I greatly appreciate the actions taken by the TMAB staff, especially the manager Gio, during my dog’s recent boarding stay at this location over the holidays. Gio contacted me promptly when the staff noticed my dog started limping overnight, and helped arrange to have my dog taken to our vet to be checked out. Thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved (my pup’s injury was pre-existing), and I am thankful to TMAB’s staff for their quick and responsive communication and decisive actions to ensure the health and safety of my dog.

My dogs love TMAB. Every time I say “let’s go to daycare” they get so happy that I can tell for sure they have a good time there. They already did daycare, boarding, grooming and training sessions and I don’t have nothing to complain. I love the fact we have access to the camera and receive multiple pictures during their stay. I have tried other dog daycares but TMAB definitely got my heart.

Ive been taking my dog here for grooming, daycare, and boarding for the last 6 months and they have been nothing short of amazing. My dog is always super excited to go back and starts whining to be let inside the facility as soon as we get there. Everyone that works here is super nice and really my dogs demeanor around them tells me all! Highly recommend.

My dog, Charlie, pulls me to Throw me a Bone in the morning. She’s so excited to greet her dog friends and care takers, and comes home tired and happy. There is a healthy dog/care giver ratio. It’s safe and the dogs are carefully screened. The manager, Gio, is the best and has made a lot of personal efforts to make sure Charlie is well cared for. We are very happy to have found a good place for her to make friends and play. She goes 2x/ week.

Throw Me a Bone has been great. When we got stuck out of town with multiple flight cancellations, they made sure our dogs stay was extended each time with just an email. The least stressful part of that ordeal was making sure our dog was taken care of.

Danielle did an amazing job grooming my pup! He’s 9 years old but everyone thinks he’s a man adorable puppy because of her work. The whole process was very easy, all handled digitally through the Paw Partner portal. Reasonably priced for Manhattan ($120+tip for a full groom and bath). My only complaint is the path to the business from the exterior entrance feels a little strange going down a nondescript hallway, thru a bunch of doors into the basement. Otherwise, everything was very clean and professional and I’m a happy customer who would return!

Ive had a wonderful experience with Throw Me A Bone on W52nd. I have a very big and very sweet rescue Bullmastiff. Other doggy daycares couldnt take him bc of his size, which is understandable. I reached out to TMAB and not only were they ready and willing to take on my 140 lb beast, they were all so excited I found the entire staff lined up to welcome him for his initial evaluation. Although we decided daycare was probably overwhelming for him at this stage (he hasnt been around that many dogs at once before), they matched him up with the PERFECT dog walker from amongst their regular staff. He loves our big boy as much as we do, and our dog adores him. Its not easy to find the right people in the city to help out with a very large dog, but TMAB is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend them for any and all your doggos needs. Thank you TMAB! ❤️❤️❤️

We use daycare services once a week for our little Dachshund, and he enjoys it so much. He gets so excited whenever we walk into the building and he sees the familiar faces of the TMAB staff. They always provide detailed and thoughtful reports when we pick him and and keep us apprised on his progress of becoming a member of the pack. Would highly recommend, prices are competitive with other services in the area, and they really care and take care of your little loved one.

Rilo loves going to daycare at TMAB, always pulling me down the stairs when we arrive. The staff are all extremely nice and love dogs and Rilo loves getting in his cuddles. They are also very communicative when Rilo got an upset stomach and kept me updated when I was away. I can always check in on him through the webcam during the day which gives me a peace of mind.

The grooming and boarding experience has been great for my 2 dogs so far. The people who work at the 52nd St location seem to really love the dogs which is most important to me when leaving them in care of other people. my dogs get so excited when they understand they are going to boarding at Throw Me A Bone. I also like how the app provides daily report cards and updates on how the dogs are doing and also pictures!

Weve been using this service for about 9 months now and have had only positive experiences with Adam and his team @ TMAB. They are not only great people and take such great care of @babatheblue while were at work, but make Baba this happy (see picture) every single day. My dog comes out of here clean and fresh, with his nails trimmed and a lovely bandana! He doesnt enjoy bath time with strangers but they manage it with care and dedication. Service is always good and hes happy after the bath... cant complain! I dont love the fact is in the basement, its feels a bit like prison but dogs are happy anyway so.. all good!

Ive been taking my very anxious dog to Throw Me A Bone and they are so wonderful with him! They are extremely patient and give him all the attention and care he needs. They are very honest about his behavior and the detailed daycare journals make me feel like we are on the same team. Every time Ive checked on their live-feed camera I see the staff completely engaged with the dogs. They reinforce good behavior and obedience to keep them stimulated. I cannot recommend them enough! This is the perfect place for a pup to spend the day- so happy we found them!

We recently started going to Throw me a Bone and am so happy we signed up with them! My pup Luna attends their daycare and has also boarded with them. The team at the 52nd street location from Brit to Seth and everyone else are fantastic and beyond caring and attentive to the dogs. Their facilities are also very clean which was a must for us when looking at daycares. They also go above and beyond and give you a daily report after each daycare or even if you are boarding with them on what your pup did throughout the day along with some adorable pictures! Im so happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone with a dog!

Throw Me A Bone at 525W52nd is our go-to place for doggy daycare, boarding and grooming in NYC. The staff is super friendly, loving and professional. Communication and scheduling is seamless. Our two Aussies absolutely love them and we send them there knowing that the staff cares for them as much as we do. It is also great to see them play with the other dogs via camera and reading their personal journals with pictures after each session. Grooming is always perfect and detail-oriented. Throw Me a Bone has been such a gift! Everyone takes such amazing care of Charlie and accept him and care for him despite all of his quirks. As a bonus, they’re helping him kick his “love bite” habit which has been a long work in progress at home. I highly recommend Throw Me a Bone! It is very clear the staff loves pets. They will treat your dog like their own. My dog gets so excited anytime she sees them. I use their daycare and play session services. Their daycare not only is a great value but they are soo accommodating of my schedule/time and they are really responsive. They have a Nest camera in their daycare facility so you could always check in if you’re missing your dog! Their facilities are also clean and spacious! If I ever need walking, training or other services I plan to use TMAB.

Throw Me A Bone is amazing!! At first we picked it based on proximity to our apartment but even after we moved, we go out of our way to continue bringing our dog here every week. Everything is clean and handlers are very attentive. You can tell that they love the dogs just as much as we do. They always keep it fresh by incorporating new group training or adding in toys for a day or beds. The little journals that are sent out at the end of the day are also adorable little tid-bits on how your puppy’s day went. They always make my day. The groomer, Jackie, is also very sweet and does an amazing job. Everyone is super responsive and helpful in every way. And most importantly, my dog drags me there every time with such force that I know he’s as obsessed with this place as I am. Highly recommend!!

My dog loves daycare here! She is always pulling to get in the door whenever we go. I can tell she is very well loved and taken care of. For daycare they provide a relief walk, pictures, and updates. From the first time I walked into Throw Me A Bone, I felt welcomed. My mini poodle (Maui) really loves going to daycare and is always excited. I can tell because he pulls me once he notices where he is going. The staff genuinely cares about his well-being and at the end of the day I always look forward to reading how Maui’s day went. Throw Me A Bone also, provides pick-up and drop-off services which is amazing! (Jake is great!) I would highly recommend TMAB!

My dog, Oliver, was having a hard time adjusting to a new home and new city, and was very anxious. Sara and Natalie were incredible at making him comfortable and helping him really settle in to our new home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, professional animal care.

Love the team at Throw Me A Bone! They take care of walking my pup five days a week, at lunchtime. They also offer play sessions with order dogs. You get a recap of each walk and play session, complete with photos and details on the walk, behavior, etc. My dog is always happy to see them and the other dogs. His behavior has definitely improved with the help of the TMAB team . Super grateful for this service!

The TMaB team is very attentive and they take great care of my fur baby! Also, I tend to have quite a few instructions for dog walkers because I travel a lot and often need them to drop my dog off at the boarders and give medication. I cannot say enough good things about TMAB W52! My 5YO rescue had severe social anxiety, and I thought daycare & exposure to other pups would help. We lived further south in Manhattan, and she hated the first one I took her to. I felt awful because she would pull heavily in the opposite direction when we got a block or so away. When we moved to Hells Kitchen, I hesitated to put her in daycare again but wanted to give it one more shot in case this place was different. WOW, what a difference -- she was excited to go by the third time! Such a huge turnaround from the original experience with the other place. The staff all seem excited to see her and generally excited about their jobs. And my pup is now pulling when I say daycare, literally pulling me all the way to TMAB with her tail wagging the whole time. The best part is that she is now so much more comfortable & friendly around other dogs. I upgraded from half-day once a week to two full days a week.

We Love TMAB!My pup, Pie just stayed for 3 nights while I traveled for work. Until this, we had only used TMAB for grooming. I have worked with quite a few doggy day care/boarding companies over the years but TMAB is different.It’s the Amazing staff! Val, Britt, Ryder and Jake to mention from this stay but everyone there is incredible.Pie had fun playing with other socialized pups, took walks, ate happily and slept with overnight caretakers. Pie thinks he went on a vacation with friends :) I received regular reports and photos and he came home happy and super clean.We are all in with TMAB for walking, day care, grooming and boarding! My one year old Cairn terrier, Leo has been going to Throw Me A Bone’s west 52nd St. Location at least once a week for just over a month now. All of the staff are highly professional and dedicated to the dogs in their care. The facility is spotless, and I can check in on Leo anytime I want to on the Nest cam. I like the flexibility of having different options for 1/2 or full day, and it’s been a great opportunity to socialize Leo with other dogs and go back to work without worrying about him. I may also take advantage of some of the training services, as most of my Covid pups training has been virtual. Can’t say enough good things about Throw Me A Bone!

Sara, Jake, Ryder, Britt and the whole team are amazing and my nervous, scared-of-everything Murray practically drags me down the stairs to get to the playroom to see his pals (both human and dog). I love getting his daily reports and photos and checking in on him on the pet cam — every time I take a look, he’s playing or cuddling with a staffer. I know he is loved there and the feeling is mutual!

I learned about Throw Me A Bone while I was looking for a new daycare for our girl Hanako. I wanted my dog to be around professionals who understand dogs behavior and their needs. TMAB staff are so friendly, helpful and take care of my dog very well. They always let me know with a message or email whenever Hanako seems sick or not feeling well. They always write a feedback for the day so I can read about how Hanakos day was. Grooming day was good as Hanako doesnt like water at all. They are very patient with my dog. And lastly TMAB is very clean and I really appreciate it.

We had to find a place last minute as we were from out of town, the communication by text was excellent, staff was responsive which helped alleviate our anxiety for leaving our furbaby for the first time. The play area was inside and not a big place from what I can see - would have been nice to have an outside space but considering where we were, I get it. Loved the web cam access to check in on our dog. He really missed us being gone so didn’t really interact with other doggies but the staff tried to pay attention to him, which warmed my heart. Best dog daycare weve used! Charlie loves it everytime, weve done the half and full days. He comes home happy and tired everytime. The puppy cam is perfect for anxious fur parents as you can check in on them anytime! Thank you 52nd street TMAB!

Both Adam and Gabriel have been great right from the start. We brought home our new 2m old puppy and they came to meet him. He’s had puppy walks, Jackie for baths and even back up walks with Jess when work ran late. Adam even gave us a referral to a fantastic dog trainer.Our puppy is doing great! He’s a welcome little celebrity in the building and the neighborhood thanks to these guys. We trust them in our home and with our favorite furball. TMAB has been terrific!

My Penny girl has been staying at daycare a little over a year now for once a week, half a day. We are so happy to have found a place that takes care of her and that she is ecstatic to attend. Not only are the TMAB staff super friendly towards the pups but the management is very responsive via email and always ready to help/answer questions.Last year we also used their boarding services for a long weekend. I was so nervous to leave her, but they were great at providing picture updates and comments everyday. I was scared that Penny would not want to go back to daycare the following week after her boarding experience but she had no reservation. She was just as thrilled to enter the facility and play with her doggy friends and as a mom it alleviated any hesitation.We will continue to utilize their services as long as we can. I guarantee that your pup is in safe hands and you will not regret sending your babies here.

The Throw Me a Bone team is amazing. Our pup Apollo is family to us and the TMAB team treats him equally as such. He loves going there and you can see his excitement as he enters the space and sees Brit and the team. We had to board him for a couple of weeks as we traveled outside of the USA and I was completely comfortable and confident he would be well cared for!! This team is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them for your pup’s daycare or boarding needs.

We love Throw Me A Bone! I have been bringing my puppy for daycare since he was 5 months old and he absolutely loves it. The staff is super friendly and provide the cutest pictures / summary at the end of each day. The week day hours are perfect for work and the weekend hours at 52nd street are great, especially for our dog who doesnt do well home alone! Its fun to check in on his playtime with the camera they stream, and he comes home completely exhausted every time.

Ive had a great experience with TMAB @ W 52nd and recommend it highly. Initially, I was apprehensive about taking my dog to a daycare facility, but the staff take great care to ensure its a good fit for everyone. They reinforce good behavior and keep the atmosphere positive. A journal gets published after each visit, which includes feedback as to how your pets day went (really look forward to these). Overall, Id say this place has helped put my mind at ease, especially when I see my dog start pulling us toward this location while were out on walks (I think thats a good sign!)

I have been sending my puppy here for day care for several months now. He loves it and so do I. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating and all of the other dogs seem friendly. There is a nest camera so that you can view what your dog is doing all day. I have also used them for grooming and was very pleased with the results.

My dogo absolutely loves the people and his dog friends. Hes had better manners since hanging out with the Throw Me A Bone crew. He even got groomed without being too crazy! He basically drags me here whenever we go outside. They are also very flexible and understanding with circumstances if work schedule changes or I have to book something quickly.Definitely recommend, especially on rainy days or super hot days - give your dog a gift of hanging out with cool dogos and people.

We highly recommend Throw me a Bone for your doggy needs. After shopping a few doggy day care centers in Hells Kitchen, we felt Throw me a Bone was best suited for our Jack Russell puppy named Henry.In addition to ensuring Henrys safety and comfortability, we as the human owners needed to feel comfortable and trustworthy of a day care center to leave Henry. We found that on day one with Sara at Throw me a Bone. From the first few minutes, the care and support we saw her give Henry really was something I did not see in other day care centers here in HK.We are super happy with the facility, Sara and her colleagues and love that we get to pop in here and there on their webcam to see Henry have all that fun!

Throw Me a Bone team and services have been one of the best parts of moving to NYC for us since Sept 2017. Their in-building services are so convenient at 525 W 52nd, and their team is top of the line. Super responsive, very organized, beyond loving to our 2 dogs and cat...we couldnt ask for more. Weve entrusted them in our home with pet visits and overnights while we are away and always are incredibly happy with their service. Their nice journal updates with pics and comments always leave us feeling so reassured our fur children are in the best of hands when we have to be away.
