I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and chose this company to take care of our cat while we were away for a week-long vacation. The process was super easy: you fill out a form with the requested Catsitting service dates, details about your cat (breed, specific needs, etc.), and they respond promptly via email to answer any questions and set up a meet-and-greet with an available Catsitter.Our meet-and-greet with Anna B. was fantastic! She’s professional, friendly, and polite, and she took such great care of our Loki while we were away. We opted for 20-minute visits for basic needs, and Anna always sent us the cutest photos of her interactions with our cat, which gave us such peace of mind during our trip.After a bad experience with a Catsitter through the Rover app last year, I was nervous about selecting a new company, but this one exceeded all expectations. They didn’t let me down, and I’ll definitely rely on them for future vacations!

Sally did a wonderful job taking care of our two Siberian cats for 10 consecutive visits! This was the first time we left our cats alone for that long without family and not only did Sally ensure that we had detailed updates with photos and videos but we also returned to two very calm, happy, and content cats! Their coats were also fluffy and groomed 😻. Sally has many cat toys and really understands the cat breed well. The cats loved the paper grass she gifted them and kept laying on it even after we returned home. We are happy and thankful to have found Sally through Katie’s kitty!

I would highly recommend Katie’s Kitty to anyone seeking first rate care of their cat! I had the pleasure of using Valeries services while I was overseas for nearly two weeks. Everyone at this company was quick to respond, knowledgeable about feline needs, and incredibly dedicated. Valerie was TERRIFIC! She came to my apartment twice a day to feed, care for, and play with my beloved senior kitty and she sent me lots of updates and photos. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company; they really do a phenomenal job.

I highly recommend Katie’s Kitty. Our sitter, Joe Daly gives great care to our two cats when we are out of town. He keeps me informed twice a day with pictures of them which always eases my mind and you can tell he is a genuine “cat person.” He even ran to pick up cat litter for me once when we we were running low while out of town and the Amazon delivery was delayed.

We have an elderly cat who needs lots of love and attention. We absolutely LOVE Emily (UES) as our sitter for sweet Luís. We typically worry about our cat having his needs met while we are away- but we know he is in the best hands with Emily.She provides us with detailed daily updates, and you can tell she truly cares about our cat. We feel so grateful to be able to work with Emily/Katie’s Kitty!

Irene Starygina from Katies Kitty is the best...period. On extremely short notice we needed care for our 2 young cats for a week. We reached out to Katies and they connected us with Irene, who was nothing short of spectacular. Irene is extremely communicative as we got great updates twice a day with videos and professional level photos AND even a folder of the best shots for archiving and sharing (no joke the photos are amazing). She gave our cats a ton of time and attention, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldnt recommend Irene more. A++.

My Katy and Maggie are elderly 16 (now 17) year old cats. I brought them to live in NYC in order to escape the trauma of an extensive renovation at my home. I travel somewhat with my job and have a 90 year old Mother in the South so I needed a caring and attentive cat sitter while I was away from home. I could not have special ordered a better cat sitter than Gloria Rosen. She was what I really needed. She was attentive to both my cats and me (a nervous owner), knowledgeable and completely reliable. When she was not available she found other Katie’s Kitty sitters to cover her. She was so attentive to my Katy who is in very delicate health that I was not fearful every time I had to leave. She was able to notice that my Maggie was not just trying to cough up hairballs but needed to be checked for other things. The vet found Maggie was having asthma attacks and now is fine with medications. I would probably still just think Maggie was having trouble with hairballs if Gloria had not clued me into looking further. My cats and I have had a wonderful experience with Katie’s Kitties and Gloria in particular I would recommend them without question.Anita O’Mara

I have a cat with special needs (seizures/medication) and Lori did an excellent job taking care of her, including handling one of the seizures. She was patient, thoroughly detail-oriented, and caring. Theres no one I would rather have caring for Lily.

Best pet sitting experience we have ever had. We cant say enough about the cat care we have gotten from Andréa when we go away. We have been using Andréa through Katies Kitty for a few years now and are so grateful for the care and attention she gives. It makes traveling so much easier to know that our pets are in such good hands. She treats our cats like they are her own. We are so lucky to have found Andréa and we dont know what we would do without her.

We had a great experience using Katies Kitty for the first time! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful, super responsive and reassuring. She and her boys took wonderful care of my cat and made him feel safe while we were away. They gave him so much love and attention and Im so happy that we now have a place to leave our boy when were out of town.

On short notice, my husband and I needed to find a home for our cat Fala for the full month of September.We contacted Katies Kitty, and a few hours later Lois Linden phoned us. After inquiring about our needs, she told us Ed Franco, the general manager of Katies Kitty, would reach out to us that same day. He indeed did and suggested the perfect cat sitter - Paula Cassidy - for us.Paula was an excellent communicator throughout the the month, sending pictures of Fala every other day with a brief comment. This was very reassuring. At times Paula inquired about our cats preferences, even though Fala is is quite capable of indicating her own preferences. An added bonus for us was that Fala was the only cat in Paulas home, a less stressful situation for her. Paula and Fala seem to have bonded.We plan to use Paula in the future.

I have had the pleasure of using this service for over 11 years, while living in both Manhattan and Queens and have nothing but the best things to say about this company. The owners are dedicated, responsive and mindful regarding staffing and the sitters are top notch.
