I cannot say enough good things about this company and the care that is given to my cats. I have been using care for my cats for 30 years. Ruffcity is the best. It is the best at everything. They have been the most reliable. They have the quickest response time. They respond to requests immediately. I never have to worry that they can’t cover a date. Last minute dates are never a problem. Changes in dates are never a problem.Their staff has been nothing but top notch. I get great detailed and very fun and funny correspondences from their care people with many photos. All that puts your heart at ease when you are away from the pets you so dearly love, especially because I travel a lot. I have been so lucky that over the past two years Sammi has been our exclusive caregiver. She is stupendous. My shy cat Uly loves this girl like no other. Last month Uly had a vet emergency while we were away and to far to come home. Our girl Sammi saved the day, and the rest of our week, and was right there with her all the way to the vet and back again. She went above and beyond the call of duty that day and the days that followed. I am truly grateful. It was so scary to be away and have this happen but Sammi saved the day. Not only did she rise to the occasion during the emergency situation but she was also perceptive and experienced enough in noticing that my cat was acting unusual and noticed her acting odd in the litter box. She was developing a serious bladder issue. An issue that could have very serious consequences. Sammi had no second thoughts about taking her to the vet and then continued to administer medications to her for the remainder of our time away. That is outstanding. I am so lucky that she works for ruffcity.I give this company and all its employees the highest recommendations. -

I have used Ruff City for many years to visit my cat for 45 minutes-1 hour each day when I travel. They take care of her needs and provide loving affection & play. I am sent darling photos of each visit with an update. The rates are reasonable and the caregivers have always been really wonderful. They are an insured service with a reliable kind staff. I just love this service and feel lucky to have them. I highly recommend them for your pets needs! -

Weve had the pleasure of working with RuffCity for over a decade, both for daily walks and for longer stays when were out of town. Our walker is the same every day and has been with us for years, not weeks or months like so many services. That reliability and familiarity with our pup gives us such a sense of security and confidence that our dog is getting wonderful care. The owners are incredibly responsive and quick to help us out when we need an extra walk or feeding in a pinch. I cant recommend RuffCity enough! -

The best dog walking service in NYC. Friendly, communicative, and responsive staff. My dog has been walked Monday - Friday for 6 years, and theres never been an issue. An email update with photos is sent at the end of each walk and invoices are emailed on time each week. Highly recommend! -

Yeh beat dog walker organization in NYC - very organized and coordinated, and always on top of things with a back up plan if a walker is sick etc. Their walkers truly love dogs and at every caring and always remember special directions needed for your pup. Highly recommend. -

Ruff City Dog walking is the best in the city! Lisa, Heather, and the entire staff are wonderful - they take the best care of both our cat and our dog, who both have special needs. Their visits and walks are always very thorough and they provide lengthy summaries and photos - they truly go above and beyond to make sure we feel good about our guys getting the love and attention they need when we’re not around. We always feel so carefree and confident when the RC team is talking care of our guys and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do as good of a job as them. They also all clearly have so much love for animals and it is obvious that caring for them is truly their passion!! -

RuffCity is truly the best dog walking service in lower Manhattan! Heather and Lisa are ridiculously prompt over email. They confirm the next weeks walks like clockwork every Thursday morning, and they somehow always find a way to accommodate a schedule change!Their walkers are responsible, communicative, and so affectionate with my two dogs. We have a regularly scheduled walker, Devonn, that my girls adore. (I feel bad when Dev is out of town and they are bummed when its not her walking through the door LOL)The RuffCity team makes every one of their clients feel like the member of a big family. They care just as much about our dogs safety and wellbeing as we do. The daily check-ins over email are so welcome, and they are always extremely thorough.I could not recommend RuffCity highly enough! -
