At BYOP, they are great, patient and attentive to details. They take their time to un knot all of my Marley’s hair. He is a schnauzer and they have been the only hair groomers that have been able to give him the cut (with a skirt) plus he loves it here. All the staff works diligently, are genuinely kind and are consistent with their results. They are absolutely the best on SI!Thank you BYOP!!

Hello my name is Kim Mitchell I love BYOP they take good care of my dog Buddy Hill, everytime I take my dog their people ask where did you go for your dog groomer in I tell them Byop, I love the way buddy looks and smell when I picked him up he been going there from 4 months til now and he is 2 yrs old, I love how they groom there dogs and my Buddy loves them too, thank you BYOP foe taking care of Buddy I would never stop going to BYOP they do a very good job Im very happy with there customer services and care.

I love Samantha, Gianna, and all the groomers at BYOP they do an amazing job above and beyond. They make my dog look and smell like 1 million bucks and he smells amazing for three weeks after he’s been groomed. They also know dogs and how to work with you I highly recommend them

I had taken my puppy somewhere else before (hes less than a year old) and the groomer wasnt able to do anything and still had to pay. I was recommended this place by my mom, and it was the best decision Ive made for my puppy! I had no hope because the other place I had taken him told me hed have to be sedated to get any work done.This place is amazing, super easy to set up an appointment, prices are reasonable for all the work they do. Im always happy with the results, my puppy is a little too much sometimes, but this place has great staff that have met my puppys needs. I wish I had brought my previous pet here, who had a very bad experience somewhere else; I know they would have done the same awesome job with my puppy now. Highly recommended, I wouldnt change them for any other business when it comes to my puppy.

OMG I loved this place! The workers are Awesome! Prices are Great and most of all my Hamilton looked Amazing after he was groomed. As you can see he is happy with the results as well. One other thing .... They sell homemade treats the dogs LOVED!!

Literally the best haircut my pup has ever gotten. They were super professional, had full consultation about what type of cut we wanted. They didn’t have him all day, and he looks so adorable. I’ve been to many groomers and this is by far the best yet. Definitely worth the money. + he smelled amazing! For sure recommend 👍🏽

I really can’t say enough good things about Sam and the rest of the crew at BYOP. We’ve been taking our *extremely difficult* mini aussie there since we brought him home almost 5 years ago, and believe me when I tell you, they are the absolute best. Sam is SO beyond patient and caring with our boy, never mind how great she is at what she does! They work with you to figure out the best cut for your pup and the best way to execute it, especially if you have a little nut job like I do. Never once has Sam, or any of the other groomers for that matter, made me feel like I couldn’t bring my bad boy back and for that alone I am so grateful to them. We’ll never go anywhere else (sorry guys😂) we love BYOP!!

I love BYOP, Ive been bringing my dog for about 4 years now and they have always been friendly, professional, kind and my Riley always looks so handsome when theyre done. I recently moved to Jersey and still come to BYOP to get him groomed. They dont keep him all day, they are very quick which is great for my anxious dog and the results are always great. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to BYOP for over a year and theyre great. They are punctual, do a great job with my dog, and will update you if there are any issues like needing to cut a little more off due to a tough knot that couldnt be combed out.

I took my cat, molly, here to get groomed for the first time and it was a lovely experience. someone was cleaning the shelves and restocking, another person was at the register and two others were available as well. i’m new to the idea of grooming because cats typically don’t need it, but mine is long hair cat. everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of the questions i had to ask. they are also well-staffed so i was not waiting long to be helped. molly looks so good now and she is happier shaved. i will definitely be coming back on a more regular basis!

I have been to a few groomers on the island, but this one has been the best so far. My Clooney’s ears were plucked, nails shaved down, and mat free. The groomer also told me about some irritation marks he had, and showed great concern. It was also very affordable for the work they did. We’ll be back!

First time visiting this place and I’m in love everyone was super friendly I can’t remember the name of the lady Groomer but she came out to meet my dog personally which other places don’t do. She also took the time to tell me about my dog double coat what was the best cut for my Pomeranian she was just perfect for the first time I wasn’t worried about leaving my 15 moth old dog since this place don’t keep them inside cages. Finally found a nice place to bring my Ginger....

BYOP Grooming and Pet Supplies is a GREAT establishment focused mostly on grooming your dearly beloved pets. I know for sure (via information i was able to gather on BYOPS Facebook Page) that its a what you could/would call a one-stop-shop at least for dogs, where you could get your dog properly groomed, get healthy and tasty food options for your dog with good healthy and hearty ingredients, and this establishment even serves as what you could call a day care for you dogs with fairly reasonable pricing. Ive seen a couple of their fliers around town and wondered what they were about. I for one know how valuable, being an owner of a cat and a dog myself, it is and could be to have a high quality, trusted environment in an establishment that could be held accountable that I could bring my baby girl (4 year old Chiuwawa) or my baby boy (4 year old American Domestic shorthair cat) to stay a day if say I needed to paint my room, or say I wanted to do some heavy duty cleaning that involved(s) chemicals that would be dangerous or harmful to our babies, I would consider an actually establishment like BYOP a lot more reliable, safe, and accountable then some random someone I could find on an application from the phone. Not to mention, I always love supporting a small family owned and operated local business, as BYOP is, located in the West New Brighton neighborhood or section of the North Shore of Shore of Staten Island, hopefully they will be here and get enough good quality solid consistent business and customers to where they can expand their business and maybe hopefully in the near future we would see more BYOO establishments in the South Shore, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, The Bronx, Harlem, West Chester, Yonkers, Connecticut, and or even multiple locations in New Jersey. Nowadays where everything seems automated and extremely unpersonal its a great and a beautiful thing to have real live accountable people that are highly acclaimed by also local and highly acclaimed dog owners And specifically dog trainers as an option for grooming, watching, babysitting your pets as well as a one stop shop for all supplies and food you may need for your furry friends. 5 stars easy.

Went to drop off food for recuse cats & fell in love with the store. It was obvious that the staff are pure animal lovers & the cats & kittens where loved & well taken care of. The store has a good selection of food & supplies. There was the cutest dog being groomed. You can watch as the groomer works & she handled him well. I actually had a hard time leaving & I was there for a while. Felt right at home.
