I recently took my puppy to Pet Pawlourfor the first time, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to make my puppy feel comfortable. They explained the grooming process and answered all my questions, which eased my worries.When I picked her up, I was thrilled with the results. Her coat was beautifully groomed, and she smelled fantastic! They even added a cute bandana and bow, which made her look extra adorable. It was clear that they genuinely care about the pets they work with. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be returning for regular grooming. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time taking one of my dogs and I brought my parents 7 year old timid chihuahua with her for his first time. The team here has been so great and understanding of my dogs needs and make me feel 100% comfortable leaving them there. They take their time and don’t rush the process. I have reached out to different groomers on the island who have said “well I can’t give you an estimate until I know how your dog acts” which I understand but PetPawlor was upfront about all fees / expenses. Love love love this group of professionals

I bring my baby Munchie here.I love my little girl, but she has been a nightmare to groom from a puppy. They have been so patient with her and take the time to schedule her when it’s quite. She bites and is not easy to handle..I feel terrible to be honest. They always handle her kindly and try their best to be careful not to cut her or harm her. I’m afraid to take her anywhere else to be honest, I don’t want her to be treated badly for her behavior & I know here she will still be treated well. I appreciate it tremendously. So happy I found them and Munchie always looks beautiful.

I can’t say enough to describe how much i appreciate the hospitality and the kindness that I received at Pet Pawlour my 15 year Shih Tzu is treated with so much care and love. She has been grooming there for over 6 years now but with age she has become blind and has a few other health issues I love it that they handle her with so much care due to her illnesses thank you to all of you for being there for my dog I truly appreciate you all ♥️

I brought my cat there for the first time and i have to say, it was the best choice. the owner (i think) was so kind to me and my little melon. my cat doesn’t leave the house, so she’s terrified of the outside world. she asked if i could stay with her while they shaved her because it helps calm cats. i’ve taken her to get groomed probably 10 times and no one has ever told me that. i felt a little silly when she asked because my facial expression was confusion. when i explained that no one ever asked me that, she too was confused. she was very gentle, but still able to get a clean shave, easily the cleanest shave she’s ever gotten. i think my being there did really help.you can tell this shop does grooming because they love the animals, not the money. will definitely make this shop my regular groomer. thank you again ❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend this place..For past 7 years, Ive been taking my beautiful baby dog who now is 16 years old. Marie has been so wonderful with my lChiquita. Very dedicated groomer . I must also give a shot out to Krysty who is a very understanding owner and very profesional when doing her best to accomodate appts for Chiquita. I moved to NJ, and it is so worthy to drive Chiki to this salon. ..dont pics say so much? 😉. Thanks so much for always leaving my furry baby so beautiful..

Please take your cats here! Amazing experience all around. Kristi (sp) is the cat whisperer. So knowledgeable. Last time our cat was groomed (elsewhere) she was very stressed and upset. This time, she didn’t meow, hiss or cry at all. Stayed still the entire time and was in a great mood afterwards. We will be back!

I take my dog mason here to get groomed. Sometimes I miss them but Kristy always texts or calls me back to schedule an appointment which is awesome and personable. I can see this place being the main one I go to. I appreciate the more personal approach. My pet is always shaved perfectly always smells great and they handle him well. Definitely recommended

Best dog groomer in SI! Nala always comes out with the best haircuts and it is obvious they really care about the dogs they groom. Great attention to detail and sensitive to owners needs / requests. I Know the wonderful girls at Pet Pawlour for many years.Krisey is a wonderful person. I worked for her, and believe me she is really an exceptional person. Marie,Cerina,Krisey are fabulous groomers, and fabulous people. anna is a wonderful kind receptionist.Not only are they groomers, but they really care about your pets. When you take your pet to be groomed they are treated like royalty.No matter what. Krisey has taken in more strays and placed them in wonderful homes.Krisey has a very good work ethic. Safty always comes first.Every dog,cat and person is special to to her and her workers. Believe me this is not just a business,It is a very close Family. Krisey cares about the groomers as much as the clients. If you have a problem Krisey and the girls and don,t let me forget Thomas the kind wonderful bather who bathes your dog.are there to solve it. I’m a first time pet owner with that being said I was nervous about giving my puppy her first groom. This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, nice, and informative. The groomers seem very professional and you can definitely tell they have experience. The groom didn’t take that long. The most important part is my puppy came out super cute and clean. She smells great and they gave her a really cute fall theme handkerchief and hair tie. 5/5 will definitely be coming back! FYI cash only.

I went to three different groomers before finding a place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby (Scruffy). Hard to find a place and people that you can trust. It is a transparent open concept environment where you can see where the dogs are at all times. The people are nice and I don’t typically wait long for the entire grooming process (roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min Is what I have experienced from drop off to pick up). My dog doesn’t love getting groomed but he doesn’t resist walking in like he has in all the other places I have taken him to.

My mini schnauzer has never looked better. Today my wife took her for her first grooming by a professional groomer and they returned my dog with the wow factor. Her coat was super smooth and she smelled fantastic. Her ears and paws were groomed to perfection. Highly recommend taking your pet to this professional establishment. Money well spent! She will be returning for her next grooming in the near future.

Amazing!!! My little guy does not like anyone touching his hair. He is very aggressive, but he quickly changed his attitude when he realized how great the environment was inside. We took our new Standard Poodle for his first grooming and we are so happy with Christie and her staff. Her parlor is clean, beautiful and most welcoming! They are kind to the animals entrusted in their care and most professional. Our pup was difficult, being that it was his first grooming and they took their time and did everything to make it a positive and comfortable experience for him. Thank you to all. His coat was very clean and his nails were cut also. He did not appreciate the blow dryer in his face so he went into a warming room dry, I was impressed and have already returned already for another grooming.Great services and this is a cash only business.

My mom wanted to send her dog regularly to this groomer, and contacted the owner, and the owner worked with her generously in working out a plan. They did a great job with grooming her dog, removed any mats, gave him a nice shave, ear cleaning, and nail clipping. He even got a nice orange bandana around his neck. They did a great job with him.

As a first time dog owner getting my almost 5 month old Shih Tzu groomed was a pretty scary experience. Everywhere you go you read reviews that just scare you as a dog owner. This place was really close to me so I gave them a try. They were super friendly and did a great job. They even called to let me know he was doing very well and to not worry.His hair and nails were cut perfectly and hes clean and smells wonderful. The pricing was extremely fair as well.Im happy Ive found a local groomer!

We came to pet pawlour after having a bad experience with another groomer on the island. our shih tzu is very anxious but they made her feel at ease and they did such a great job on her cut, and they made sure to cut her nails and clean out her ears since she’s prone to ear infections. we’re very happy with the staff as well, who are very clearly animal lovers and cared for our baby the way we would. very pleased with our experience.

Making an appointment was very easy. The staff were very friendly also. My dog came in for a wash and always hates the blower. My dog was blow dried and loved it! Dont know how they did it! Lol! This place is awesome and amazing! I brought my cat Luckie today at this pet groomers, i was away for month and half when i came back home last night her hairs at her back was all matted and she felt so uncomfortable, pained and we didnt know what to do so i went took my cat and they really did a great job! Amazing place!! Staff is awesome!! Both our dogs go there, one 22 lbs shitzu mix n other an 85lbs Black Lab. Both love it there n smell n feel great after.My Lab is my service dog n I’m very comfortable taking him there.

I used to have serious trust issues about leaving my dogs with ANYONE but this place is solid. My dogs were obviously nervous the first time we dropped them off and it was especially hard because they’re not used to strangers but when we came back for them, they were in a wonderful mood. When we drop them off now, they’re more than willing to go and when we pick them up, they’re beautiful and happy. I don’t see myself trusting any other groomer. 10000/10

Pet Pawlour did a great job on my fussy baby! They were quick and Daisy came home happy and playing - not like she was when she came home from her lady groomer.
