The best! The play room is spacious and well designed, with alcove areas for dogs to relax alone if they want, and also a turf area. Staff does a great job of carefully introducing each dog to the play area to ensure it’s a safe entrance and the dogs don’t crowd / overwhelm the new dog. Good dog to staff ratio and very clean. The staff clearly care a lot and will make suggestions for your particular dog (“he’s very active when he’s here, do you want to pack him a lunch?”). For boarding there is a staff member that sleeps downstairs on a cot in a large open room with the dogs— our dog loves to snuggle up with them since this is how he sleeps at home in our bed. Communication is flawless and logistics are easy too. Honestly I wish they took humans, I’d go!

I have been such a fan of Tails of Manhattan ever since they opened. The staff is so attentive and aware of each dogs personality. This is the only place I feel comfortable boarding my dogs. No crates! my babies love it there

We love ToM. Have been taking our dog, Lizzie there for daycare, boarding, and grooming since Day 1 - and feel so good and safe. Brynn and the staff are unbelievable - they love and care deeply about our dogs. And Lizzie feels it. She is always so happy to be there.

My baby bulldog Maurice is in love with this place. He has the greatest day playing with his friends and comes home exhausted. A total win-win. Also The place is spotless and very secure. Total peace of mind.

My dog Oakley loves it here. Amazing and friendly staff, super easy app and website to work with and theyve even started partnering with groomers and agility training in their space. Oakley used to be afraid of daycare and now he pulls me towards their door every time we walk by. Could not recommend them enough for any Midtown East dog daycare/boarding needs!

Tails of Manhattan is the best! They treat the dogs like their own. The staff is so kind and great to work with. Jagger has done day care, grooming and boarding and we can’t recommend them enough!

Beautiful facility with lots of room for the dogs to play and have fun. The staff who works at Tails of Manhattan used to work together at another daycare in the city and they are topnotch and genuinely care about the dogs (I have entrusted one of the girls to watch my dog on a regular basis and he loves her). Prices are good and if you work in midtown, it is convenient to get your pup before or after work.

My dog loves it. He knows how to get there from our building and tries to drag me there as soon as we go out. I’m able to watch him from my phone to see how he is doing.The staff is super nice the place is very clean. I’m and thrilled to have such a great place so close by.

Tails of Manhattan has opened and anyone who lives in the vicinity of 53/54 and second avenue and has a dog,should absolutely stop by and see what a great time your dog will have. The business was built by women who love dogs (they came them their babies no matter how old) who have put the safety of your dog in mind in every part of the day care. Brynn the owner has taken care of my 4 year old Cavachon since she is five months old. My dog is also now going to Tails of Manhattan and loves it. The minutes I say do you want to go to Play at daycare she is raring to go.

Tails of Manhattan is a new dog daycare that had just opened in Second avenue between 53rd and 54th street. We were given a tour of the facilities by Sidney one of the owners, a young woman who has the friendliest demeanor and to whom my baby took a liking to immediately. I like that they dont discriminate on the size of the dogs and they have a separate space for both while small breeds remain on the main floor the bigger breeds have the whole lower level and the staff is attentive to each and everyone. The security is also a top priority the entrance door requires one door to close before the other is open to avoid having runaways. The prices are affordable and the package discount is worth it. I will bring my baby again when the groomer starts taking appointments in the meantime I will get him updated with his vaccines which are required as part of the contract.

Very friendly staff and terrific ambiance. I live across the street and my pup literally tries to drag me across the street every time we go outside. Also a big plus that they have cameras so you can see your pup during the day, unlike most other daycares in the city

Just the absolute nicest group of people. Pro-dog, pro-customer. The facilities are terrific, the prices are far more reasonable than anywhere else Ive tried (and Ive tried a lot of places.) 13/10 recommend.

My dog, Ziggy, loves it here although he’s typically an anxious guy. I feel confident that he’s in good hands and I love that I can watch him on the pup cams! I also really appreciate the ambience of the place— it’s clean, fresh, and has so many fun and comforting features for the dogs. The staff is wonderful as well. I’m so happy this place opened up! Definitely my favorite doggy daycare so far in the city (and I’ve lived in several different neighborhoods with two different dogs!).
