    Where to begin., Kenny starts with getting to know you, your family and your dog/dogs. He listens, observes and then treats. He explains, then shows you how to proceed with your dog. With just three sessions we have seen a major improvement with our dog Sparky. He went from a unsure scared reactive pup who just turned one to a positive happy pup. We have been so pleased with the time Kenny has put into helping us. He lets you know in such a great way that its not always your dog that needs to change, but as your dogs leader you need to learn how to lead him/her. Over the years of owning dogs we have worked with trainers but not like Kenny. I would recommend him and his team100 %.

    Ken is great with all different types of dogs. I’ve had so many issues come up with my rescue pup who is now almost 2, and I’ve been able to reach out to Ken for guidance at any time. He gives excellent training tips and everything is easy to understand and do, even when he’s not around. Definitely recommend for all training needs!

    Excellent training. Would recommend to anyone with a dog who needs anything from a little extra manners attention, to full on behavior issues. We were nervous having our dog trained but Kenny was an absolute professional. He explained everything from the training to how the dog should behave at home in between sessions. 10/10 reccomended!

    Kenny was very knowledgeable about dog behavior and was able to quickly identify the root cause of our German Shepherd’s issues. Kenny provided me with clear and concise instructions and ongoing support, which made it easy to implement the training at home. After just two weeks Max was already showing improvement. Thank you!

    Patient, explains everything so you understand, gives you things to work on in between sessions, calm demeanor and not pushy. My dog isn’t good with a lot of people and Kenny definitely won her trust pretty quickly. I highly recommend without a doubt

    I am so pleased with the results from Kenny at Phalanx K-9! I have a 4yr old in tact, male Cane Corso. He was unsocialized and had spent much of his time in a kennel. His size and looks meant that people are afraid of him but is a very good natured dog and not aggressive. He just needed some manners and training for handling outside. Kenny introduced us to some basic routines and helped assess at my home. He came to work with Zuess and within a week I could walk a 200lb dog with no worries. I would highly recommend Phalanx for anyone who needs help with manners or basic training commands. Kenny is polite, thorough and well informed. His knowledge of dog behaviors and how to help was exactly what we needed and Zuess is happier with his home life now!

    Great experience!I was recommended Phalanx K9 from a friend who I know from the dog park. The trainer (I believe he is the owner) Ken, took his time during the process to explain every different training exercise he was performing with my dog, and the importance behind it.We’ve completed 3 training sessions so far, and I’ve already started seeing changes in my dog’s response to my commands, even though he is an older dog (9 years)I highly recommend PK9 to anyone looking for help training their dog. Whether it’s for personal protection, or just better behavior, Ken & his team did an amazing job!

    Kenny came to our house and first explained what he was going to do, as well as what we needed to do. He met our Rottweiler and immediately began leash training with commands, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He then brought his personal dog out so we could work on commands with the distractions of other dogs. After our session, Kenny checked in with us to see how our dog was doing. I would definitely recommend him for training sessions!

    Kenny came to visit with our 10 month old bernedoodle and was immediately able to provide some training guidance based on our dogs behaviors during the visit. We then set up a training plan. Today was our 2nd training session with Kenny and we have already seen such a difference in our dog. So happy we decided to give Kenny a call and we are looking forward to our future sessions!

    I have a 1 year old Belgian Malinois and Kenny at Phalanx K9 is phenomenal. As a fellow dog trainer I definitely respect his approach on things that are out of my realm with protection and commands. It has only taken a couple sessions to get a better foundation and fix what another trainer had done to my pup. Zeus is much better with his commands and thankfully his control is now an 8/10 compared to a 3/10 when we started! 10/10 recommend Kenny. I wouldn’t hire any other trainer to train my dogs!

    Ken does excellent work ! He tailors training methods to suit the individual needs and temperament of the dog. Finding a dog trainer who embodies these qualities can be difficult to find! Only after a few sessions have i seen such a vast change in my pup .

    It only took a few sessions to make a drastically good change in my dog’s behavior! A lot of it had to do with me doing the homework I was given to do. Consistency is key! Kenny is really good with dogs. My dog has always been skid-dish, especially with men, but she took right to him.My dog’s biggest issue was aggression towards other dogs, making walks miserable. With some command work and consistency, walks are enjoyable and her aggression issues are gone!
