Elena is a wonderful person and fabulous with animals. She has been taking care of my rescue dog since 2019, and I feel so lucky to have found her! He warmed up to her immediately, and she is kind and patient with him. Elena follows any specific directions exactly (including leaving certain lights on etc.) - she even goes so far as to do extra things if she thinks it will help, like giving fresh water if the bowl is running low. Elena is communicative, very reliable, and truly cares about all of her clients. Chauncey is always happy and content after Elenas care and it is clear that she does an exceptional job. If you need someone to care for your pet, choose Elena!

Elena has walked our two hound dogs on two separate occasions. Both times went great. Elena was very communicative, sent us updates on the dogs like we requested and even shared a couple of pictures from the walk. Elena has been very responsible in her ways of handling the dogs and easy to communicate with along the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted pet sitter.

Absolutely recommend Elena’s pets! Elena was so flexible and communicative when arranging my dog Ed’s walks. She is very reliable and my dog took to her immediately (which says a lot because he can be very particular). My dog has some frustration-based reactivity, and I was happy to learn Elena had experience with this. She managed this without issues and I feel very secure having Ed in her care. Will 100% keep using her services!

Elena is wonderful! I highly recommend her, I loved that she took time to come over and meet my dog Theo before my trip so that they could meet in his home where he was most comfortable. This past week was the first time that I had left Theo with a dog walker who wasnt family, so I was a bit nervous, but Elena was extremely communicative and sent lots of photos every day. She even FaceTimed me on the first night because Theo was a little skittish, but then he warmed right up to her! She walked him twice a day and fed him, and I appreciated that she was always quick to text if she had a question or needed clarification to make sure Theo was fully taken care of.

Elena is the only person I trust with my elderly, chronically ill cat. She’s incredibly diligent about administering all of her supplements and medications (which can be tedious), and always makes sure to check in if anything changes or if she has questions. Elena always sends pictures of my cat and her prepared food bowls at every visit (and of the empty bowls to show that she has eaten well!) — this really puts my mind at ease when I can’t be there to take care of her myself! She is always trustworthy and reliable — in two years she has never been late or missed a visit — which is the most important quality in a pet sitter. It’s a bonus that Elena truly cares about my little one’s wellbeing and is respectful of my home. It’s a big deal to trust someone with your house keys in NYC, and I would recommend Elena to anyone without hesitation! She is truly a star petsitter and my cat and I are lucky to have her in our neighborhood!

Elena has watched my senior dog twice and he absolutely loved his time with her. She sent me lots of updates with photos and videos and she managed all of his medications without issue. The best thing about Elena is that you can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she’s with and in the few days she first spent with my dog, they developed a bond. He even recognized her months later out on the street before I did! I can’t say enough great things about Elena - she’s the best dog walker and sitter in the area, paws down! 🤓

Elena is theeee best! She treats my pup as if it’s her own, and takes the best care of her. She makes sure to take pictures / videos of her walks, and keeps me updated with notes. She’s very responsive in her communication, and I’ve appreciated that. Her care for my dog shows, because Luna will see her down the street and get so exited to greet her. I highly recommend Elena for any pet service, she won’t disappoint.

Elena is the best dog walker/sitter we have ever had! My two Frenchies (geriatric and puppy) love her so much, they stop at her apartment and wait for her to come out—total fan club! Elena is responsive, reliable, deeply knowledgable of dogs (our timid upstairs neighbor cat took to her immediately!), and truly loving. I have seen fearful dogs on the street warm up to her within minutes—she just has that calm, warm energy that puts the shiest of dogs at immediate ease. Elena is able to figure out complicated medication protocols for elderly pets and goes above-and-beyond to ensure the comfort and ease of your beloved fur babies while you are away. She watched my newest rescue puppy when he was only 5 months old for an entire weekend, and I came back to a calm, well-cared-for little pup. Important to note: Elenas business is bonded and insured, unlike many mom and pop pet sitting/dog walking businesses in the city. My dogs and I consider Elena to be apart of the family. I’ve never used a cat sitter but I needed someone to care for my cat on short notice and reached out to Elena. I was nervous about having a stranger in my home but we did a consult on FaceTime and I felt really good about booking with her. She sent photos and communicated throughout each visit with my cat, and followed my instructions to a T. When I got home from my trip he was really relaxed and my place was still intact so it was definitely a positive experience for him. It was 10/10 worth it and I will keep booking with her going forward. Thank you Elena!

Elena is so amazing with my cat Minou! I cannot recommend her highly enough. I hate leaving him when I go out of town but I know that he is so safe, loved, and entertained when in Elena’s care. Elena is THE best person I rely on to take care of my beautiful dog, Layla. Layla has been in my life for 10 years and I am very selective when it come to choosing people to care for her. Elena has had over 25 walks with Layla and has boarded her twice. The care she has provided for Layla is something I’ve never seen anyone else provide! Leaving your pet with someone you can trust is truly priceless, and although I’ve moved from her area I still make the trip because she’s worth it. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena, but heres just a few things that have kept me continuously using her every week for almost a year!My pup is my world, and Elena treats her as her own. She is the absolute sweetest human and is extremely attentive and loving towards my dog. She always makes sure her water dish is full, and puts my dogs shoes on (and coat/rain jacket when needed). She sends me videos and pictures of each walk, and I know when she picks her up and drops her off. She is very good at communicating with me and texts me back ASAP whenever we communicate. She has honestly become like a family member and I trust her more than I trust anyone else with my dog.My schedule is crazy, but she always seems to find a way to work around it and make sure my dog is walked and taken care of. If I forget to text her about the next week, she will reach out to ME to make sure we book the walks needed for my dog.My dog also needed a cone for quite some time, and Elena always made sure it was taken off for walks, and correctly put back on after.I also sometimes have one of my past foster dogs stay with me, and she is more than willing to walk both of them, even if I tell her last minute.Lastly, I have also used her for pet sitting over the weekend. She is respectful of my home and sends me numerous updates so I know everything is going okay.(Also, she always brings in my packages when she sees them outside. Something she definitely doesnt have to do, but she goes the extra mile to take care of both of us)If youre reading this, honestly look no further. She will absolutely not disappoint and I am so lucky to have her!

Elena is truly one of a kind! I’m a nurse on the UWS and when a patient hadn’t been discharged on time and told me his cat hadn’t been fed in 4 days, I looked to google to find help. Elena’s website popped up and I gave her a call. She immediately understood the severity of the situation and came to the rescue on insanely short notice. She came to the hospital, picked up the patient’s keys, went to the patient’s home, gave food and fresh water to the hungry cat, took photos and texted me with the pix and updates. She then came back to the hospital and shared the relieving news with the patient who couldn’t have been happier that his fur baby was okay. Elena was so generous with her time and made herself so available to this man who really needed an assist with his “special boy” and told him she would be ready to help at any point.As a pet owner myself, I can’t say enough about how wonderful and caring Elena is to both animals and their humans :) She’s one of those truly kind and compassionate people that we can all learn from and should feel lucky to have around us!I would trust her with my fur babies in a heartbeat 🤍Thank you Elena!!!

Elena is wonderful!! She took care of our 2 dogs (including our special needs diabetic dog who requires insulin shots) during a family vacation. She was so attentive to them, sent daily pictures and updates. They love her and are so happy to see her when she comes by for walks! Fantastic dog walker/sitter! My dog absolutely loves Elena and is so happy and relaxed in her presence. As a senior pit bull who I just recently adopted, he has some behavioral and medical issues — as well as some trauma/anxiety — and Elena has absolutely no problem handling all this. All while putting a big smile on his face!She’s a great communicator, very reliable, very reasonably priced, and has the calm energy that dogs love. I can’t say enough good things about her!
