We were in Great Kills Harbor for 3 days and Victoria was able to get my pup in for a full groom at the last minute. She was so sweet and did a wonderful job grooming our shitzu mix. I highly recommend Picture PAWfect if you are in the area!

My pups love being groomed by vicki. I have a very difficult standard poodle and a feisty little poodle. They always look great after a day at picture Pawfect grooming salon. The place is beautiful and everyone there is so friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I strongly recommend you take your fur babies there. ❤️👍

Finding a groomer for a corgi is not easy 🥲I did some online researching a couple of weeks ago and came across Picture Pawfects 🐾 website which had wonderful reviews along with great pictures. Making an appt was very easy along with the day before appt text reminder. Vicki was great!!! ❤️❤️Our Pepper🌶️ looks amazing. Bonus part of the grooming was Pepper meeting new friends. We will definitely be back 😊😊

This grooming spa is amazing. I have been using Kay and she is just wonderful with my mini golden doodle Charlie. She is very kind to the dogs and very skilled. She listened to how I want him groomed and he always comes out so handsome! The place is clean and neat and so reasonably priced, and he loves going there. I have recommended so many friends and they all have had such a positive experience. I highly recommend picture pawfect!

Vicki is the absolute best groomer. Her attention to detail, patience, passion, and love for dogs is visible to anyone that steps foot into her store. She is the most caring, trustworthy, patient, passionate and loving groomer out there. Vicki has taken care of my 170 pound English Mastiff for years! There is no one I trust in more to take care of my boy. Dante is one of the largest dogs Vicki cares for, and no one has been successful like her. She treats every dog like her own. Vicki has a true passion for pets. I have never seen my dog more excited to see someone. I promise you will not be disappointed. Picture PAWfect Grooming is the best place for your dog!

Pictures PAWfect, is now by far my favorite place to take my dog, friendly staff and in great hands all around. KAY has been my Goldendoodle groomer from a puppy, he always is super happy before and after his grooming process. Kay knows exactly what to do. She has the loving heart for dogs and takes pride in each client and pup. You will not be disappointed, she also is a good listener if you have certain request. Thank you Kay for always being there for us. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Our Shih Tzu, now in his senior years, has always disliked visits to the groomer. Previously, hed return home coughing, distressed, and completely shorn. After extensive research, we discovered Vicki, and she has been a blessing. Our Shih Tzu now returns looking healthy, clean, and groomed with utmost love and patience. We are deeply grateful to Vicki for her time and care in helping our beloved family member stay healthy and happy.

Kayla and Vicki are the absolute best! Kayla has been grooming Kona since his was a puppy and he always comes back looking so cute! You can tell they put in the time and care to groom your dog bc his cuts are always even. It’s also super touching when you go to pick up your dog and you find everyone on the floor petting and playing with him 🥹 The place is spacious, clean and bright! There’s also a small parking lot in front for abt 5 cars which is convenient. Give them a call to book your dogs next grooming!! I know I will!!

They were all so nice and treated my dog amazing! And his haircut came out soooo good I loved it! They even gave him a green bandana in the spirit of St Patrick’s day! I’ll definitely be taking him back!

Great place to have my dogs groomed. Kayla is the absolute best. My older dog is so frightened by the groomer but not with Kayla! My younger dog so rambunctious but somehow, Kayla makes him beautiful! I would never have anyone but Kayla groom my babies!!

Went there for the 1st time today. Loved it. My Zoey came out bathed, brushed (theyre exact words were it was snowing in here - lol) teeth brushed and smelling so good! And they added a cute bandana! Will be back! And they have parking! Thank you❤️

We took my dog koda for the first time and it was amazing he is so clean and they gave him a free ribbon with a perfume bottle and the workers there are so nice this is my first and it won’t be my last time going!

Vicki is so great with my little guy! He is usually anxious when it comes to grooming, but Vicki and her team were so caring and patient. Staff are great and professional, place is clean and fun, and you can tell all the pups and people love it there :) Definitely will keep coming :)

We have been to a number of other groomers on Staten Island. By far this is the best for our pup! KK who grooms our dog is amazing and great to deal with. The staff is friendly, patient and attentive. They clearly love what they do! We highly recommend them.

Picture Pawfect took great care of my dog. After a terrible experience with one of the larger stores, they proved to be patient, skilled and made my 7 month old puppy look amazing. I recommend to anyone looking for a more personalized groomer who truly love animals and do their best to make sure your pet looks their best.

I will never go to another grooming salon! My 2 dogs look perfect after their grooming. I have 2, a malti/pom mix and a Yorkie/poo. Im so happy I found this place 💓 and the dogs absolutely love ❤️ it here thanks Kayla!!!

Lets face it, our fur-babies are too precious to leave with just anyone. When I brought my Lola pup to Vicky she and Alex and Kayla were so warm and welcoming it made my day AND Lolas! We feel like part of the Picture Pawfect Family! They knew exactly 💯 how to keep her calm and groomed her beautifully. Ive been to Picture Pawfect a few times since they opened and Im super happy with the whole salon. As a plus, I get a pedicure and can relax at the nail salon next store while I wait for Lola. Its a total win-win all around and we cant wait for our next visit.

Love love love this new grooming salon. My shihtzu usually comes home from the groomer odd and unusually tired but we tried out Picture Pawfect and he is happier than ever and looks beautiful! Ask for Vicki she does a great job on shihtzus...Ill be coming back for sure

I highly recommend the service and care that this place offered to my dogs which I called my babies. I know Kayla for a long time and she’s the most caring and passionate person to her customers. I have two dogs and one of them has some issues and gets seizures but I feel very comfortable because I know that I have the peace of mind to know they are safe and in good hands. I don’t usually write reviews but I can give this business 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vicki is, without a doubt, the best groomer Ive been to. I own a rescue dog that has issues with fear and aggression. She did everything possible to make my dog comfortable and safe while also ensuring her cut was done well. In the past, I have had other groomers handle my dog roughly in response to my dogs issues. Vicki and her staff will treat your pet(s) as their own. Run, dont walk to Picture PAWfect Grooming. You wont be disappointed!

I was looking for a new groomer for my Pomeranian Bronx. I came across Picture Pawfect grooming, I was nervous but they were so welcoming and sweet. They reassured me they would take good care of Bronx and be patient with him because he is very jittery. They were gentle taking him and he came back looking like a handsome boy. I was very happy overall with this groomer. Highly recommend!
