We used Bare Paws cat sitter services for our 6-month old kitten and it was awesome!Violet and Kayla took great care of him: scooping and cleaning his litter box, refilling his food and water, and most importantly pet and played with him while we were away. We highly recommend!We had Bare Paws take care of our cat while we were on vacation a second time and were very satisfied with the quality of the service, the post-visit updates and most importantly our cat loved it! We scheduled the visits a few days before our departure and they were prompt to arrange the visits.Thank you Faye, Kayla, Gregg and Violet for the attention given to our cat and the quality of the service!

Bare Paws NYC has been wonderful to work with so far! The portal is super easy to use for scheduling, they offer 20-90 minute walks (which is great for my tiny Pom), and I love that I can reschedule/cancel online and request last-minute walks. Kayla is so sweet and super professional, and my pup adores their adventures. Mars and Jahi were wonderful as well!

Bare Paws is a life saver!!We don’t have the easiest dog - lots of anxiety and stranger danger make her a complicated soul with a lot of feelings. But Bare Paws (and our wonderful regular walker Kayla!) has worked with us diligently from day one to build up her trust, to go at her pace, and to make sure that she’s getting a walk while ALSO feeling safe and cared for. I’ve used several other dog walking companies…but none hold a candle to Bare Paws.

I have been using Bare Paws walking services for about a month now and could not be happier! Violet has been so kind and responsive from the start. I needed a dog walker last minute when I had a sudden start back to work, and they were incredibly flexible getting me set up with a walker and have been super reliable since. My walker Angie is great with my dog Ruth and sends detailed reports of their walks with photos and walking path overview. I feel so lucky to have people that take such special care of my dog and at a great price!

Bare Paws is the best and I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found them! Violet and Angie took great care of our 2 kitties, one who needs medicine 2x per day. Our 2 cats couldn’t be more opposite in personalities (one is older and likes to chill and the other is a vivacious / hyper 8 month old who likes to annoy our older cat) so I really appreciated how Violet and Angie catered their attention to each cat based on their personalities. Bare Paws provides you with a daily report with pictures of how your furry babies are doing, which I really value. Our cats loved Violet and Angie. If you need a pet sitter, Bare Paws has got you covered and you can rest easy knowing your little ones are well taken care of! I highly recommend them!!!

Violet is extremely accommodating towards any requests and ensuring my cat Kobe is always receiving the best care! I really appreciate the attention to detail and care that everyone at Bare Paws has. The owner, Violet, came to meet Betty when we first started working with them, which was great. But greater still is that anytime theyve introduced a new walker or sitter (for new days/times - we do have a very consistent walker for work), Violets come with them for the first visit to introduce them and take them through Bettys routine. Our walker, Angie, is awesome and Betty loves her so much she sometimes refuses to walk/play and instead spends all of her time trying to cuddle with her. I had a not-great experience with the first dog walking service I used, and I am so happy I made the jump to Bare Paws.

We have been entrusting Violet and her team at Bare Paws with our two cats for several years now. Every time we are impressed with their dedication and thoroughness. We were recently out of the country for an extended period, during which we had one cat with a health emergency. Violet not only handled the issue calmly and professionally, but was very proactive in following up with the vet so that we could have peace of mind while we were an ocean away. We cant thank her enough!

I’ve had Journi walk my big guy Stuart a couple times now and she is just delightful! I had the pleasure of meeting her on his first walk and she handled Stuart with such ease it made me so comfortable having him in her care. She sends me pictures when she comes and even takes the time to say hello to my cat when she comes to pick up Stuart. She is incredibly reliable and Violet (the owner) is very responsive.

Bare Paws has been such a great service for my dog. Jahi is my dog’s main walker and does such an amazing job dealing with all of my dog’s quirks. Jahi is patient, gentle, understanding, and always sends me very cute pictures of my dog! Violet has also met my dog and was very good with him. The dog walkers at Bare Paws are accommodating, reliable, and kind. Can’t recommend Bare Paws enough! I’m so glad I chose them to walk my dog.

What can I say! Violet, Agee, Journi, and the whole Bare Paws experience was wonderful and easy from start to finish. We have two cats that needed to be checked in on over the course of a week (including on Christmas) and had recently had a negative experience with another sitter. Violet was extremely professional and efficient in our first virtual meeting, and she and her colleagues were thorough in their visits - we got pictures and mood updates, so we knew our boys were in good hands. I also loved the Time to Pet website they use, which is an easy way to schedule visits, communicate, and pay. I will continue to use them for all my cat sitting needs and could not recommend them more highly! Thanks Violet!

We used Bare Paws for the first time last week to look after our golden puppy for a couple of hours at home. From the beginning, communication was really easy and straightforward. Our puppy sitter/walker, Jahi, was so lovely and connected with our puppy Dante right away. He sent regular updates so we knew what Dante was doing and that he was happy and well. Will definitely be using this service again!

Bare paws has been such a saving grace when we moved to the city. Harley loves her time with each of the walkers. All of the walkers have Been kind and reliable and always send lots of picture updates. Bare paws is also so easy to schedule and so flexible. We love all of Harleys walkers including Greg, Emma, Jahi-Aamir, and Ulises. Violet has also been such a pleasure to work with in answering any questions and doing our meet and greet. I would first like to start off by saying how amazing Bare Paws Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters were to me and my dog. I was able to call Bare Paws last minute to schedule a dog sitting when I was having my baby. I was a week late over my due date so I was induced. With that said, the initial plan I had for my dog fell through because the person was no longer able to watch him. I quickly found a dog sitting company (Bare Paws), and asked what accommodations they could make for me being that I needed someone to overnight with my dog for those few days I would be in the hospital. The Owner quickly responded and said they can definitely accommodate for my emergency. She even came right before I left for the hospital to get a walk through of places he likes to go to on his walks as well as get an idea of what his daily routine is like.While I was gone, she sent various photos and videos for me to see and kept me updated on what his day was like from beginning to end. I definitely could not have asked for a better company to watch my dog. If you havent noticed, I am an extreme doggy mom who absolutely wants the very best for my dog. Im glad I was able to have that and more. I would definitely use Bare Paws to watch my dog again as well as recommend to anyone who needs their services!

Nothing but good experiences with Bare Paws. I have a cat, but regularly travel for work etc. Even when I forget to request appointments until the last minute, Bare Paws has been efficient in scheduling and has never been unable to accommodate me. They are also great about coming at particular times when it is easiest to get into my apartment building. My regular sitter, Fatimah, was very friendly when I met her when she came over to see where everything was before the first appointment. She has always been responsive to any changes I request (e.g. changes to what the cat is eating), and the place always looks pretty tidy when I come back (even though my cat is prone to making a mess!). She also always sends me nice notes and photos while Im away - and the cat, who can be a bit of a grouch, is often cuddling with her in the photos :) Great service, and very affordable.

I switched to bare paws from another dog walking service I was unhappy with. They are so transparent with everything particularly the pricing and they provide the route taken and a report from your dog walk which I love. My dogs walker is Fabiana and I had the pleasure of meeting her at our meet and greet. Barbie (my dog) seems so much happier with Fabiana walking her and shes super responsive and so far super reliable. I found the other dog walking service I used were so focused on whether their employees were stealing clients, they were not focused on the actual service provided (my dog had 4 different walkers in the space of two months). This service has been the opposite, there seems to be a nice element of trust and they are focused on what is important, the pups! Thank you bare paws and Fabiana for taking the stress out of Barbies daily walk! I hope we can continue to work together and I will definitely be recommending you guys to my other dog owner friends.
