I have been with NYC Pet Nannies since 2012. They are the best. As a self-employed person with a lot of travel for work, some of it unexpected, they are as flexible and accommodating as a company can be. Their computerized system for keeping track of everything lets me know that Forbes has been taken care of. Once I wanted to bring Forbes to a speaking engagement I was doing here in the city but I didnt want him to stay for the full event. I arranged with Steve to accompany us and take Forbes home. This is really going above and beyond the call. Every walker Ive had from NYC Pet Nannies for all these years, with the exception of one who stayed for only a short time, has been a true dog whisperer whom Forbes loved. I cant speak highly enough of this company.

In the immortal words of Tina Turner, Bingo Pet Care is simply the best! I was lucky enough to find Bingo when I first moved to NYC and they have taken care of my critters ever since! They are always on time, leave detailed and very sweet notes when they’re done and are very flexible with extra walks when I have an emergency or an evening event. My dogs and cats love them and it’s clear the Bingo walkers return the favor. I’ll continue to use Bingo as long as I’m in the city.

Bingo is the best! They are incredibly responsive, and always cover the walks, regardless of what comes up. Staff changes are handled so well and thoughtfully, taking the time to train and have new walkers shadow the others. Even the owner pitched in to walk my pup when my regular walker was ill! Prices are really reasonable, and billing couldnt be easier. I would highly recommend!

Love love this dog walking service! My dog is not very friendly and he has to warm up to someone. Bingo has been so accommodating, they had a walker come and meet my dog and work with us until my dog was comfortable. I have had the same walker for 2 years and she truly cares about my pup.

I adore steve and the nyc pet nannies gang! incredibly professional and so great with my dog (and my moms dogs who they walk as well.) i love getting emailed updates so i dont have to worry if my walker is showing up, how long the walk really is and what happened. makes not being able to see my little girl during the day so much easier. would (and do!) reccomend them to everyone!

Ive been using Bingo for the past year for dog walks. Bingo has an easy to use scheduling system that makes it easy to request, reschedule, and cancel walks. The walkers are reliable and use a QR code scanning system to check in and out, so theres visibility into when the walks start and end. The walkers often take cute pictures of my pup during her walks, which are always so great to see. My dog loves her Bingo walkers!

I love bingo and have had incredible experiences with them. I have a 16 month old puppy and I wouldn’t let any other service walk him..the reason is that they don’t just walk your dogs they love them and treat them as their own.I was devasted when Marley’s first walker left, did not think anybody could replace him but I was wrong..Marley loves Nelson and Bingo and we do too!
