This team has been amazing in caring for our puppy, Maple. Great communication, trained professionals, and detailed care have made this our go-to team for puppy-sitting when we have to leave town. The online portal makes it very easy to plan and request visits and the communication from the team on WhatsApp keeps you assured that your pup is in good hands. Plus, they send great pictures and videos!

RiversideBArk! is the best in the biz! The company’s owners are some of the most passionate, caring, and hard working people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The caretakers they employ are all true professionals! My girlfriend and I both lead busy and unpredictable freelance careers. Anytime we need help with our pup and kitty, RivB always has our backs! The client portal is easy to navigate and requesting services is a cinch! Having a team in place that we know well and that will love and care for our animals as if they were their own gives us peace of mind. Highly reccomend using this service!

My dog Mowgli has been cared for by the team at RiversideBArk (and before that, ProspectBArk) for four years and counting. I count myself lucky that they were the first company we stumbled on when we moved to New York. Krystal, Chun-Soon and Taryn are unfailingly kind. They send text and photo updates after every walk, are easy to reach whenever we need to schedule services, and are attentive to any changes in our dogs behavior that happen to come up. If youre looking for a dog walker or sitter who you can trust (with your house keys and your pup!), you cant go wrong with this company.
