Bethany and team has been walking our dog since mid 2020, which we all know was a trying time for most. It is clear Bethany loves what she does and it translates throughout her full team. Bethany is incredible reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. She keeps us abreast of all activities, important updates to note, and any changes in activity. Most importantly our dog, Harper, loves her, and her team, and is excited to see her daily. As we’ve had to navigate the pandemic, returning to work, and the stress that goes with that, it’s been incredibly helpful to know our dog is taken care of when we’re not there. We absolutely recommend Bethany and her team if you’re looking for support.

If I could give Whistle & Wag 10 stars I would! As a veterinarian in the West Village, I dealt with many walkers and walking companies, and Whistle& Wag is by far the best of the best.I recently moved out of NYC, and saying goodbye to the Whistle & Wag crew was one of the saddest parts of my move. Bethany and her staff are so caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and really took their time with my dog, Heidi (who can be a challenge!). They really went above and beyond, sending updates after every walk and taking adorable pictures of Heidi walking around the city. I never worried about Heidi while she was in their hands. Scheduling is incredibly easy, and they can usually help even with last minute requests. They can also take your dog to their veterinary appointments!If you are looking for a new dog walking service or thinking of changing your walker, I recommend Bethany and Whistle & Wag above all others!

I have had the best experience with Whistle & Wag over the last year with my girl Maya ❤️ Bethany and Nikki are amazing! I completely trust them to pick her up, walk her, and keep her safe while I’m working! They have been so wonderful/flexible when I have last minute issues come up and need additional walks for Maya. Most recently they have also been extremely helpful while my girl is in heat and can’t actually go to dog parks or play with too many other dogs. It’s such a relief knowing that she’s in great hands!

I have a 16 year old pug who is VERY particular in her routines and I’m know better with my inconsistent schedule. The team at Whistle & Wag have been incredible accommodating me and my pug. Always ensuring she’s getting incredible care and that any new walker is ‘briefed’ on the little nut. I trust them completely and feel so fortunate to have found them.

Bethany and the entire team of Whistle and Wag are amazing! Bethany walked our first pooch when she was just starting Whistle and Wag. She was the only person who could actually walk our special needs Frenchie. She loved him….and I think she was the only person besides me who did😂.After he passed, and our second dog arrived, it wasn’t even a question as to whether to search for a new walker. Bethany and her team are dog gurus…and, as a stay at home mom, it’s important to me to not only have a walker that caters to my pet’s needs, but also to have someone who is a joy to have enter my home. Dogs, kids, and mom alike we’re always happy to see our “walker” enter our apartment. Everyone would run to the door to say “hi,” and talk a few minutes. There is no better pet care option in NYC than Whistle and Wag. No. Question.

Truly the best, Bethany and her team have been tremendous the past 3 years. We have an 80 pound Golden that’s no easy task to walk in the streets of NYC! The entire team is punctual, professional and cares beyond words. We have had walks 3 days a week for the past 3 years, through snow, downpours, pandemics etc. This is a business that employees a small team so your dog has a familiar face day in and day our. The entire Whistle and Wag team cannot be beat, highly highly recommend!

Whistle & Wag (Katherine) walked and pet sat for my dog Hugo when we used to live in the West Village. They are excellent - reliable, responsible and caring. Katherine was very sweet with my boy, sending lots of pictures of him so that I could see his sweet face while I travelled for work. I felt comfortable leaving Hugo with her as I knew he would get the best care and attention!

The Whistle & Wag team is absolutely amazing!! They are so easy to work with and always flexible around our changing schedules. They stepped in without thinking twice when our dog sitter fell through at the last minute when we were out of town. I truly don’t know what we would do without them! Our puppy adores every team member and sits by the door waiting for her daily walks! They are such nice people and always so attentive to our dog. Whistle & Wag eases my mom guilt while at work with their daily updates and great pictures. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Whistle & Wag is an A+ dog walking and over night service. Bethany Lane, the owner and lead walker, is very professional, reliable and passionate about the dogs under her care. Bethany has put together a strong team of walkers who have walked my dog, Bear, for 6 years. Bear is always excited when they open the door - knowing he will get an hour of exercise, fun and attention. After each walk I get a text update with photos. I highly recommend Whistle & Wag. You and your dog will be very satisfied!

Whistle And Wag is AMAZING. I was looking for a very last minute dog walker for my boss. I reached out to the owner Bethany who not only was extremely responsive but extremely caring and informative. Communicating with her was so nice and pleasant. She went above and beyond to accommodate the last minute requests I had and made sure that all the requests were met in such a short period of time. Whistle and Wag not only cares about dogs, but really cares about their clients and listening to the needs they have for their dogs. I have received very positive feedback from my boss who is extremely happy working with Whistle and Wag and the relationship they have formed with his family dog.

I can’t recommend Whistle & Wag enough. Bethany, the owner, is so professional and always goes the extra mile. I truly don’t know what I would do without them being in charge of my pet care in NYC! Bethany always works her hardest to accommodate any last minute request- even dog sitting. My dog, Seal, loves his walking team & looks forward to his walks every day. Everyone is so commutative and I always know where/how his walks went. 10/10!

Bethany and her team are the best. I have a 120lb dog, who can be quite stubborn (and sensitive). I was worried about hiring a dog walker in the first place, but she was very quick to earn my trust. She takes great care of my dog and is always very responsive. Plus, her dog walkers give hilarious updates!

Bethany and team have been great. always on time, flexible enough to do multiple walks a day when I travel for work - morning noon and night because my dog hated a kennel. Whistle & Wag is the only dog walking/sitting company I would ever use. I trust the W&W team implicitly with my dogs, my family and my home. I have been a client of theirs for the past 7 years and they have always treated my dogs as their own. My dog Brightly, who passed away two years ago, had severe special needs. My family and I were ALWAYS able to rely on Bethany and her team to take exceptional care of and love her. We now have four large dogs who the W&W team handle on a daily basis. My dogs love them! We consider the entire Whistle & Wag gang a part of our family. Five stars!

My 70lb mixed breed dog needs lots of walks and loves attention. Clyde’s walkers, Chloe and Ana, lavish him with attention and provide him with socialized time in the dog park. He’s become a great city dog and looks forward to his time with Chloe and Ana! I love that we get an instant update after each walk along with a picture of whatever Clyde has done during his time out of the apartment. I highly recommend Whistle & Wag!

Bethany has been an absolute godsend when it comes to my new puppy - helping with potty training outside and giving me really amazing suggestions and tips. Bethany and the team have been nothing short of amazing since they started walking my dog Indy. They send the cutest update photos after every walk and I can just tell how much Indy has grown to love and appreciate all of her walkers. We were lucky enough to have Bethany dog sit for us over the weekend and I can’t express how great it was to see photos and videos of indy having the time of her life. I could tell immediately that Bethany and indy just clicked. It’s obvious how much effort and energy Bethany put into making sure Indy had the best time. She even took her to get brushed and groomed during her stay! I couldn’t be happier having found someone I trust in nyc to walk and watch my dog. Would give whistle & wag 10 stars if I could!

Whistle and Wag cares for the dogs they walk as if they’re truly they’re own. We have two young very rambunctious brother/sister dogs (60lbs and 50lbs) and they handle them beautifully. Our dogs aren’t that into people in general, but they utterly adore their W&W walker. One of them has a complicated disease that requires daily meds and Whistle and Wag never forgets a dose and knows the exact signs to look for when that dog needs special attention. I’m as devoted as they come to my pups and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.
