    I have SO MANY GOOD THINGS to say about this place!! I moved to Staten Island about 2 years ago, and I was looking for a new grooming salon. I drove by this place to many times and I decided to finally check it out and give it a shot. And boy was I lucky!!First things first, the owner is SO SWEET and SO PROFESSIONAL! He always treats everyone with the outmost respect and gives our pets SO MUCH LOVE! Every time we come , we always have such a positive experience.Second - VERY CLEAN environment, air conditioned, properly secured, doggies have a big play / waiting area, and even their own little booths. Everything is visible, and clean / nice.Third - Our pets ALWAYS come out SUPPPPERRR CUTEEEE and with the most perfect hair cut and smell so good and brushed really really well. Never had any accidental cuts, or a bad hair cut. The way you explain to the owner the hair cut, is the way it comes out , on point.And lastly, our pups never come out super stressed. Always in good spirits.We get excellent communication via Text, when the pup is ready, what was done, how much etc. communication is EXCELLENT.Me and others are very fortunate to find this business, and deal with such amazing people. I HIGHLY recommend this place and always have positive experiences. THANK YOU!! A++++++

    I have taken my dog to three different groomers. By far this is the BEST groom my dog has ever had. I live in Manhattan but it is worth me going to Staten Island for such incredible service. Its no that they are so much less money than in Manhattan, Frankly its about $15 cheaper (the cost of the toll) but the perfection of their grooming is incredible. They do a great job on the ears and my dogs nails have never been smooth. Even the vet I took her to remarked on how well the groomer did. I also really like the owners energy, Ok there was a bit of a mix up in the scheduling but I will never take her anywhere else again.

    I highly recommend Ning for all your dog grooming needs! He is an exceptional groomer who truly cares about the well-being and comfort of the dogs he works with.Ning is incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to understand each dogs unique personality and needs. My pup can sometimes be anxious during grooming, but Nings calm and gentle demeanor always puts them at ease. He is willing to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.Not only is Ning wonderful with the dogs, but he also does an outstanding job with the actual grooming. My dog looks fantastic every time - the cut is exactly what I asked for, and the coat is soft, clean and well-styled. You can tell Ning takes great pride in his work.I really appreciate having a groomer I can trust to take such good care of my fur baby.

    We are all so happy with our Zekes first groom since we got him in May. Ning was not only amazing and caring with our precious pup but also extremely considerate of my inexperience with having a dog professionally groomed. He answered all questions and explained everything he would be doing for Zeke and asking me for any preferences in look and styling of cut. We definitely recommend his services and will be gladly returning to keep our pup in tip top style. ♡

    Ning is amazing!!! He’s been grooming my shiba inu for about 4 years now. He’s fast, efficient and have great communication. He’s the only one I trust to groom my dog. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed

    Owner is very friendly, I instantly felt welcomed. He gave my puppy time to become familiar with him and the surroundings before I left. Which made me feel way more comfortable/secure leaving my puppy with him rather than dropping him off at PetSmart. The shop is very well organized and clean. He gave my puppy the perfect haircut. I’m 100% satisfied and I will be returning. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a dog groomer. He even sent me pictures of the haircut! I will be leaving before and after pictures.

    Love this place. Came here for my puppy’s first visit to the groomer’s and couldn’t be more pleased. Ning treated my pup so well and was very patient with her, and she looks GREAT! He even gave her a little red ribbon, which I thought was very sweet. Making an appointment was also very easy. Will definitely return.

    Love Paws made it super fast, easy,, and friendly to make an appointment. Excellent experience and first time I had my Shepherd mix dog groomed. Ning was very professional, allowed my dog to become familiar with him and the new surroundings before I left. And did a beautiful job with her fur and nails. Cant wait to bring my other dog for his grooming.

    I saw that this place just recently opened up and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did because this is by far the best groomer I’ve come across. The location is convenient and Ning is so sweet and professional. He made the entire process so easy. I absolutely loved that he kept me updated on my dogs via text and asked me things he was unsure about like hair length and flea collar removal. He really made sure to satisfy the customer and get it exactly right. I also liked that he takes Apple Pay and Zelle as a form of payment. I don’t usually carry my wallet around with me so this was very convenient.

    I happened to be fostering a dog and thought it would be best to get him groomed. After some time of googling I found this place. Ning was great at communicating what I wanted and getting me a fast appointment.The place was very clean, and I liked the way the dogs are kept in open pens rather then cages. Ning was amazing with Chewy - - especially since I didnt have much of a back story for the dog. Everything was done in about an hour and chewy came out looking like a handsome doggy.Im officially this doggys mama and I will definitely be taking Chewy back to see Ning.

    I have been to over.a dozen groomers over the years with my Yorkiepoo Rascal, Ning by far is the best groomer that we have been to. Rascal has never looked so good. Rascal will be seeing him again

    Ning was great! He responded to my texts quickly and gave me all the info I needed before booking an appointment. My dogs loved him. He was careful with my dog’s skin issues and put cute bows on them after. I loved that it was a cage free shop. My dogs were able to walk around the shop until I got there. When I walked in, they were happy and not scared in anyway.

    First time bringing our Shiba Inu to a groomer and I can definitely say we made the right choice bringing him here. Ning was able answer all of our questions and made sure our dog familiarize himself with the store. He provided us with updates from time to time to show how our dog was doing. Our boy came back very handsome and we will definitely come back for Nings services.

    Found Love Paws on Google when I was looking for grooming services for my dad’s dog. Checked out the reviews on Google. Contacted them and asked several questions. Ning is friendly and took great care of my dad’s fur child. Ning sent me a photo after the grooming was done. That was an unexpected and nice touch. I will definitely use Love Paws again.

    I love my dogs haircut!! I have a Maltese and his fur was curly and had knots in it. My dog definitely needed haircut! I called Love Paws and couldnt wait long for appointment. I highly recommend this place. So clean and friendly.

    We have been bringing my dog, Biscuit, here for about a year now and we obviously keep coming back because Ning does a great job every time. Ning is very attentive, listens to what we want for the haircut/other services, and also offers great advice for the dog.The shop is conveniently located in an area where you can go shopping or eat around while your dog is getting groomed. The shop is also very clean and safe for the dogs. I highly recommend Ning and his expertise in grooming dogs!

    I came in Love Paws accidentally, but groomer did very good job! I like his personality and his professionalism. He is carrying to pet, he built connection by talking and playing with my dog before to take him for grooming, and my dog felt comfortable when I leaving. Groomer explained why we had some problems with my dogs hair and gave me advises how to care better. He always friendly and express positive attitude. His shop is clean and cosy. Groomer is an owner , so he is professional in what he is doing and run his business in a good way being responsible and caring to his clients and their owners.

    Lovepaws is the best groomer in Staten Island! Brought our little fur baby there recently and Ning was amazing! We have tried several groomers and we finally found someone that listened to what we wanted and took the time to go over it with us!     It was my first time bringing my dog here. My dog is my child and I have a hard time trusting people watching over him but I loved that Ling took care of him very well and had a big enough area to put him in while they waited for me to pick him up. I was very happy with the grooming style as well. Other places I’ve been too seem to just chop up the hair like something I would do but my dog had a whole blow out look while his paws tummy face and body was clean and well rounded. Thank you!     I am so happy me and my husband found Love Paws! Ning (the owner) is the sweetest man. I feel safe and confident he takes good care of our little peanut. Peanut is our 9 pound shichon. (Shih tzu and bichon). We have been going for three years now.Since her first haircut, I could tell she loved Ning. He always tends to each dog attentively. He makes sure after the haircuts they are safe in their little spots. (Big dogs obviously get more space). If it’s later in the day and no one is there he will even let our little explorer wonder around a little .The salon is very very clean. The floors, their grooming spots, etc. Another important detail for me is it’s very safe. Ning buzzes you in and out which makes the best possible scenario for no dogs getting loose (god for bid)!Ning will be very honest with you. He never overcharges or adds extra. A few times we asked if she needed her ears extra cleaned and he said she was good. Another place they would just say sure even if she didn’t need it! He is knowledgeable in dogs and what is good for them, which helps an anxious dog mom like myself!She is excited before and after we drop her off. I never have to worry.Ning listens to whatever we would like done depending on the time/season.He is beyond worth the price and trip! He puts a little box, clip, or bandana on her every time.     Ning at Love Paws is absolutely wonderful. We were very anxious about bringing our 4 month old shih tzu puppy for grooming after having had a horrible experience in the past with a former groomer. After researching groomers for many weeks I found Love Paws and called and spoke to Ning. I pretty much knew immediately that I found the groomer we would bring our puppy to. Today was the first grooming and we could not be happier. From the moment I walked in the door Ning immediately made not only me but our puppy feel safe and welcome. In a matter of moments he was already playing with our puppy who instantly responded. Ning is friendly and very knowledgeable and his grooming salon was very neat and orderly. He told me that he would do his very best but wanted to make sure I knew that it is sometimes very difficult with a new puppy who is being groomed for the first time. He listened to what I wanted and that is exactly what he did. Ning sent me video of our puppy during and after grooming. When I arrived to pick him up he was extremely happy and looked amazing! I would highly recommend Ning and will most definitely be back when its time for next grooming.

    Absolutely amazing!! Took the time to make me and my dog comfortable, listened to all my concerns and was so patient and kind. My goldendoodle often comes back from the groomer completely shaved due to how curly he is but Ning was able to brush, cut, and style his hair perfectly. Overall fantastic, clean and quick service- would recommend.

    My dog is five years old and she had been to two groomers. In the past, whenever I go pick her up or dropping her off shes super nervous and frighten. So I decided to try this new place. My dog was really happy when I picked her up today. The groomer did a really good job trimming off her knots and shaped her head like what a bichon should look like. This place is awesome!

    I came across with this newly open grooming store and thought to give it a try for the first time since this is the closest one to my home. I have to say it is a very pleasant trip. I had no idea how I want my toy poodle to look like but his fur was very long and knitted. Because of COVID-19, I am not allowed to be inside the store nonetheless, I was able to have a quick glimpse from the window outside and see it’s quite spacious and very clean. I definitely felt safe leaving my little guy here for grooming. It wasn’t too long and I got the call back to pick him up after a coffee break nearby. I was surprised with the outcome. My little guy look exactly the way I wanted. The groomer did exactly what I asked for and even better! Because My little guy has anxiety issue, he doesn’t get along with all the strangers. But I could tell he seems comfortable with the groomer and being taking cared of. I’ve been to few places in Staten Island and this place is pretty interesting, So I would definitely go back again.

    He did such a good job on Moon! He gave me advice and realistic views of what my puppy would like afterwards! I expected nothing less and she came out looking so cute and amazing! He took time on his day off to groom her before she got surgery and im so grateful for that! Will def be coming back!

    Since it was my puppy’s first time at a groomer, I was worried as a first time dog mom but Ning was very helpful and explained thoroughly. My puppy (Milo) came out looking so adorable and happy and jumpy. Ning explained about aftercare and how to properly groom my puppy since he was matted. I definitely recommend this place. Very friendly and reasonable price. Thank you! 😊

    This is the only pet grooming business I trust and bring my two dogs to! The groomer was incredibly sweet, caring, gentle and instilled a sense of comfort in me. He is clearly a professional and I recommend him totally 💯!!! Definitely recommend go to Love Paws!!!!!! 💕
