and has a large play space for the dogs. Sam and Karen are the best - they are super responsive, and send plenty of excellent pictures throughout Poppy’s stay. We’ve moved around the city a few times, but no matter where we are, we always go back to Sam and Karen’s anytime we’re out of town. They’re worth it!!

I cant recommend Karen and Sam highly enough! They’ve taken such wonderful care of my Frenchie, Poppy, for years now. They handle her medication, give her daily walks, and capture some of the best photos I have of her. Truly a fantastic team!

Roxy’s house basically saved our lifes.We were going to travel with our dog for Christmas and New Years when, unfortunately at the airport Bento was forbidden to check in.In desperation, I called Roxy’s House and they were so kind and were happy to help us.It was Christmas eve and they allowed me to bring Bento for a long term stay (14 days).They provided constant updates (4 a day) and I could tell he was being taken care of by people who love what they do.A special thanks to Karen, Sam and Fernanda!We will definitely be bringing Bento back for day care or long term stays.

I left my poodle Charlie at the Roxy’s hotel for the Christmas and New Year holidays, I found out about the business because of a friends recommendation. What I have to say is thank you so much for the quality of the service, all the staff were extremely kind and pleasant, in addition the space is complete and very welcoming, it was clear on Charlies face how much he enjoyed the experience, for sure now I have a fixed place to leave my boy in case I need again, I definitely recommend it to everyone!
