Ruff club is seriously the best daycare! The staff is so kind and flexible. They’ve saved me so many with their pick up / drop off service when my schedule changes. My pup always has a blast and I know I never have to worry about him when he’s at Ruff Club.

My pup loves this place! He gets so excited from the moment he realizes where we are headed and cant wait to get in the play space when we arrive. The staff makes drop off and pick up seamless and easy AND sends me cute pics of my dog while he is there! He comes home happy and exhausted. Im so grateful to have a safe place to drop him off for a day of play and fun!

Ruff Club is warm, personable, dependable, and flexible. I dont know what I would do without them! They will pick up and drop off, which lets me be a lot more independent to meet up with people after work. Dropping him off is always a great way to start the day as someone will be yelling my dogs name. I looked at other doggy daycare places in the area, but ruff club was more personal. I can never move out of the East Village because we could never leave Ruff Club!

LOVE the Ruff Club! My dog Mila, whos an anxious girl, grew to really love it there too. Sam and every employee really love all the pups that come through here - you know that your baby is in good hands. Was heartbroken to move out of the neighborhood, it will be hard to beat my experience here! Could not recommend more!

My dog hasn’t been to daycare in a while and was nervous. they were so gentle with him and sent me pictures showing that he had calmed down and was having a good time. they really care about the animals they are watching.

Words cant describe how grateful I am for Ruff Club and the incredible team working there! They have the friendliest dog experts on staff and a clean, roomy and fun space for the dogs. I drop off my dog knowing hell have a fun-packed day playing safely with the other dogs, most of whom are regulars and all friends :) The team takes such great care of the dogs, and I appreciate that they provide relief walks, can serve meals, and send regular photo updates. Their half days, weekend hours, and overnight boarding have also been a godsend. Thank you Ruff Club for everything you do!

Frankie stayed at Ruff Club and Bark Street during my recovery from major surgery. During the tough moments of pain I could count on Ruff Club or Bark Street to keep me entertained with pictures of Frankie enjoying time with his friends. Now I trust Ruff Club and Bark Street to take care of Frankie when I am unable to and these two sister companies have become a safe place for Frankie to stay when needed.Thank you Ruff Club and Bark Street!!

I love Ruff Club! They are always so happy to see my dog Indiana and she always leaves completely exhausted after having so much fun. The day rate is a bit pricey, but if you buy the packages, definitely worth it. Would recommend! :)

Ruff Club is the best! My pup goes a few times per week and always comes home happy and tired. Alexia and her crew take great care of the dogs in their care and the vetting process for each pet ensures a positive and safe experience for all. Additionally, the entire team is friendly and genuinely wants the best for each dog. Highly recommend to anyone in need of quality daycare for their canine companion.

Ruff Club is amazing! My dog goes there and plays all day. He comes home happy and tired! The Ruff Club does a great job of making sure all of the dogs get along well and enjoy their time at daycare. Alexia, Brandon, and the rest of the staff are awesome. Theres even a webcam on their website to check in on your pup during the day! They also offer pick up and drop off service for your dog in case youre not able to. Highly recommended!!!

I have been bringing my dog to Ruff Club for a few years now and I cannot tell you how happy I have been with them. They provide a safe and fun space for dogs, theyre so caring, so reliable, and have great customer service. My dog is really happy and looks forward to it every time. Hes been a much better dog since hes had this regular socialization under the expert guidance of Ruff Club staff - highly, highly recommend!

Highly highly recommended if youre looking for a place for your dog to hang out during the day.Weve been to several daycares in the city and all felt a little icky or corporate. Ruff Club is the opposite - its family run and the staff are small so after about a week you know all the faces.They truly care about the animals and hold themselves to high standards in terms of service, cleanliness and professionalism. Going there has really improved our nervous pups social skills and hes always so excited to get there!Pick-up and drop-off service is handy, too.(Note - you need to become a member and go semi-regularly. This isnt a place where you drop your dog one day and never come back again, this is a place where you go and become a regular. That way they get to know all the dogs, which we really love because you know everything is safe and controlled. Some reviewers seem to miss this point)

We LOVE the Ruff club. Our dog loves everyone that works there and they love him. Everyone is very friendly, and in non-Covid times they can do pick up and drop off services. It’s affordable for the area of Manhattan as well; more reasonable than if we had to pay for a daily walk, and he gets to stay there all day. Highly recommend!

We are so happy we found Ruff Club. Our pup has an amazing time every time he goes, and we have peace of mind knowing that Alexia and her team vet all the dogs (unlike some other doggie daycares). Best of all they live stream the dogs all day, so if you are crazy dog parent like me :) you can watch your pup play while your work.

We have been bringing our pup to Ruff Club for close to 4 years now! The staff are amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely loving toward our dog. She absolutely loves going there, and it’s clear they treat her like their own pet. Leaving her to go to work is always tough, but knowing she’s having a blast and getting such great care makes it much easier. The daily updates and photos are a nice touch and keep us in the loop. If you’re looking for a daycare where your dog will be loved and have a great time, we highly recommend Ruff Club!!

I’m so happy this daycare spot exists in the neighborhood. It’s clean, well-managed, and you can really trust them with your dog. You’ll need to fill out an application and schedule a testing time, which made me feel good about the types of dogs there.My dog loves this place - when we come home he conks out on the couch from playing all day. They provide pick-up and drop-off options as well.

My dog, Molly, and I love Ruff Club! She gets to play all day with her friends and I get peace of mind knowing that she’s being cared for by wonderful handlers who genuinely love dogs.A while back, I tried another daycare for their weekend hours. It wasn’t a match because they made it pretty clear they didn’t love the fact that she’s an energetic big(gish) dog. My dreams came true when Ruff Club recently started offering weekend hours!

Bruno LOVES going to Ruff Club! He is a rescue and generally a shy boy who didnt love his first daycare in the city after we adopted him. Ruff Club staff are all so amazing with him and he has really grown into a more socialized dog thanks to Ruff Club. I adore them and will keep bringing my baby there :)The cute pics they text me help too!

Cannot recommend ruff club enough for doggy day care!!!! We have been bringing our dog there for the past 3 years & feel so thankful for ruff club and the people who work there. Everyone is friendly, attentive to the dogs & super trustworthy. If youre looking for a place for your dog to have fun and to know that they are cared for, this is it!!!
