Ronaldo and his team at PetLove NYC have been absolutely amazing with my dog, Luna. They’ve done such a great job walking and caring for her that she lights up every time she sees them, even crying with excitement to say hello when we run into them in the neighborhood. As a veterinarian, I highly value the community and support they provide for Luna, and I trust them completely to take care of her when I’m at work. Their love and dedication to her well-being are evident, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend PetLove NYC!

We are so thankful for Pet Love NYC!! It has been challenging to find a good, reliable walker on the Upper East Side until we met the lovely people of Pet Love NYC! They are always super accommodating, even on short notice, and more importantly go above and beyond for my dog every time they walk her. They send lots of photos and videos during their walks and even bring my dog to the park to let her run around for a bit and get her energy out. 10/10 - thank you Pet Love!

I never knew animal care could be this exceptional before working with Pet Love NYC. Ranaldo and his team are thoughtful, reliable and professional.Our 1.5 year old Dalmatian (Cal) had issues with reactivity when we started with Pet Love. The team quickly assessed his needs and through training he is know comfortably walking around NYC and Central Park.We now have Pet Love walk Cal 5x per week. He goes to the park where they not only walk but PLAY which tires him out thoroughly.I would highly recommend Pet Love to anyone looking for the best quality care for their animal.

We absolutely love PetLove—Ronaldo and Vagner are the best. Our dog, Jake, loves them so much (I think more than us!). They care for him and take him to the park. They constantly send us videos and pictures and give us a report on how well he did.

We love PetLove NYC so much! We were super particular when we first got our puppy with who we wanted to use, as it’s not easy trusting anybody with your pet. But they’ve been amazing, so responsive, and they always send us pictures and videos and let us know how things went every single time they walk him. I trust them so much and that’s worth its weight in gold to me!

Ronaldo is amazing!! After recently rescuing a 5 year old golden, I needed someone to help on late work nights and Ronaldo has been responsible and dependable. My dog, Autumn, is shy but Ronaldo takes time to make sure she gets the right amount of exercise and care. He also is very prompt and send plenty of photos/videos. Photo below is one he sent me, along with many videos. I’m happy my dog will have someone consistent for walks going forward.I would highly recommend Ronaldo and his team and will be referring him to friends too.

Ronaldo and his team at Pet Love have changed our dog’s life. He is a new puppy that we rescued from the west coast. HeHas a lot of energy and Ronaldo makes sure that he gets to run off leash and play withOther dogs in Central Park.He sends pictures and videos of Koa playing and having the best time. The team are all kind, loving and completely trust them. Highly recommend and appreciate their flexibility.

Best Dog Walker Ever! I have never felt so secure leaving my dog with someone. Regular pics/videos throughout the walks and I’ve never had an issue once. They are always prompt and deliver excellent results. My dog looks forward to his walks!

We are so grateful for Pet Love NYC. When we moved to the Upper East Side, we looked at several dog walkers and they were by far the most professional. They are friendly and reliable with daily photos / updates and we always come home to a happy pup! Through training, Felipe has taken special care to establish a bond with our reactive dog, which has allowed him to trust others. We highly recommend Ronaldo, Felipe, Vagner, and team!

Our first vacation in two years, post pandemic - Ronaldo with Pet Love Services reassured us that everything was going to great...And sure enough, they were. My gosh, I couldn’t ask for a more professional person with amazing energy that matched very well with our Tyke. Ronaldo is a respectable, kind, knowledgeable and safe person- (equipped with live video and pictures, a huge plus!) who has proved to be the perfect person for the job. It is very apparent Ronaldo loves dogs and this is truly what he’s meant to do. Our dog Highly approves and we’re ecstatic to know that we have a great dog sitter that has become apart of our family. 💛
