William and his crew at Bitter Dog Walking are absolutely incredible. They are extremely reliable and trustworthy. They love our pup Gracie like she is their own. They always accommodate us and put up with my crazy last minute requests! Gracie always has a great time when she stays over THANK YOU!

Will and his team are truly the best local dog walkers in the Chelsea/WV area. Ive used BitterDog Walkers for daily walks and boarding for my active 2 year old boxer Fritz; every time Ive come home to the happiest pup. I am so glad to have found reliable and friendly walkers living in the city!!!

They are responsive, reliable and trustworthy, yet try to be open to accommodating unexpected circumstances and occasional special requests. It is clear that the team genuinely cares for my dogs. They are so understanding and thoughtful of their unique personalities and make a clear effort to adapt their care accordingly.

Never have to give a second thought to Trixie’s daily walks. William and the team are incredibly reliable. Trixie has some anxiety issues and the team is super helpful in making her daily walks the highlight of her day. We have also utilized the boarding service which is great, I know she is always in good, caring hands. Whenever she sees someone from the team is is so happy! That speaks volumes about the care and individual attention they give to all the dogs.

I have been faithfully using Bitter Dog Wakers for several years now and they are absolutely outstanding! Will is a quality leader and person. Each memberOf their team seems to have a true love for dogs and they are all patient, knowledgeable and caring. My sweet , somewhat kookey Lexi Loves them! Never thought I could trust anyone with “the baby/beast”, but William is an exceptional exception, as is his crew. Absolute life savers, rain or shine, snow or 100 degrees, these “guys” are there, and are happy to see Blue and lure home out of bed after a belly scratch.

Don’t let the name fool you..this crew is sweet not bitter! They love all animals...and totally cat sit my cats when I’m away! They feed, pet and scoop like cat people...and they walk my dog now and then too! Very responsible with lots of connection to the neighborhood, everyone knows Will and he only hires cool peeps!
