I cannot say enough great things about Pet Angel and their dog walking services. From the very first meeting with Vivianne, it was clear that she genuinely loves dogs and understands their (and their owners) unique needs.She truly identified with how special my fur-baby is to me and treated him with the utmost care and love. Her reliability and excellent communication throughout my business trip (including photos) put me at ease, knowing he was in great hands. Pet Angel and Vivianne have exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend their services—five stars all the way!

We have been working with Pet Angel for almost 3 years and have had a wonderful experience with Vivianne! She takes great care of our dog Chili and communicates with us every day after his walks. Vivianne has been so helpful whenever we have work or travel conflicts and is willing to accommodate any specific requests we have. I used pet angel for my cat during the holidays, and it was the best service that I could have asked for. I had to travel while my cat was feeling ill and on short notice, so I was concerned about who would take care of him. However, within the first few minutes of meeting Vivianne, my cat was incredibly comfortable and content around her. This was not only rare, but a great first sign that this would be the right service for me. Vivianne was caring and thorough in taking care of my cat, he looked incredibly clean and happy upon my return. Ill certainly be using Pet Angel in the future, so thanks Vivianne!

Vivianne Castanos has been taking care of my cats when I am away for many years. My current cat is particularly difficult, not friendly at all with strangers, yet Vivianne has such a great way with animals there has never been a problem. Vivianne is VERY reliable and conscientious - I am so happy to have found her, it gives me great peace of mind to know my cat is being taken care when Im away. I recommend Vivianne VERY highly.

Vivianne has been pet sitting Bruno for over 5 years, a lot of them being double visits for 1-2 weeks at a time. Bruno is a senior cat and gets along well with her. Vivianne is trustworthy and has a set of keys to my apt, which is a huge plus if were going out of town on short notice. I would definitely recommend her service.

Vivianne takes such good care of us! My little kitty takes some time to warm up, but he loved Vivianne almost at first sight. She always thinks of him first, which lets me be away from home worry free, even when its a last minute work trip. When Our Pet Angel comes each day, George barely cares that I am back...a sure sign that me being gone was no biggie, and THAT is the magic of our Pet Angel Vivianne!

My Pet Angel, Vivianne greeted my affectionate but « spicy « cat , who sniffed her fingers and gave me the ok. 🦶My husband and I took our cues from « Zeke the Cat » « and were likewise impressed by Vivianne’s confidence and professionalism. We spoke once and she said that he was in attack mode,, nothing I hadn’t heard before. She reassured me that he was easily managed and I let go of my anxiety. She visited him twice daily , fed, washed his bowls, cleaned his litter box and played with him.I came home to a relaxed affectionate cat who did not »snub me for leaving him.Vivianne is professional , direct , and is highly intuitive and skillef about animals and theirnervous owners.. She’s a gem!!!

Pet Angel took care of my 2 cats and I had their home visit (twice a day for 10 days) service. One of my cat needed 4 different medications including fluid injection every other day. PA provided perfect care for my cats and they even watered my plants, opened/closed window curtains, and more every day at no extra charges. I tried several different pet sitters including boarding at a vet but, they were all ripoff and liars :(

Vivianne was a great dog walker, always punctual and very flexible to our shifting schedule. She was also available for emergency walks in time of need. As for her interactions with our dog, we have a little French Bulldog and Vivianne was always loving and caring towards her, as well as very patient as our frenchie can be a little stubborn at times. Overall Vivianne was everything we were looking for in a dog walker and we highly recommend her.

When my dog walker left to pursue other opportunities, I was stressed out about finding a new dog walker...Then we found Vivianne. She takes such good care of my dog, she even washes her paws after a dirty city walk. I didnt know how long it would take me to trust a new person with my dog...but it only took one walk and a text from Vivianne!!!! My dog is my baby and I know that Vivanne loves her because she is so excited to see her when we run into her on the streets. I would recommend Vivianne to anyone who is looking for a walker or sitter.
