Love this nice dog park! We go to the little park that has turf grass. Everyone is very friendly and the dogs that come here are very well behaved. Dog waste bags are provided in case you forget your own. Lots of benches to sit in and the tree provides nice shade.

Very nice dog park with big and small ones separate and they both have pool for the summer. Love it!

Always a blast at Tompkins Dog Run. Perfect place to take your pup for a good time in the east village. There is one for small dogs that has artificial turf as well as a larger one with dirt. Both are usually booming with activity and tennis balls galore. Owners and dogs always enjoying themselves. Highly recommend going. Never a dull time!

What a lovely park!So glad this was my first dog park choice. It has 2 areas: one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Love this park so much. I’m so gladfor the reviews, My fur baby loved it very much! Great choice to bring your small or big friendly fur baby!

I bring my dog here daily. Nice, big space with a packed sand base. Theres running water and a dog pool. There are also lots of seats.

If you havent been in a while, they put down artificial turf in the small dog run. There are a few ways to feel about this, but personally I love it. I have a long haired white dog, and previously a trip to the dog park (almost any dog park in NYC) meant a bath after was inevitable - too much loose dirt and mud. But with the turf, my dog stays pretty clean... and gets out of the dreaded bath. I just hope its not the toxic kind of turf.

Me and my girl go every day! Its a nice tight-knit kinda community. Almost the same people go every morning on the dot. No bad vibes here and if youre a problem, youll know.

Great space with plenty of seating along the run! Its much larger than the average dog run and includes two separate sections (one for small dogs/puppys and one for larger). Favorite place to take my pup in the East Village.

Tompkins Square Dog Run is very nice to bring your dog to exercise, run and play with other dogs or just hang out with your loyal friend. Large dogs and small dogs are separated in secure enclosures, while the joy your dog gets from getting outside is so obvious.

Great place to socialize your fur kids and meet others in the community. Meet ppl from all corners of the world here. They have a big dog run and another for the little fur kids. Theres a doggie pool, and water fountain for them as well.

This Park here is just different than any other they have some nice stuff for the dogs in there but besides the swimming pool for the kids the only other thing they have is the Basketball courts and old outdated parks .

Dogs need this place , a wonderful place in East village New York. Such a blast at Tompkins Square dog run especially summer time. I was only visiting New York for short time and my Lucy wasnt there , but Im sure she would have loved the place . Maybe next time .
