NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. The policies can feel like you’re being nickel and dimed at times but to be fair they are very clear on the website. Would highly recommend NY tails

I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

Love working with this team — it’s evident they love your pet as much as you do! As a frequent foster parent, I rely on their services to help me keep my fosters comfortable during the day and socialized. They’re quick to respond, share updates and behavior reports, and often share photos from their visit. 5 stars - highly recommend!

NY Tails is fantastic! They really care about the dogs and our dog loves being there. As soon as his special collar goes on, he knows he’s going to Tails and pulls us the whole way there. We also love that they have a private outdoor space so the dogs are able to get some fresh air and sunshine, weather permitting.

NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owners favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her.There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service!Its worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but dont appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. Its also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isnt very clearly stated, so its worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.

The BEST dog walking service. We have used NY Tails since our pup was 2 month old and could not say enough good things about the company. The walkers are friendly, reliable, and gives us timely updates. When we had last minute requests, NY Tails staff were so easy to reach and always willing to go out of their way to help schedule last minute walks. Highly recommend!!!

Would give 6 stars if I could. Treated our dog Sadie like family for four years and were always reliable. What more could you ask for?More detail—>We used NY Tails with our dog Sadie from the day we adopted her at 7 weeks old until just a week ago when she was a week shy of 4 years old. Sadly, we moved outside of NY Tails area and had to find new dog walkers. But NY Tails is amazing. Everyone there treated Sadie like their own dog and we couldnt have been happier.The owners Kira and Paulo are excellent and the team is responsive. Sadie had two main walkers over our 4 years: Mally and Vivian. Both were beyond amazing and caring for Sadie. We trusted them 100%. We also occasionally used the day care service and had similarly great interactions. Always got picture updates and were sure Sadie was well cared for.In short, we used NY Tails for 4 years, had two walkers, and used the day care. I feel we know them very well and wed highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable dog walker/daycare. A+. Seriously. We miss them.

I had an amazing experience with New York Tails for 2 years. I was sad when I moved because I had developed such an amazing relationship with the staff and had two fantastic walkers. They loved my dog and took care of him - he was special needs too, blind and cant hear well, and they catered to that. Could not recommend them more!

We have been using NY Tails for daily walks for about 2 months, and have only wonderful things to say. They are very professional and the prices are fair. But most importantly, we completely trust our walker. They aim to give you the same walker each day, and they really build a relationship. Our walker, Pronthip, is so kind and loving--our pup is always sad to see her go (I can tell because we receive a picture at the start and end of each walk). I feel comfortable leaving our dog home while we work because I know she will have an amazing walk with Pronthip during the day. She takes wonderful care of our Juni! NY Tails makes communication and scheduling easy. We also have used them for boarding, and that has been great as well. They clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. We feel so lucky to have found NY Tails--it had made our lives and our dogs life so much easier and happier!

Paulo, Kira, and the service New York Tails provides is exceptional. I needed weekday dog walking for my 7 month old Newfoundland/Poodle mix puppy Trudy and after sending an email, they immediately responded to my inquiry. Paulo came to meet us that evening in our home and put us at ease with his professionalism and obvious love for dogs. Even though it was short notice they worked us into their schedule so we were able to have her walked at our desired time. I loved the picture updates they sent of Trudy on her walks. It was clear that she was happy and being well cared for. Their communication is fabulous. Kira always responds immediately to any questions that I have. Unfortunately, we are leaving the city or else we would use them forever! Trudy will miss her daily walks with New York Tails. Best dog walkers in the city!

NY Tails walked my dog Pablo every weekday for about a year and they were always extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They truly love animals to boot! Juliana and then Amanda were my dogs primary walkers and they were both wonderful and would write me notes about funny (sometimes naughty) things my dog would do during their time with him every day. I could tell that they both genuinely cared for Pablo and his well being and treated him as their own. I would recommend NY Tails to any dog owner in Manhattan!

I’ve used NYTails for about a year now for both my dog and cat and they both adore the walkers! They take great care of my babies and will send pictures/comments at the end of the visit. NYTails have been extremely reliable and always on time. It is so easy to book a dog walk or cat visit with them through the phone or on their app online. Highly recommend!

We have used NY Tails for over three years, since the day we adopted our rescue dog, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. We were lucky enough to have the same walker everyday for those years, Pronthip, who is fantastic. Our dog adores her (more than just about anyone else in the world!) and Pronthip always goes above and beyond to take care of her (and sends such cute pictures!). She truly has a way with animals, and we feel grateful to have had her in our lives. We sadly are moving out of state, and one of the hardest things about the move will be saying goodbye to NY Tails and Pronthip, who are so wonderful to work with.

Ive used many different walkers as I moved throughout the neighborhoods of NYC and NY Tails is phenomenal. They were communicative on all levels and flexible with my shifting schedule. Rates are also reasonable and competitive with the area. The best part was on the rare occasions I saw my dog Henry greet the dog walker (Camilo) and Henry was so excited to see him. Thats really the best review, straight from the dog.

NY Tails has walked and boarded my dog for the last two years and have been amazing. We were set up for daily walks Monday-Friday and there was never a single issue on their end. The same can be said for their social boarding services. I would highly recommend to others.

I used to live in the upper east side and LOVED NY Tails. They were a total life saver for me. My dog was having trouble adjusting to the city and barked a lot, so I put him in daycare for a while and the team at NY Tails worked magic on him. When he progressed to being home again and having a dog walker, all was well. I really liked the dog walker and the whole team was really really reliable. I was so sad when I moved to Brooklyn because it meant no more NY Tails. But if I moved back up to the upper east side, Id 100000% use them again.

My dog Tigger has been to NY Tails for day care and boarding, and is always so comfortable here! The team is super friendly and always sends photos and videos of him playing with the other dogs and having a good time, so I can be reassured that he is doing well. I could not recommend it more, this is the only place I ever leave Tigger now if I need to.

When I was new to the UES from the suburbs, I needed a dog walker to help my dog acclimate to city life. They responded almost immediately and Paulo came to meet my dog. He was so knowledgeable about dogs and the neighborhood that I knew Id chosen the right service. When his permanent walker Andres started it only got better. Andres took the time to really work with my dog and constantly kept me informed on progress. My dog absolutely loves Andres and gets excited for each walk. I feel so fortunate that I found NY Tails and now have a happy city dog.

NY Tails is the best pet watching service in town. I used them to watch my cat for a week over the holidays and they were more than accommodating. They have a very friendly staff who took care of everything. They even emailed me a photo of my cat and let me know how she was doing every day. Its the little touches like this that make me choose NY Tails every time I leave town.

Excellent service!! We use New York Tails intermittently for our complicated Shiba Inu. They handle his personality with gentleness and patience. They are also extremely accommodating when he makes any mess in our home while we are away. I feel confident that all will be fine for our sensitive guy while we are away! Highly recommended!

This place is great! Ive used them for both dog walking and day care services. Their rates are very competitive and my puppy always comes back happily exhausted from day care. Delwin, our walker, is awesome with her. Mabel happily runs to him when she sees him, and my realtor also mentioned (unsolicited) how great he is with her. Wouldnt recommend anyone else for this area!

Kira and Paulo have been taking care of our dog, Buddy Lee, for almost 4 years now! They are always super reliable and have a really great support staff. I especially love the fact that I can call them anytime, day or night, for a last minute/surprise walk for our pup. I highly recommend them

Paolo and Kira are gifts. We needed babysitter for the day to walk and feed our 17 year old Westie. When Paolo came the day prior to mee her, she was not feeling well. In fact, she screamed when being touched. The compassion that Paolo showed won me over. Because of her age, he said that he would personally take care of her. Having never used the New York Tails services I was a bit nervous. I received text messages during the day which let me know that all was well. This gave me tremendous peace of mind. In addition, Paolo sent me the funniest photo of Sadie proving that he truly is a “dog whisperer” and that in a very short period of time he really knew our dog!

NY Tails is a hidden gem for UES pet owners!! Every walker and daycare employee has treated my dog like their own - and he adores them! Any time he sees someone from NY Tails he gets so excited - we are so sad to be moving! The team is professional, communicative, friendly and so caring - they really love the dogs like their own. Plus prices are affordable - and it’s easy to request a last minute walker if you are going to be out and your dog needs some love! We used the daily walking services and daycare/puppy sitting on a regular basis - I’m so glad I found them and so sad we are moving away and can’t use them anymore!

Excellent service. My dog, a dachshund, has some special needs like must be carried up and down stairs, even if there are just 2, he needs to wear a harness for his leash, and he is a senior dog so his schedule can be less reliable than other dogs. They take care of all those needs, and he loves them and it is evident to me when he see them.Also, I am very busy, and sometimes have to work late unexpectedly. I try to give hour or two notice, and even on that short notice, they are able to walk, and take care of my dog that evening. Very attentive to their clients, and to the dogs under their care.
