I have used Play Pals for two dogs, over many years. Brian finds the nicest dog walkers, and they are reliable, thoughtful, courteous, and kind. Moss, our current walker, has been walking Evie for two years and is super patient with her as she ages and slows down. Brian is organized, responsive, and is able to arrange additional walks as needed (e.g. an evening when were going out). I highly recommend Play Pals!

Ive been using Play Pals for the past 5 years, and Patrick has been a fantastic walker for my dog. Hes incredibly reliable, always punctual, and clearly loves what he does. My dog gets so excited when Patrick arrives, and I know hes in good hands. Patrick always sends detailed updates about their walks, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this service and especially Patrick!

I have trusted this company to take care of my three cats on three separate occasions - one which lasted 3 weeks. I never felt worried for my cats or my home. I also receive the cutest little updates (with photos like this taken by the cat sitter) every visit. I couldn’t recommend them more - I always know my pets are in the best of hands :)

Play Pals is reliable, easy to communicate with and takes care of our dog 3 days a week when he needs walks during the workday! They are always on time and send efficient updates letting us know if he pooped, peed and that his water bowl is full. They are super easy to work with and a well oiled machine, however, there is still a personal touch. They accept last minute request and the owner is super friendly!

I’ve had such a great experience working with Play Pals to walk my pup Penny. All of their dog walkers are incredibly professional and communicative. They take such good care of Penny. I have been totally satisfied and delighted to use PlayPals as my cat sitter for the last few years. Their services are top-notch: the best sitters who are most caring and responsible; simple and fast ways to schedule visits; attention to detail and personal service.We adore Ana, who tried so hard to befriend our beloved and very shy cat Bunny. At first she sent us photos of him hiding under the bed, and eventually with her patience and love, had him sitting on her lap. It meant so much to us that they had a special bond.Well, Bunny has passed, and now we have two 8mo energetic kitties, which we fully entrust to the PlayPal team when we go away. When the photos and updates arrive, any stress or concern I might have drifts away. Ana and Patrick are professionals and can handle any unexpected issue, and Brian adds a personal touch, making you feel that your concerns are his concerns. Go for the pros!!

Ive been using Play Pals for the past year or so and I cannot be happier with the service and care Brian and Daniel have shown to my little Louie. Louie is walked 3-4x a week and is always excited to go on them with his pals. Brian and his team are always prompt, responsive and highly accommodating. I especially appreciate the updates before holidays to confirm bookings, as sometimes I lose track of time and forget to adjust accordingly. Overall, would definitely recommend Play Pals for your dog walking services!

Brian and his team went above and beyond to help in caring for two very lucky cats. The company was highly recommended by a neighbor, and I can see why. The cat sitter went well beyond cleaning the litter box and checking on food and water, providing detailed examples of how she was offering personalized attention to each of the cats. Rest assured that your fur babies are in good hands with this team!

PlayPals is an amazing service that I would recommend to absolutely anyone. I simply say enough good things about them. They are responsive and always make time for my dog Ru. She has the absolute best time on every walk and gets to have the most fun days of going to the park or the cafe with her friends. Its a great group of dogs who get along so well. She comes home tired and happy every time. My dog is very attached to me and doesnt like when I leave the room, but even if Im home she flys out the door without looking back at me when her walker Patrick arrives. Everyone who works with PlayPals is remarkable. I also get sent the CUTEST pictures of Ru and her friends on each walk that brighten my day and get me through work.I really couldnt survive without PlayPals and I cant recommend them more highly!!!!!!!! 100000 stars

My Jack Russell Terrier loved his midday walks and I knew that because he would happily run and jump to his walker, Jaejoon, every time. While I was at work, I received photos and detailed information about each walk. I appreciated the at-home dog sitting service Play Pals provided. We are moving out of state, otherwise we would still be using these services. We will miss our walker and Play Pals. Thank you!

I am a first time dog dad, and a helicopter dad at that. With that being said, I could not recommend Play Pals more highly. They took wonderful care of our mini-dachshund, Gretchen Wieners. She adores Kayla and Brian, and I never worried about her. I loved the pictures they would send at the end of each session, it really made my day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a walker in the city.

All the stars. The best, most reliable, caring dog walking service weve ever had (h/t especially to Patrick who covers the East Village). Our dog is always excited for his walks and has gotten better on leash and less reactive since walking with Play Pals. Yes, you get a photo and the map of where your dog goes just like any other service but you also get the reassurance that your dog is with a caring, responsible walker. Weve also used Play Pals for cat sitting, and they were wonderful. Dont hesitate, book them!

PlayPals is by far the best dog walker group Ive worked with in the neighborhood - and weve been here 10 years! Brian is communicative and accommodating to our needs and everyone who has come to walk my senior pup has been patient and kind. Brian and his team not only treated our dog well, they were always receptive to the needs of our family, as we managed some health challenges and the birth of our first human baby. Im sad to be moving away from the city and no longer working with them.

We live in Chelsea, NYC and have been a customers of PlayPals for a while. A few times a week, Tanya comes to our apartment, picks up Gus (our chihuahua), and takes him on an exciting new adventure in NYC! She sends us a photo of Gus each time she takes him on a walk so we always know what he is up to. After his walk, she brings him home, cleans his paws and refills his water bowl. Amazing service!Weve also left Gus in Tanyas care while we was away on a trip for 10 days and there was no doubt in our minds he was in great hands. Tanya is extremely reliable, trustworthy and kind. I would highly recommend Play Pals to anyone looking for a dog walker in the city.

Patrick has been walking our dog for over 2 years since she was a puppy. He is an absolute godsend. He is so accommodating with our schedule changes and always reliable. But above all, its evident that he loves and cares for our dog like his own.Our dog is everything to us, and we would not recommend Patrick and Play Pals if we werent confident that they will exceed your expectations. Your dog deserves it :)

We had a great experience with Lu in December! Our cat is normally skittish of new people, but Lu was excellent and sent daily pictures/updates through the app. This was our first time leaving Emmie alone but Play Pals was excellent from start to finish and we will be using them again this summer!

We can’t say enough good things about Play Pals -- Brian and our dog walker Patrick are absolutely THE BEST.We live in Gramercy, and our 3-years old Galileo has been part of Patrick’s pack since she was 3 months old. Galileo is extremely well taken care by Patrick and always comes back home super happy after her daily walk. We can see Patrick genuinely cares about every dog in his pack and always tries to understand and cater to each dog’s different needs and personalities. We also trust Patrick coming in and out of our apartment at any time, whether we are at home or not, and he has always been flexible to accommodate our last-minute schedule changes or requests.Play Pals is beyond just being a dog walker -- they play such an important role in our Galileo’s life and we can’t thank them enough.

Like every pet owner, I hate leaving my kitties when I go out of town. Its tough to find people to trust! Being new to the city, we werent really sure what to do or where to turn. We decided to use Play Pals over the holiday week and we couldnt have been happier. Samy was amazing! Not only were we comfortable immediately during our consultation, but Samy was great all week. Was always responsive (even on days not scheduled if we had a question/forgot something) and consistently sent us photos and updates after every visit. Not only were the animals taken care of but he went out of the way to make sure the area was clean and tidy before he left. We travel a lot and we will be using Play Pals from here on out!

I cannot recommend Play Pals and their walking and sitting services more. My dog is very anxious and can be shy, and she immediately gravitated to the walkers and sitters at Play Pals. She has been loving sitting with Anna and walking with Kayla. She doesnt usually eat or sleep much when Im away, and she did both! We are thrilled to have found a reliable, communicative service with Brian and his team. Even the extra touches of reports with the dogs bathroom habits and GPS-tracked walks are perfect for pet parents who worry about their animals when theyre away. Thanks, Play Pals!

Tanya is a loving cat-sitter. We had a very good experience with her. First we had a last minute change for our Holidays and she made her available, which was really nice. And then, everything was great every time she came to our home. She sent us pictures of our kitty, told us what she did with her, gave us news... And Myrtille loved her!! Tanka really took good care of her, even brought a small cute mouse toy as a gift and left us a postcard with a sweet note at the end of the week. We will recommend Play Pals!
