5 Stars for Fetchmates! My fiancé and I were very picky when selecting a full-time dog walking service due to the wide age range of our dogs (13 years and 1 year old). We wanted a professional service of course, but a personal feel was also important. It was obvious from the initial meet & greet that Donn and his team truly care about our animals. Everything from scheduling, notes, pictures, GPS maps of their walks are all accessible in their App which makes this process so seamless. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I first used Fetchmates to care for my aged cat that required special attention and medication. I was very stressed and worried, but they were awesome. As emails and photos came, letting me know all was well, my fears disappeared. It was clear to me that they were caring and loving and taking great care of him. I used Fetchmates more recently to take care of my adopted sibling kittens and they were fantastic. I was worried because the kitties were timid with strangers and ran under the bed when anyone new entered the house. I was completely surprised and happy when I got my first photo of them playing with the pet sitter and having a great time. That continued throughout the entire time that we were away. Fetchmates provided an exceptional level of service. Finding a great pet sitter that you can trust with your loved ones and your home is not easy. I will absolutely use them again and completely and confidently, recommend them

If you live in TriBeCa, Don and his team at Fetchmates are the absolute best! They make everything so easy from the ability to schedule online, pay online, and track your pet online! Not only does Sammy absolutely love his walks, but Don’s team is also training him as they walk!

Fetchmates is it - look no further! Our dog Bowie, who is a handful in the best of times, has been walked by Donn or one of his dog walkers, for 5 years. Professional, prompt, courteous service with people that you can entrust your best friend to. The reliability of this service is bulletproof.

After trying another dog walking company in TriBeCa fetchmates is definitely the best. They walk with only one dog at one time and not like other companies 4 dogs at one time! Also the owner is very friendly and always stays in touch with us so we feel very calm with giving our dog to fetchmates.

Fantastic experience with Fetchmates! Our new rescue pup (Kala) can be a bit nervous with strangers, but Donn took the time to gain her trust and now she loves her daily walks.Donn is truly on team-Kala, partnering with us in training good walking behavior. As a result we have a more confident and well behaved pup.

Fetchmates is amazing! Donn is, by far, the most responsible, caring dog walker one could want. Our Jadie absolutely loves him. Donn previously cared for my cat, and was amazing with him as well. TriBeCa is fortunate to have Fetchmates in the neighborhood!
